„The service was good, breakfast was delicious, the room was really spacious for 3 of us, including the toilet. Entire room was really clean, toilet has all the necessary hooks and clothes line for you to hang and dry clothes, shower pressure was great, and bed was really comfortable. We stayed for 2 days and enjoyed the complimentary admission to T3 tea plantation.”

„The accommodation experience (Chocolate Kingdom Hotel) was terrible. 1. Those staying on the first or second floor had to navigate a maze-like maze to find the elevator to their room. This was very inconvenient for the elderly and children. 2. For stays exceeding one night, the room key had to be activated at the front desk the following day, a daily hassle. 3. The breakfast was mediocre, with very little food. 4. On the first floor, the toilet automatically filled with water that wouldn't recede. Other guests on the same floor experienced the same issue and had to change rooms. Another room also had a leak. Judge for yourself. 5. Looking at previous reviews, I found similar cases. It seems this problem hasn't been properly addressed and hasn't been taken seriously. 6. The hotel's exterior is okay, but its location is nestled around a mountain. Consider carefully before traveling there.”

„我是去了大峽谷，本來打算去乳源某楓入住，結果路程不順，後面看到這個酒店，親子出遊，定了親子房，實在太讚了，床夠大，而且有一張床還有圍欄，很多貼心的設計，以為早餐會一般，結果早餐也出乎意外的好，以後如果再去那邊玩耍，一定再選這個酒店，唯一的缺點可能確實隔音差了一點，旁邊有小孩吵鬧，不過玩耍累了也不影響休息，照片是酒店門前的湖。”

„Swan Lake Hotel enjoys a spectacular setting at the foothill of mountains and facing a large lake. If one gets up early enough, from the balcony of the room there's the beautiful sunrise to catch at the far side of the lake. The atmosphere is serenely beautiful! I occupied a luxurious spacious suite on the top floor basically made up of 2 rooms, one for the bedroom and bathroom, the other for a tea ceremony table. Each room has a large balcony and fabulous view of the lake. The bed is huge and the mattress is firm and very good in supporting one's back. The air-conditioning system thoughtfully offers a choice of cool or warm air to suit the seasons. There's a capsule coffee machine but no capsule was offered. Similarly, the beautiful tea ceremony table doesn't come with any tea at all. The bathroom is enormous with a toilet cubicle, double sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The shelf inside the shower cubicle has been designed a bit too small for placing toiletries. Maybe I missed seeing it, but I didn't notice any escape route plan which most hotels display on each floor in the lift lobby. The hot spring center is beautifully set in a garden. Numerous pools offer different fragrance of flowers or tea. Night time soaking is very atmospheric, but safety measure can be greatly enhanced by installing lights to shine in each pool of water. There's plenty of choices for breakfast in the buffet restaurant. The Chinese restaurant serves tasty local cuisine, some ingredient are even from local water and farms. The staff are very friendly and helpful in general, very accommodating with even special requests.”

„The place is modern and wonderful. Suitable for groups of friends and families to spend their holidays together. The host is so kind to upgrade us to a better suite. As for dinner, he sent us a bottle of white wine as a gift. The surrounding environment is serene and pleasant. Breakfast is sufficient for us. If we happened to visit this area again, we will definitely be staying there once more.”

„Located right at Yingxi fenglin corridor and very near to T3 tea plantation. Room is very beautiful n clean with modern Ling Nan design. Beds super comfy. Great scenery all around. Breakfast is simple but super delicious. Owner and staff provided impeccable service. Drove us to dinner and also water rafting on the first day. Help us rent 2 electric scooters on the second day and we had such a great time scooting around the town and magnolia fields. The freedom of riding in such a peaceful village is priceless. Choose this accommodation when you come to Yingde and you will not regret!”
