From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. was a great experience over at Pokkei. Staffs were very helpful with the checkin, they even have a team of butler ( Zero & Lily ) who we can call when we needed something and they even prepared afternoon tea and goodnight tea and set up our bed for bedtime for us. Really thankful to have them. The food over at the resturant was good as well, had tried their breakfast and dinner, staff there were also amazing serving us to our needs and recommending what’s good for us. Overall, the stay was really so good at this price and ngl I’m really amazed.

I recently checked in at this hotel in Shaoxing, and the experience was excellent! Walking into the room, the spacious layout was eye-catching, the room was clean and tidy, the area was large, and the bed and pillow was good, suit me. The hotel staff was warm and considerate, especially the front desk guy was very enthusiastic and responsive. The breakfast was delicious, the food was diverse, and both Chinese and Western styles were available. The food served in the Chinese restaurant was superb. The hotel facilities were brand new. The location of the hotel is also very good, adjacent to the subway station, whether it is to go to popular scenic spots or explore niche streets, it is easy and convenient. Highly recommended to friends who come to Shaoxing for travel or business!

Hotel w głębi białych chmur to uczta dla oczu. Nie trzeba dodawać, że sprzęt An Lan jest piękny. Hotel położony jest blisko gór i rzek i jest tak piękny jak na zdjęciu. Personel był ciepły i troskliwy. Facet w samochodzie akumulatorowym i dziewczyna w recepcji zapewniły bardzo dobrą obsługę. Śniadanie było obfite, a ja jadłem trzy lunche w chińskiej restauracji, które były bardzo smaczne. W sumie bardzo szczęśliwy pobyt. Przyjedź i zostań na tydzień jesienią, kiedy las już wybarwia się.

Very nice hotel on the mountain top. Surroundings are beautiful. it's quite new, built with traditional Chinese architecture. Sunset view is amazing. There is no dedicated child play area, no kids game or puzzles as mentioned in the amenities. * Staff need more training to handle kids. No buffet breakfast, just a set meal with no western options. Nothing is complementary even small water bottles. We had a feeling that they want to earn maximum money from guests. For every small thing they want us to pay. *They were kind enough to let us check out 2 hours late. Firstly they asked for 200 rmb extra but later they show curtesy. Big thanks to them.

Highly recommended this hotel. The hotel is located in the city centre and convinces to the tourists. The room itself is clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet provides many options including western style and Chinese style, also available for local cuisine. The staffs in charge for the breakfast buffet are friendly and provide very good service. Definitely will be back again.

Zaledwie 10 minut jazdy od centrum Shaoxing, sprawia wrażenie spokojnej oazy. Gdy tylko samochód skręca na górską drogę, zgiełk miasta zostaje całkowicie odcięty. Zapierająca dech w piersiach panorama zielonych gór i bambusowych gajów otacza architekturę w stylu Hui z białymi ścianami i czarnymi kafelkami. Rano nad brukowanymi uliczkami unosi się lekka mgiełka, a nawet powietrze przesycone jest zapachem trawy i drzew. Sielankowy krajobraz opisany przez Wang Xizhi – „bujne lasy i wysokie bambusy, czyste strumienie i rwące bystrza” – ożywa. ✨ To, co mnie naprawdę urzekło, to głębia starożytnej architektury! Cały hotel to rezydencja w stylu Hui z czasów dynastii Ming i Qing, odrestaurowana w ciągu dziesięciu lat przez setkę rzemieślników. Hol jest repliką rezydencji generała z dynastii Ming, z układem podwójnego dziedzińca z czterema elementami wodnymi, misternie rzeźbionymi belkami i filarami z połączeniami czopowymi i zwietrzałymi belkami – każdy krok sprawiał wrażenie spaceru po starożytnym muzeum architektury. Z pokoju od strony dziedzińca, w którym się zatrzymałem, roztaczał się widok na las bambusowy tuż za oknem. Rzeźbione drewniane ramy okienne i zabytkowe latarnie, w połączeniu z wieczornym oświetleniem, tworzyły atmosferę przywodzącą na myśl dawny dom szlachecki – rustykalną, a zarazem elegancką, całkowicie pozbawioną sztuczności modnego hotelu. Obsługa lokaja była doskonała! Przeprowadził mnie przez cały proces zameldowania i dokładnie opisał miejsca do robienia zdjęć oraz trasy zwiedzania. Natychmiastowe odpowiadanie na wiadomości na WeChat było standardem. Po zameldowaniu otrzymaliśmy bezpłatne owoce i ciastka; jeśli chciałem wybrać się na wędrówkę i podziwiać krajobrazy, lokaj rysował nawet ręcznie mapę, wyraźnie wskazując najlepsze kąty do fotografowania gór. O 9 rano weź udział w ośmioczęściowym ćwiczeniu brokatowym w lobby, a następnie wybierz jedną z dwóch rękodzielniczych aktywności w strefie spa: wytwarzanie parasoli z papieru olejowego, wytwarzanie wachlarzy lakierowanych i pocieranie. Zanurz się w uroku niematerialnego rzemiosła dziedzictwa kulturowego. Miejsca publiczne hotelu są również idealne do fotografowania. We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.
