„The hotel entrance is hard to see as there's no obvious signage pointing direction, however the owner of the eating shops downstairs was kind enough to point us the way without us asking, I guess it's a norm for them to see travellers come with luggages wandering around looked lost. First, need to go to the alley next to the last shop of the row (selling donut), walk to the middle of the alley, there's a lot of claw machines along the way. And there's lift lobby in the middle of the building, without signage. The sign for the hotel is seen only in the lift. The staff are friendly and helpful. Bottles of drinking water, shampoo, hair dryer, towels and face towels are provided, however cotton bud, toothpaste and toothbrush are not provided. The bedrooms looked like the picture given by Trip.com.”

„The hotel room was out of expectation. Comapred to the listing photos. Place was much smaller and squeezy. Table and chairs looked old and worn out. There was barely much space to move. There was no basic toiletries provided. Perks is that location is close to the train station.”

„Our Italian customer forgot the Japanese whiskey after arrived in Xiamen but the house keeper really found it and gave us back so we really appreciate it!!! Pls give special thanks to the house keeper as it won’t be returned if it was lost in Italian hotel!!! And my customer said they will come back again in his next trip!!!”

„Location wise ok with many shopping and eateries. Is at the side alley so near a KTV which we can hear the whole nightr as the rooms are not sound proof. Found something that looks like a condom on the side of the bed and informed front desk who didn’t do anything even after we checked out on the 2nd day. Breakfast was mainly breakfast and porridge which is unimpressive . Bathroom layout and shower is good”

„It was a single floor hotel located in a big building, in Taoyuan. At about 25 minutes away from the airport, it's not in an area with a lot of places to go, but is good for a short stay somewhat close to the airport. There is access to a 7/11, a grocery store, and a handful of restaurants near by. Employees were really nice and offer the service of booking taxis for you in advance, which was really convenient. They don't really offer food, but do have utensils, a microwave, water, and cleansing necessities. One thing that was a little disappointing was the scent of cigarette smoke we found in our bathroom. They have the rule of no smoking, but it may not be enforced extremely harshly. One more flaw about the facilities is that the bathroom isn't an enclosed room, but rather just two stalls inside the hotel room, one with the toilet and one with a shower with the sink outside which was inconvenient. Overall, a mediocre hotel.”

Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Cozzi Blu for my next Taoyuan trip.”

The Westin Tashee Resort in Taoyuan was an excellent getaway. The property is a little bit o it of the way, but it was well worth the trip. The service and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked on amenities. We had a good view of the mountains. The best part of the resort was all the activities and the pool. The outdoor pool was clean and just the right temperature. There was an open bar from 8:00 to 9:30 that was fun and had performers. Lots of Activities for kids as well. My only criticism would be the quality of the food in the buffet. While they had a lot of options, including western food, it was in my opinion poorly executed for the price. We tried both the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet. For example, the eggs were too watery, the bacon not crispy enough during breakfast. Dinner the meat was dry. High points of the buffet is the selection and the Indian food. Surpassingly, the lobby bar (cafe?) had a great club sandwich, and was the best meal of the stay.

My overall experience at Hotel Kuva Chateau was pleasant, though I was a bit disappointed that the pool is closed during winter and only open from May to September. However, there is a public pool opposite the hotel where you can pay NT 100 to enjoy a nice swim and hot spring. The location is excellent, with a very clean and well-maintained park nearby. The hotel itself was clean, and I particularly liked the bathroom, which featured a spotless bathtub.

The hotel is the nearest one to Taoyuan airport . Can be accessed easily with the airport train or taxi. Shuttle bus is also available which makes it convenient to move around. If returning back to airport make sure to reserve shuttle service seats on your designated schedules. If taxi is needed give at least 10 mins waiting time ;) nice hotel and good space

Enjoyed my stay and one of the best breakfasts I had so far. Very convienent 10 minutes away from the station and 5 minutes from the Night Market. Room is very spacious but has minor cleanliness. TV is accessible to YouTube. The rooms are all very interesting so you won't be disappointed!

Super clean, spacious, & beautifully decorated in a minimalist style! Brand new building, so everything is new & modern, including plenty of electrical outlets. Shower is huge & has a door to separate it from the rest of the bathroom, unlike many in Asia. Really nice toiletries, free unlimited bottled water, &and full-size fridge/freezer in the lobby where you can store food, meds, or chill your drinking water. We stayed twice, one week apart, & the bathroom rugs were cute & different both times. Some noise from the traffic, airport, and nearby construction is audible, but easily drowned out with some white noise. No food nearby, but you can get something before you leave the airport and they sell cookie/cracker/chip type snacks in the lobby. Or, of course, use apps to get things delivered. Convenient location 2-3 subway stops from the airport (depending on terminal), then a 10-15 minute walk along a mostly flat path. A swivel carry-on size suitcase was able to wheel along on all 4 wheels except for a couple places where it got tipped onto two wheels to get up a curb or over gravel. No sidewalk most the way, but a wide enough shoulder you aren’t walking in traffic - though I’d still

I stayed at the Sheraton Taoyuan hotel for one night before an early flight and it was a great experience. The hotel offers a free shuttle to both the airport and the MRT which made transportation extremely convenient. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. my room was clean comfortable and well maintained. overall I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel. I’ll be staying here again next time

Location is very convenient, hotel room & sitting area very spacious. Beds are comfortable & rooms are big. Amenities are sparse, no hand soap by sink have to walk into shower stall to use soap. One 1 sachet of tea for each guest. 2 bottles of water. 2 thin bath towels, 2 hand towels.
