„The hotel is great, with excellent views. The staffs are attentive and kind. Surrounding of the hotel has no shops. However the hotel has restaurant and bar which could ease our request. Overall I would recommend those looking for nice view, services can consider this hotel.”

„Very cozy and cute accommodation. The food is very pleasing especially Yak hot pot. The owner and staff took good care of the guests. Good suggestions and friendly greetings were provided from them. We didn’t have to do anything about the luggage and the taxi. They dealt with them all. I cordially recommend this stay!! If I come to Mount Siguniang again, I will stay here.”

„Location: the hotel is located inside Shuangqiao valley national park. The scenic green bus will alight at the hotel so upon arrival, the bus will stop at the doorstep of the hotel or flag it to get further into the national park. The scenic bus will drive all the way towards the redwood forest which is the end point of the park, around 30-45 mins. I highly encourage to stay inside the scenic area as just a day trip will be too rush, with a few days, you get to acclimatize yourself to avoid altitude sickness and also get to explore each location properly and even trek the boardwalk between the locations instead of taking the bus. As long as you don’t exit the national park, you can still utilize your entry ticket and bus ticket. I have stayed for 3 days and was able to use the same ticket for 3 days which was very worthwhile. Service: there is a young male stuff who is very attentive. As soon as the scenic bus alighted me at the hotel, he came out to receive my bag. Also, when I had difficulties flagging the bus since some of them were already full from passengers at the entrance , he came out from the reception just to help me. Besides him, there’s a young lady (without spectacles) who has also been very helpful and friendly and has helped to stop the scenic bus for boarding. Thank you! Room View: if you are looking for a place to take a break, this will be the best place and it is very quiet and the Mountain View is just right in-front. Facilities: the room is very cosy yet big. There’s a bathtub right infront of the mountain view. Overall, it has been a great stay with a with such an amazing view. Will definitely return for a stay if there’s an opportunity.”

„English review (polished & natural): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If there were 10 stars, I would definitely give this hotel all 10. Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin, because everything was simply amazing. The location is very convenient, close to Shuangqiao Valley. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The heating system works quickly and efficiently, keeping the room very warm, which is extremely important in this area. Oxygen is also provided whenever we had health issues due to the altitude — there was truly nothing missing. During our entire trip from Chengdu until arriving here, this was the first time we met a host who spoke excellent English. She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. Her husband even drove us around after our original booking was already completed. For the next day, I had booked another hotel. Although the room rate was higher, their conditions were unreasonable, and they even refused to provide transportation. Because we are not familiar with the local language, the owner of ShanShangShan Hotel and her husband went out of their way to help us and communicate on our behalf. In the end, ShanShangShan was the one who took care of us and gave us a ride. Now, as I am lying in another hotel writing this review, I truly regret not staying longer at ShanShangShan. The food here was also delicious, and the chef was extremely friendly and lovely. We felt incredibly comfortable, happy, and relaxed during our stay. Every corner of the room was carefully prepared, thoughtful, and very convenient. This hotel is not just a place to stay — it genuinely feels like being taken care of.”

„The hotel is super cozy with the mountain view of Changpingou front from your room, very well interior stylist and nicely decorated. Inside is sparkling clean from the bathroom to the lobby area. We really had a great stay and would like to stay more in future. The hotel also offers a daily afternoon set of tea/coffee with seasonal local fruits and snacks. This was the good fulfill after a long day in national park. Also having heated floor, heated mattress, hot tub, daily refill mini bar&snacks&apples, aromatic set of amenities for bathroom and dinner was tasty! The location is 500m away from Changpingou entry and about 30mins by car to Shuangqiaogou which hotel suggest us to take a local taxi and return the fares back. And 1.5km away from bus station. Everything was so perfectly and there is no comment for here only wish them keep this standardized.”

„This place completely exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly clean and beautifully designed, with a very cozy atmosphere that made us feel relaxed the moment we stepped in. The bed was extremely comfortable we slept so well every night. The view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery every morning was truly unforgettable and made the stay even more special. The service was outstanding. The staff were super friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. They took excellent care of us and were always happy to help. They kindly recommended many delicious local restaurants and shared great tips on beautiful places to visit around Rilong, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient,staff always bring us to wherever we want to go . Overall, this was an amazing stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place in Rilong Town. Highly recommended we would definitely stay here again!”

„👉🏻環境：環境非常美麗，房間的超大窗户可以看見很美的山景，真是會當凌絕頂，一覽眾山小！並且酒店有個大院壩，可以躺在椅子上曬太陽，太陽暖暖的，住在這裏讓我想到了陶淵明的桃花源記，非常適合旅遊來住，住在這裏整個人的心情都舒坦了很多！ 👉🏻衞生：衞生是我住了這麼多酒店裡麪特別特別乾淨的，床上三件套也是用的質量比較好的，睡起來很安心。 👉🏻早餐：我們走的理小路環線，住的其他酒店的早餐很多都是預製的，但是這家酒店早餐比較用心，老闆跟我們説這是他們自己包的包子，特別好吃。 👉🏻服務：阿姨和前台小哥都特別好，會關心我們吃沒吃飽，睡的怎麼樣。 總之，這家酒店帶給我們的體驗是非常之好的，風景優美，服務熱情！還有彌散和鼻吸供氧！非常贊贊贊！”

„The hotel has a great design and is very comfortable to stay in, with excellent bedding. Plus, there's underfloor heating, so it's not cold at all. The private hot spring on the balcony is also very relaxing. Most importantly, you don't have to worry about altitude sickness. They provide a free oxygen machine, which is a big plus since I noticed many other hotels charge for theirs. Highly recommended, it's really good!”

„Hotel ma ładny widok i jest ładny, ale zaczyna się trochę stary i brudny. Gorąca wanna jest trochę za duża i musieliśmy wykopać z niej owady i kwiaty.”

„The host is very friendly and full of service mind. The hotel is at the lower part of town so it required some energy to walk up hill to the main road for restaurant. The rooms are nice with large panoramic windows with beautiful mountain and river view. The heater is planted on the floor, so you can walk around in the room comfortably. As it’s quite a distance from the main road, it’s quiet at night. Washing machine, detergent and hanging room is provided if you happen to wash your cloth. The place is about 7 km and 2 km from shuangpinggou and Changpinggou national park respectively. The host is willing to arrange/call a taxi for us. Also assistance for train and bus is available should you need it. I will definitely stay here again next time.😀”
