"This hotel was so perfect for my stay in the black forest! My room was so cute and comfortable, and the owners were so kind and nice! The location can’t be beat, right by the train station and next to the buses to take you to the Christmas market. I had a great breakfast here, but not so great experience dining at dinner the one night I was there. I’m not sure why the service was so off, it was a complete different experience at breakfast, which was so nice a friendly. I would still stay here again, and give the restaurant another try."

Usługa sprzątania była najwyższej jakości, a zespół na recepcji zawsze zastanawiał się, czy czegoś potrzebujemy. Zdają sobie sprawę, że są naprawdę skłonni do jak najprzyjemniejszego pobytu. Nawet gdy miałyśmy mały problem z naszym pomieszczeniem, szybko i z wielkim postawem rozwiązali to!"

Krótka spacer od miasta i dworca kolejowego. Położenie pomysłowe, jeśli odwiedzić rynki Bożego Narodzenia Ravenna Gorge. Śniadanie było bardzo dobre z gorącymi i zimnymi opcjami. Układanki dostępne dla gości. "

"This is a very laid back and comfortable hotel. The room I had was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. We had a vegetarian meal in the evening which, tasty and good value. Some of the veg grown in the garden. Breakfast was fresh and really appetisingly presented. There is not a bar but there is an “honesty” fridge which contained wine, beer and soft drinks. NB room to be paid for in cash. Host was helpful and clearly proud of his hotel."

"The hotel is very noisy; deliveries start arriving at 6 AM. The rooms facing the street are loud until late in the evening because guests and passersby often have loud conversations on the street. It's impossible to sleep with the window open because the noise echoes in front of the hotel. The carpet is very worn out, and the whole hotel smells strongly of smoke, food, and a general lack of ventilation. We also had a thick shag carpet in our room, the same as in the breakfast room! This is truly unacceptable in a hotel room because it's impossible to keep it properly clean. The management is very unfriendly, which unfortunately affects some of the other staff as well. We were very glad to leave the hotel and would not return under any circumstances. We travel a lot and enjoy it, but this hotel is not one we can recommend."

"We were travelling with our two children and the hotel staff could not have been more premature. Since our arrival, they have made every effort to make us feel well. The reception surprised our children even with small welcome bags full of toys, which was a nice gesture. They always looked at us and asked if we needed additional towels or if the children wanted hot chocolate. It felt as if it was really important for them that our family feels like at home."

"Mój mąż i ja przebyliśmy tu na jedną noc, aby odwiedzić popularny rynek Bożego Narodzenia Ravenna Gorge. Hotel był łatwy w znalezieniu, miał parking na przedniej stronie, wygodnie położony i quaint. Zarezerwowaliśmy mały pokój na nasz krótki pobyt. To była ciasna przestrzeń, ale przytulna. Hotel ma wiele charakteru i śniadanie było idealne, aby nas na dzień pali. Zabraliśmy Hinterzarten do rynku Ravenna Gorge i hotel był przyzwoity spacerem od dworca kolejowego / kursu pickup. Podobało nam się spacer po Hinterzarten z hotelu, ponieważ w pobliżu było wiele słodkich sklepów."

"I spent a week with my kids during the summer. This is not a place for family, the host was furious with my kids and always yelled at them whenever they were inside the hotel or in the garden. The worst experience ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone especially families with kids. Another thing, it feels like a prison during breakfast: only one piece of bread per person, and every time you ask for more, you see a weird look on the face of the hotel manager (in fact, the entire hotel has one person running everything) . I don't think this place deserves the ranking they claim they have. This is not a 3-star hotel for me."
