"One of the two elevators had an issue so was closed. Obviously safety comes first but being an elevator down does cause significant delays. Breakfast unfortunately wasn't early enough (7am-10am) but I also understand that likely doesn't impact most travelers. The staff were great - I did let them know ahead of time and they attempted to accommodate for the family. The pool was also cold and they attempted to accommodate that as well, but it of course takes time to warm up am entire pool."

"First impression was not good. The entrance foyer had very strange smell. The kind you would encounter and you think you made a bad hotel decision. There is no one at the front desk and eventually “What do you need” came from the back. The woman was a little salty through the whole process. Medium salty. I never saw anyone at the desk the 6 times I went past. The room was fine. Spacious, no smell and the bed was OK. I think the television is a 30 inch —one of the smallest I’ve seen in a long, long time. Floor was filthy. Breakfast was a joke. Eggs had American cheese all through it and the other dish never came, although the woman in charge said something (unintelligible) was coming. Good location. Tolerable room but once was enough. the side entrance foyers REAK of cigarette smoke to the point of needing to hold your breath as you pass through."
