„My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!”

„The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant.”

CCYC7555帶娃出行選對酒店太重要了！這家真的完全超出預期✨ 環境乾淨整潔，房間寬敞明亮，給孩子準備的親子帳篷和小床超貼心，娃一進房間就開心到蹦躂。服務人員態度特別好，有求必應，辦理入住和退房都很高效，還主動給了小童洗漱用品。設施齊全又新，衞浴乾濕分離，床品柔軟舒適，住得特別安心。整體體驗感拉滿，家庭出遊強烈推薦，下次來還會選這裏！

Ttravelling with teensThe staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Some speak English. The room was very spacious with lots of tech gadgets and big tv screens. There were however no cupboards to put your clothes or suitcases in. The roof terrace with pool is really nice, but the restaurant in the basement is unwelcoming. Breakfast was cold and although they had a good coffee machine, they were not able to use it to make a good coffee. Instead of juice or tea they offered cola and sprite. Although we had a good stay we have to say that the prices for rooms in this hotel are quite high and the hotel in total doesn’t live up to those prices.

GGośćThe hotel allowed check-in time very late at night (I checked in at about 11:30 pm) and the concierge still functioned well at such a late hour. The bed was really big for a single person. The hotel emphasized that a visitor will be enjoying French life-style in its stay there though there is neither a French word nor French TV program to be found inside the hotel room. I was expunged from the swimming pool on the 4/F solely because I forgot to bring my swimming cap (I had my swimming suit on), and had to cut short my swimming time after my failure to borrow a cap from the staff there. Moreover, the pool water was too cold. The breakfast buffet was good and contained a variety of foodstuffs and drinks of Chinese preferences and origins. However, there was a lack of exotic foodstuffs, e.g. Japanese style, Vietnamese style, European style, etc.
The flash-type French dance, about 15 min. in duration, in the hotel foyer at 6:00 p.m. was extraordinary, attractive and delighting.

DDARK-KI am extremely grateful to the hotel's Golden Key Brown, for bringing me a pleasant and unforgettable stay experience. I came to Xiongan New Area on a business trip. Brown provided me with a great deal of assistance, ensuring that my travels went smoothly. He arranged an airport pick-up service for me. Since the driver couldn't speak English, Brown thoughtfully provided a Chinese-English translation card for communication with the driver. He also arranged in advance the room type that I liked. The hotels in China are highly intelligent, and I really like Chinese hotels.Brown also prepared welcome fruits and a welcome letter for me. The welcome letter provided a detailed introduction to every part of the hotel, which I could refer to whenever I needed. The hotel covers a very large area and has numerous business premises. The content of the welcome letter was of great help to me. The hotel also offers free rides on sightseeing vehicles, and the scenery here is extremely beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Xiongan International Hotel for their warm hospitality.

酒店的核心亮點必須是温泉！取自千米之下的天然温泉水，水質柔軟順滑，泡完皮膚都變滋潤了。室內外大大小小的泡池星羅棋佈，有養生原湯池、生肖主題池等多種選擇，室外泡池還能體驗“冰火兩重天”的獨特快感，小朋友在小童區玩得不亦樂乎。温泉區衞生管理超到位，池水清澈見底，工作人員還會主動遞上檸檬水、大麥茶，貼心又周到。

GGość房間私密性超讚，私湯池乾淨又舒服，放水速度很快，水温調得剛剛好，泡進去的瞬間渾身的寒氣都被驅散了，簡直是冬日續命神器！泡完皮膚滑溜溜的，晚上睡得特別香。酒店環境也很雅緻，一邊泡湯一邊追劇氛圍感直接拉滿。
