„Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, to był przyjemny pobyt. Usługa była doskonała wszyscy pracownicy byli bardzo przyjazni, uprzejmi i pomocni, co sprawiło, że doświadczenie było o wiele bardziej przyjemne. Hotel był czysty i dobrze utrzymany, a wszystko było gładkie w czasie pobytu. Lokalizacja jest bardzo wygodna, z łatwym dostępem do pobliskich atrakcji i transportu, co ułatwia dojazd dookoła. Jednym z małych ubocznych było izolacja dźwięku. Porozmawiania w korytarzu można było słyszeć dość wyraźnie, a hałasy z sąsiedniego pokoju, takie jak prysznic, były również zauważalne. Może to być coś, co należy pamiętać, jeśli jesteś lekkim śpiącym. To znaczy, dobre usługi naprawdę wyszły, i ogólnie oferują dobrą wartość za pieniądze.”

„Parking jest duży, więc można zaparkować gdziekolwiek się chce. W pobliżu znajduje się wiele restauracji, a śniadania są wyśmienite, oferując połączenie kuchni chińskiej i zachodniej. Recepcjonista polecił na kolację restaurację Huijun, która podobno cieszy się popularnością wśród Szanghajczyków i wydaje się całkiem uczciwa. Sala Pamięci Xie Jina znajduje się całkiem niedaleko. W pokoju znajduje się kolekcja obrazów Zhou Jindi; chciałbym namalować własny.”

„不錯不錯，很驚喜的一家酒店，位置很隱蔽，一般不太好找，好在酒店服務很到位，會提前一天聯繫，詢問各項出行事宜，會關懷是否帶長者小孩或者寵物之類的，我們家出行必帶毛孩子，這家酒店寵物友好是我選擇的關鍵，酒店周邊是老城區，有不少居民樓，酒店完全沉浸在其中，完全沒有違和感，有一種在鬧區裏發現新大陸的感覺，周邊很安靜，人流量也不大，意外的是距離熱門景點都非常近，實現了我們不用煞費苦心的奔波，就能享受到景區的便利，以及酒店靜謐度假，這是我們一家最滿意的地方，庭院內小橋流水，很有春天的氣息，拍照也是文藝範，我們玩累了回到酒店，也沒有在房間休息，反而是在泳池邊曬曬陽光，很愜意，整個人都很放鬆。 客房衞生打掃的非常乾淨，房間裏有淡淡的香味，很喜歡，特別喜歡房間裏的色彩搭配，時尚且温馨，窗外就是泳池，太陽也能照進房間，特別舒服； 早餐挺豐富的，而且有很多當地的特色，印糕非常好吃，一個人就吃了三塊，阿姨燒的手工小餛飩也非常鮮美，食材都能吃的出來，非常新鮮， PS:早上吃飯人有點多，餛飩都是現燒的，還有南瓜麪疙瘩現炒的，很用心，雖然把我們的一碗麪疙瘩忘記給了其他客人，但後面很快給我們重新燒了一碗，能理解偶爾出錯一下下，還是挺喜歡的。 我們經常來紹興，以後有機會肯定還會再來的，非常非常推薦這家酒店。”

„Getting to the hotel from the highway was quite convenient. They kindly upgraded our room when they saw I was traveling with my child and elderly parents. While there were a few minor issues after check-in, the hotel handled them promptly. The private hot spring was available anytime, with a circulation system that kept the water at a constant temperature, which was great – my parents and child really enjoyed it. The hotel was redecorated in '25, so the rooms are quite clean. The package we booked also included a case of 20-year aged yellow wine, which made a nice gift to take home! They even prepared a small gift for us when we left – the service was absolutely top-notch! The hotel is also very close to the Orchid Pavilion scenic area, just a 15-minute drive, so we stopped by there the next day. It was a pleasant trip! We'll definitely come back if we have the chance! 😀”

„這次的住宿體驗非常棒，在山水環繞之中，大過年的時間，覓得這樣一處有美景、美食和貼心的管家服務相伴的民宿實屬難得。尤其值得讚揚的是小管家細緻入微的服務和及時的響應，親疏有度，讓我們全家度過了超預期的新年假期，同行的長者們也表示非常滿意。廚房的菜味道也很符合我們口味，在民宿裏享用了食材新鮮美味的年夜飯，非常開心😃住宿期間用餐，有個菜反饋略微鹹了一點後，立即給我們重新加工並做了一個新的菜表示歉意，這樣貼心的服務意識可以和國內一流的酒店媲美了。臨走前還暖心的做了熱咖啡，剛到上海就收到了小管家的問候，是否安全到達。向野而生的軟件水平非常可以，以後有機會還想再去度假。”

„We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.”

„Stayed at this homestay for our anniversary yesterday. It seemed we were the only guests there and the staff was really helpful, catered to all our requests efficiently. They added my husband’s WeChat before our arrival and communicated with us about our needs and wants. The hotel is quite far from the city but it is surrounded by gorgeous tea plantations that were a sight for sore eyes. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life then I definitely recommend this place!! Thank you and see you guys next time.”
