"Na stronie domowej wszystko wygląda świetnie. Zarezerwowałem standardowy pokój jednoosobowy. Można było spontanicznie rozszerzyć pokój jednoosobowy, ale tylko jeden pokój jednoosobowy był wolny bez ruchu. Cena: Standard 55,-€/noc; premia: 85€/noc. Poświęciłem 140,-€ w pokoju premii na dwie noce. Jest na drugim piętrze. Jest okropny. Jest wieśny, stary i częściowo przyzwyczajony do. Nie wiem, co teraz premii było! Nie będzie dużo wysiłku. Jako żel prysznicowy stał w łazience, w prysznicu, pompa Elkosa savon (Elkos: domowy znak EDEKA, punkt kosztu 500ml savon: 0.79€). To również idzie lepiej i piękniej. Usługa w restauracji, nie sądzę, profesjonalna, była ok. Pierwsza noc nie była podana, po 25 minutach czekania na tarasie poszedłem na kolację w innym hotelu. Druga noc była obsługa na kolacji solidna i kolacja również dobra. (Schnitzel & Pommes frites). Mięso było bardzo dobre. Pochodzi z regionu Metzger. Całkowita wystarczająca pobyt. "“Where do I even begin? This place is advertised as a ‘luxurious, family-friendly resort,’ but it was anything but. After a long drive, we arrived with our two young children, hoping to check in quickly. The receptionist (the same guy you will meet everywhere in the breakfast, room service, kitchen, massage, sauna, and concierge) didn’t greet us, barely looked up from her phone, and ignored us for a full five minutes. When he finally decided to help, his attitude toward my kids was rude and dismissive, as though we were inconveniencing him. The room itself was a ghost space. The ‘child-friendly’ suite we booked had broken furniture, sharp edges on the coffee table, and a large, suspicious stain on the carpet. When I called to ask for another room, the same guy laughed and said, ‘We’re fully booked. Take it or leave it.’ The heating was broken the first night, and the room was freezing. When we asked for extra blankets, we were told they had run out because ‘everyone else is cold too.’ Seriously?! The restaurant was a complete disaster. Despite being advertised as having a kids’ menu, when we asked for it, the waiter rolled his eyes and said they ‘don’t do that anymore’ and offered our 4-year-old a full adult steak. The service was slow (It is a one-man show), and when our food finally came out, a mix of boiled vegetables and the guy served only once, you could not ask for more. When we complained, the same guy manager/waiter huffed and said, ‘Well, what do you expect? we are a vegetarian hotel.’ The manager never even came over to apologize. As for the spa, I booked a massage for myself, hoping to get some relaxation away from the chaos, but I left feeling worse than when I arrived. The massage therapist (the guy from the reception, haha haha) didn’t seem to know what he was doing, applying uneven pressure and talking through the entire session about his experience in running this hotel. The sauna was broken, with a sign saying it would be repaired ‘next week.’ Of course, no discount or compensation was offered. The cherry on top? The ‘child-friendly activities’ included exactly two broken swings and a rusty slide. My kids were bored out of their minds, and we ended up leaving early. This place should hire professional people who know what hospitality means or be shut down. Avoid at all costs.""

"Spędziliśmy 4 nocy tutaj i było to bardziej niż przyjemne. Każdy posiłek był doskonały, bez wyjątku. Bardzo przyjazny personel. Wyposażenie są wspaniałe. Najlepszy hotelowy siłownia, jaki widziałem!! naprawdę nie mogę nic złego zrobić. Bardzo polecam ten hotel!"

"Warm welcome. Standard double room was spacious. Sitting area and outside balcony. Small but perfectly good bathroom with modern fittings. Parking places for free on site. Short walk from town and rail station. Idea location if visiting the Ravenna Gorge Christmas markets. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold options. Umbrellas available for guests. "

"Niedawno w hotelu Schwarzwaldhof w czarnym lesie Hinterzarten, jest to niebo dla wędrowców! Znakomicie położone jest przy dworcu kolejowym, obok ścieżki Czarnego Lesie, pieszo można odkryć Ravenna Gorge lub Panoramaweg, a po powrocie do domu po piechotach jest bardzo wyluzowany. Pokój jest szeroki, wygodny, wyposażony, a hotel jest bardzo uważnie uświadomiony w każdym szczególe, i widzę, że codziennie patrzą na kwiaty, które zmieniają korytarze. /Śniadanie jest niepokonane, /świeży chleb, lokalne sausage, ser, owoce i gorące jajka, /i na stole jest demonstracja, /raport pogody, /pobliskie miejsca, /rady zdrowotne, /i tak dalej, /najważniejsze; Obiad jest tak samo pyszny, co noc ma specjalne cztery menu, wygodne i eleganckie, nie tylko podziwiając ich pożywienie, ale także podziwiając każdy kąt środowiska. Polecam przyjacielowi, który kocha naturę i jedzenie. Będzie tu następnym razem."

"Affordable quirky hotel. A bit dated but spotlessly clean. Best 5 Star breakfast! Best of all are Eugene and his wife who are very friendly and welcoming. Eugene came to the rescue when I got late into the village and couldn’t find accommodation. I would recommend this hotel! "

"The lake view was stunning from the room at top floor. But the room was dimmed and lighting was insufficient. The room at ground floor was not well maintained. The shower was blocked and the wind blind facing to front garden was out of order. Although the room provided with kitchen, the facilities was not well equipped."
