Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan.

這次入住體驗簡直滿分！服務超級貼心周到，不僅幫忙代預約各種項目，還有專車接送，連洗衣服都代勞了，省心省力。酒店地段絕佳，出行方便，周邊美食美景一應俱全。下午茶也好吃！早餐豐盛中西式都有，味道不錯。最驚喜的是還免費贈送了滑雪和温泉活動，雪場專業，温泉舒適，玩得非常盡興。總之，從設施到服務都無可挑剔，下次還會選擇這裏！

Just returned from Changbai Mountain, I must share this treasure homestay that made me ”brainless” throughout the whole journey. If you also choose ▪️ I don't want to do a dense strategy ▪️ Special Forces Travel who hate to catch the trip ▪️ Looking forward to a free trip where someone can still worry about it. Then the flower building and the Yinbieyuan can really close your eyes. What impressed me the most was that I put the mind of ”afraid of your trouble” here in every detail. ✅ Real experience self-description: ❶ Butler can really save your brain The housekeeper took the initiative to contact before check-in, and customized the loose and not tired moving line according to our time and interests. I recommended the B&B to the village of Lingjiao, which is a 10-minute drive away. The original quietness is very popular; in the afternoon, I chose the canyon pumice forest with a gift of 230 yuan voucher, which is seamless throughout the process. ❷ Transfer service is hard core convenience High-speed rail station pick up + North Scenic Area distribution center to send all inclusive. Especially in the North Slope, I have a strong uncertainty about calling a car. The homestay picks up and drops off on time. It saves not only money, but also peace of mind. ❸ ”Yuan Banwei” cook tea in the stove, not a posing prop In the independent tea room, you can roast orange sweet potatoes yourself. There are many tea choices and the atmosphere is relaxing. It is rare to really sit down and chat and be in a daze. ❹ The most poke my invisible service: free down jacket and umbrella The weather in Changbai Mountain is changeable, and the front desk of the hotel often has clean down jackets and umbrellas for guests to borrow for free. The temperature suddenly cooled on the day of going up the mountain, and the borrowed down jacket became a life-saving equipment. This silent but real intimate, more moving than any gorgeous words. ❺ The room is comfortable Smart voice control, starry sky viewing windows, hot breakfast... These standard equipments are all solid. 這是我這次去東北十天旅遊體驗住過最好的酒店了，還沒到，酒店經理就提前打電話問我們什麼時候到，到了酒店和退房那天，都安排了保安叔叔幫忙提行李那些，真的服務特別周到細緻，環境也很乾凈！！！贊👍住酒店還能免費泡温泉，不然就得花268元一人的門票，送的水果也是我住過的酒店最多品種的，早餐也很豐富，牛肉湯特別好喝，湯鮮肉多，隨便喝幾碗都行，哈哈～温泉真的特別舒服，湯池很多，室內室外都有，也很乾凈。一下水，就有服務員來幫忙把拖鞋擺放好，整的我去另外一個池子泡的時候，都不好意思亂放拖鞋了，嘿嘿！雖然相隔千里，但泡温泉，真的就得去長白山，而且還是要去臨溪火山温泉，吃住玩，温泉酒店裡都有，下次我還要來，並且多住兩晚才行。

Extremely pleasant stay. Staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was simple and sufficient. Room is relatively clean and cozy. Location was a bit out of the way but the peaceful atmosphere made it worth the trouble. They have tons of self-reared animals such as alpacas, goats, deers, rabbits and a cat, adding more to the already calming location. All in all, worth the visit to wind down from the bustling city/town in Changbaishan

房間乾淨整潔，較為寬敞，備有一次性的浴巾和麪巾。早餐種類豐富，為上長白山積蓄能量。同時提供高鐵站接站服務。對面是雪絨花公園，離長白山北坡景區非常近，出行很方便。附近也有很多美食，炸雞，高麗火盆，東北菜等。還能預訂水色漂流，專車接送，服務很滿意。

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

The Chang Bai Shan hot spring hotel is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to visit! They have public hot spring pools that are clean with great amenities.  Around the hotel there is a ‘walking street’ with a great selection of shops within walking distance of the hotel, with a grocery store, a couple of restaurants and a gift shop.

Hotel is quite old. Hotel wifi can’t use for IG and facebook, only for china app like wechat & xiaohongshu

Everything perfect apart from the location! I visited here with my family, and enjoyed ourselves with lots of things to have fun. Gentle staff with smile, clean facilities, nice breakfast, and indoor even outdoor spa!! But I don't understand some guys were smoking in the indoor pool right in front of their kids. By the way, good experience!
