Location is on the Center excellent with a view on the main square , next to all shops , 10 min from the museum, very nice quiet rooms . Excellent breakfast . Garage for 36 euros per day

Whilst the facilities of the room are good the communication is absolutely woeful. We tried for 3 days to contact the property after they sent the pre-registration email through ALL of their channels - email, Whatsapp and phone call with not one response. It came to the day of arrival and with no response we had to try via Trip.com and finally got to live chat with a person who then followed up with the hotel. Needless stress for us that could have been avoided with a simple reply. Whilst we had an enjoyable stay the public areas are very dark (the walls and ceiling are painted a very dark grey) and similarly in the bathroom of the room - seemed a very odd colour choice. Also, we could smell what others were cooking in their rooms. Finally, (not the hotels fault) but we had noisy neighbours in the room above and as the floors are timber we could here them (or their kids) making noise til 1 am. Overall, disappointed.

Best hotel I have stayed!!! Thank you very much for every detail specially for the baby. There was a cot, baby bath, all bathroom amenities for the baby and ever to milk heated! We truly appreciate this! Better hotel than 5star hotels in Barcelona, London and Madrid!!! The concierge team were so helpful too :)

Myślałam, że sauna jest wliczona w cenę pobytu, dlatego zarezerwowałam hotel. Kiedy wspomniałam personelowi, że nie ma za nią dodatkowej opłaty przy rezerwacji online, powiedziano mi, że jest częścią spa. To bardzo mylące, bo skoro była częścią spa, to dlaczego o tym wspominać, a nie uwzględniać w sekcji spa? Spa i sauna to nie to samo i jeśli jest to płatne, to powinno być to zaznaczone. Wszystko inne było niesamowite. Poza tym nie ma oddzielnej opłaty za samą saunę! Chciałam tylko korzystać z siłowni i sauny, ale nie ze spa! Nie było możliwości zarezerwowania sauny bez spa. To około 20 euro za wejście, a nie za dzień, co moim zdaniem było oszustwem, zwłaszcza gdy ma się już zarezerwowany pokój w hotelu i opłaciło się go! Personel ponownie nie wykazał się elastycznością, albo płaci się za coś, z czego się nie korzysta, albo tego nie otrzymuje! Ostatecznie nie zarezerwowałem pokoju, ponieważ nie chciałem korzystać ze spa i uważałem, że opłata za 15 minut korzystania z sauny jest zbyt wysoka (20 euro).

Hotel położony jest nieco na uboczu, więc myśleliśmy, że może nie być odpowiedni dla osób podróżujących bez przewodnika. Jednak wejście do hotelu było bardzo innowacyjne i urocze, i chociaż nie mówimy po hiszpańsku ani angielsku, personel recepcji i baru był bardzo przyjazny i sprawił, że nasz pobyt był komfortowy! Pokój był bardzo przestronny i czysty, co było miłe.

It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: ”ok we can live with that”. BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: ”It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating”. This we find out after we have been ”cooling” for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest

La cama es un soniquete continuo no es demasiado pedir un colchón duro de calidad y que no suene al moverse,solo moverse para levantarte. La habitación estaba muy fría según el termostato 19º a la llegada y fue poco a poco subiendo hasta los 24º al tercer día no es sano pasar frío en invierno ponemos la calefacción a 25º y en verano el aire a 19º. Mal muy mal . Por último tiene una terraza con servicio de bebidas y domingo a las 20:00 no había posibilidad de tomar un cocktail porque no tenía hierbabuena y faltaba café y no había posibilidad de algunas otras bebidas porque se habían agotado Un desastre pedí un zumo de tomate y lo devolví porque era un tormento de picante Es verdad que no nos cobraron ni el zumo ni el agua que sustituyó el zumo ni la cerveza de mi pareja. Pero el servicio penoso. Son cinco estrellas de hotel.

This hotel is located by the river. It's very scenic. Room size is great. We can walk to attractions and restaurants within 2 km

Good location, you can get main sites by walk. Room is quite and clean, very comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast is average. Omelette was cold and too salted. We ordered fried eggs, but it was full of oil. But if you don’t eat eggs- you will enjoy this breakfast.

Я снимал арпартоменты на 3ночи, очень удобное расположение,автобус из аэропорта останавливается рядом,так же рядом метро и автовокзал.Жалко что номер очень маленький и на кухне мало посуды для приготовления пищи, так же можно было бы почище убрать номер,ну а в целом,на небольшой срок, хорошо.
