Entire room was really clean, toilet has all the necessary hooks and clothes line for you to hang and dry clothes, shower pressure was great, and bed was really comfortable. We stayed for 2 days and enjoyed the complimentary admission to T3 tea plantation.”

„Swan Lake Hotel enjoys a spectacular setting at the foothill of mountains and facing a large lake. If one gets up early enough, from the balcony of the room there's the beautiful sunrise to catch at the far side of the lake. The atmosphere is serenely beautiful! I occupied a luxurious spacious suite on the top floor basically made up of 2 rooms, one for the bedroom and bathroom, the other for a tea ceremony table. Each room has a large balcony and fabulous view of the lake. The bed is huge and the mattress is firm and very good in supporting one's back. The air-conditioning system thoughtfully offers a choice of cool or warm air to suit the seasons. There's a capsule coffee machine but no capsule was offered. Similarly, the beautiful tea ceremony table doesn't come with any tea at all. The bathroom is enormous with a toilet cubicle, double sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The shelf inside the shower cubicle has been designed a bit too small for placing toiletries. Maybe I missed seeing it, but I didn't notice any escape route plan which most hotels display on each floor in the lift lobby. The hot spring center is beautifully set in a garden. Numerous pools offer different fragrance of flowers or tea. Night time soaking is very atmospheric, but safety measure can be greatly enhanced by installing lights to shine in each pool of water. There's plenty of choices for breakfast in the buffet restaurant. The Chinese restaurant serves tasty local cuisine, some ingredient are even from local water and farms. The staff are very friendly and helpful in general, very accommodating with even special requests.”

„我是去了大峽谷，本來打算去乳源某楓入住，結果路程不順，後面看到這個酒店，親子出遊，定了親子房，實在太讚了，床夠大，而且有一張床還有圍欄，很多貼心的設計，以為早餐會一般，結果早餐也出乎意外的好，以後如果再去那邊玩耍，一定再選這個酒店，唯一的缺點可能確實隔音差了一點，旁邊有小孩吵鬧，不過玩耍累了也不影響休息，照片是酒店門前的湖。”

„選擇海螺入住我到英德的頭件事，在辦理登記的時候遇到前台文艷，她很熱情介紹好吃好喝好玩的地方，各種注意事項都講得明明白白白的。退房又遇到了盧玲，她提醒我拿出場停車券，幫我拿行李，東西太多了。下次再來英德，會再到海螺，大氣親民，房間乾淨明亮，早餐豐富營養。各方滿意極了。”

„還不錯，就是酒店附近的話好像沒有很多吃的或者是什麼，但是對面是醫院，然後停車場還挺大的，很方便停車，前台服務什麼的也很及時，很到位，機器人送什麼東西也很方便，不過衞生還是稍微有些細節需要注意一下，我感覺大床房靠近馬路還是有點吵，後來我換了一個雙床，覺得還可以 雙床的房間也會大一些 馬桶離淋浴間太近了一點點，然後鋪上那個地毯的話就有點不太方便，其他的倒是沒有什麼了，床品的話也還可以，不是很悶 衞生條件應該是過關的，床墊的軟硬度剛剛好，不過枕頭稍微有點太軟太矮了 就是那個電動窗簾什麼的那個控制屏幕挺好的，晚上的時候他會完全就是熄滅，不會影響睡眠完全黑暗 空調的暖氣什麼的也很足 就是自動風有點太大風了，其他倒是還好，又有窗户都可以通風，所以我覺得整體很不錯 衣櫃那個地方有點太窄了，然後連基本的行李都放不下，如果有個行李架的話會更好”

„I stayed at the Chocolate Kingdom Hotel in mid-October. At that time, some facilities were already showing their age and seemed a bit neglected, and there were fewer staff members. However, I truly felt their dedication in every service they provided; their excellent service more than made up for any shortcomings in the hardware. We had a hot spring package. The hot springs were less crowded during the day and more so at night, so it was good to go at off-peak times. The package also included two-day tickets to Chocolate Wonderland, and at that time, there was a shuttle cart service. When I went back in December, the shuttle was gone, so I want to warn fellow travelers that if you're not driving yourself, think very carefully before booking, as it's a 20-minute walk from the park to the hotel. But since there was a shuttle service in October, and I genuinely felt their dedication in every service, I'm giving a good review for that stay. For December, I'd give a bad review.”
