„Finally, I stayed here on my own. I'd always booked for clients before, but this time, I brought a friend along to experience a river-view room in the heart of Xitang. It was worth the trip. We also saw the flower boats. There weren't many, only six, but they were perfect for the setting. Interlude: I asked the landlady to borrow two beautiful fire goblets, and then my friend dropped them on the floor. The first thing the landlady asked was if we had any scratches, and she didn't ask for compensation.”

„Great services, connected with the WeChat group before arriving and picking us up at the car park. Unfortunately the hotel and the room is totally different from what we booked. As explained by the front desk, our original room has just undergone sanitazation hence change us to another riverview room. We checked in then realised that there are two near to similar name hotels and believe both under the same management. We are looking for the black & white theme hotel as the picture published on the website but in reality we get another older hotel & room beside the river. Not sure what is the reason we don't get the exact hotel and room there since it is non peak season.”

„Mieszkaliśmy dwa dni, rezerwowaliśmy jeden dzień, a później rezerwowaliśmy więcej. Pani szefowa była młodszą siostrą, mężczyźni byli bardzo mili, przyszli nas odebrać. Są dwa pokoje w pokoju przy rzece. Bardzo dobrze, więc mieszkaliśmy jedną noc, bo rezerwowano kolejną noc, a żaden z nich może zmienić kolejną. Wracając do domu, szef wiedział, że jedziemy na West Lake w Hangzhou i pomógł nam dostarczyć do stacji autobusowej West Point. Był szczęśliwy, można dostać, cena nie jest drogia, nadal w scenach. #Serwis jest dobry, 👍”

„Accommodation has a nice view of the xitang river and it is located near the main road where you can take a cab to the train or bus station. but the bed is hard , uncomfortable and not clean. Saw some stains on the mattress and blanket , lucky I only booked it for 1 night.”

Location was very convenient, right next to the entrance to scenic area. But the room itself wasn't cleaned properly. Fresh bedsheets were Okey ish. Lots of hair on the matrass from previous travelers. Balcony was covered in stains and wasn't cleaned in a while. Some sockets and light switches were broken and soundproofing is non existent. You could basically feel people going up the stairs like it was on your head. From positive things pretty view from the balcony in the morning. Wouldn't recommend going during holidays, cause prices skyrocket during that time.

I escaped from the tiny dorm in Shanghai to here, and I love this place a lot ❤️ The owners are super kind, friendly and supportive. They picked me up at the bus station. I thought it’s just a small town but it’s quite big actually, and with a lot of luggage, I didn’t know how struggle I would be without them. Thank you so so much for helping me 🙇♀️🙇♀️ And the manor is supper nice, elegant, like living in a rich family in the past 😂 The room is beautiful, clean and full of facilities. Some photos I cut from my video of the room. It’s really nice 💛

第一次來西塘定了這家客棧，老闆娘來停車場接的，離停車場幾百米蠻方便的，房間衞生乾淨，就在景區檢票口，進去就是酒吧一條街，下次還會來入住

酒店的房間佈置十分精緻，古色古香的裝飾風格與西塘古鎮的韻味完美融合。空間寬敞，無論是休息區還是洗漱區，都讓人感覺十分舒適。行李可以輕鬆放置，活動起來也非常自如。 房間的衞生保持得非常好，床鋪整潔乾淨，床單被罩沒有任何污漬，衞生間也沒有異味，各種設施都擦拭得一塵不染，讓人住得很放心。，超大的沖浪浴缸是一大亮點，泡在裏面可以放鬆身心，消除一天的疲勞。酒店還提供了免費的水果、咖啡機、茶等，在房間內就可以享受愜意的休閑時光。老闆非常熱情好客，從入住到退房，都給予了無微不至的關懷。幫忙拿行李、介紹古鎮的景點和美食，還會提供一些實用的旅遊建議，讓人感覺像回到家一樣温暖 。值得一提的是他家餐廳真的很好吃，專業廚師燒菜就是不一樣，在房間正好可以看到廚房，一大早老闆買回來新鮮的魚蝦和蔬菜，在廚房認真清洗好，吃的放心。

勝在性價比高了，兩個房間週末才250多塊，入住退房都挺快挺簡單的，早飯是沒有的，附近也沒有早飯店。 缺點：隔音差，水池有點堵，杯具什麼的比較臟（裏面還有牙膏） 如果衹是睡一覺過渡的話可以考慮

很意外也很驚喜 那麼多民宿選中了這個 剛進去狹窄的走道和樓梯 上樓後房間也不算大 loft 裝修看着蠻時尚 實際不可推敲的細節 但是都剛剛好 床品還算舒服 淋雨除了熱水慢點 其他都好 還有衞洗麗 其實真的很不錯了 關鍵這個露台**的 100分裏70分給露台 很舒服 曬太陽 看日落 老闆阿姨人也很好 這個房間住四人性價比就出來了 非常推薦
