The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant.

What I liked most (maybe not everyone) is the hard mattress, very good sleep. Breakfast was ok, location central - all good. Point to be improved is Wi-Fi, but apart of that all fine.

The room and bathroom are relatively large, and the bathtub should be about 1.7 meters long. The bed and pillow are very comfortable, and there are many choices of pillows such as 0 pressure pillow, buckwheat, lavender, etc. There are practical fruits, milk, yogurt, water, drinks, etc. for check-in, night bed, and check-out. The hotel front desk, room, and security services are all very warm and considerate. Parking downstairs is free and convenient. The Baoding Guild Hall on the first floor of the hotel is not rated high on Dianping, but our actual experience feels that it tastes good and the price is reasonable. Li Hongzhang's stewed vegetables, stir-fried water spinach, and stir-fried pot noodles are all delicious, and the taste is average. My family members all commented that this hotel is well booked. It is about 6 kilometers away from the Zhili Governor's Mansion by car, and it is quite convenient to go there by car.
