This was the best value-for-money hotel during my trip to the UK. The room was quite spacious for British standards, clean and tidy, and serviced daily. The facilities were excellent, and it's very close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk. If you're planning to visit the towns around Yorkshire, I highly recommend staying here; it's much cheaper than touristy cities like York, and taking the train is super convenient. There's a shopping mall right opposite the hotel, and all the attractions are within walking distance.

Zatrzymuję się tu po raz drugi w ciągu roku. Hotel znajduje się w odległości spaceru od dworca kolejowego. W pobliżu znajdują się supermarkety i wiele przystanków autobusowych. To około dziesięć minut spacerem od centrum miasta. Układ pokoju jest rozsądny i bez problemu mogą w nim przebywać trzy osoby.

Great location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

The hotel is located at the city center with close proximity to almost everywhere. The room is spacious with great city view and a huge shout out to the member of staff for their professional but warm service. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy the city vibe in Leeds!

Jest to bardzo dobry, „niedrogi” hotel, dogodnie położony niedaleko Leeds i autostrady M1. Pokoje są dobrej wielkości z wygodnym łóżkiem, a łazienka ma porządny prysznic. Hotel i pokój są czyste, a personel jest przyjazny i pomocny. Jedynym (drobnym) minusem jest to, że oświetlenie w pokoju mogłoby być nieco jaśniejsze. Ogólnie świetne miejsce na pobyt

Hotel może pochwalić się bardzo dogodną lokalizacją, co jest jednym z jego atutów. Ogólnie było czysto, ale kilka problemów negatywnie wpłynęło na nasz pobyt. W naszym pierwszym pokoju było nieprzyjemnie zimno, połowa świateł nie działała, a kran w łazience był luźny, co sugerowało brak odpowiedniej konserwacji. Po zgłoszeniu problemu z ogrzewaniem zostaliśmy przeniesieni do innego pokoju. Okazało się jednak, że nie tylko my mieliśmy ten problem – inni goście również zmieniali pokoje z powodu niskich temperatur. Wygląda na to, że ze względu na wielkość hotelu personel może nie mieć czasu na sprawdzenie systemów ogrzewania we wszystkich pokojach. Co gorsza, w pokojach robiło się bardzo duszno, co utrudniało znalezienie komfortowej temperatury. Kiedy poprosiliśmy o dodatkową pościel, ponieważ było nas troje, a zapewniono tylko dwie kołdry, poinformowano nas, że obsługa sprzątająca nie ma jej dostępnej. Było to zaskakujące i uciążliwe, ponieważ podstawowa pościel powinna być zapewniona wszystkim gościom. Pościel, mimo że wyprana, miała widoczne plamy na niektórych prześcieradłach, co psuło ogólne wrażenie czystości. Dezorganizację pogłębiał fakt, że personel sprzątający pracował w bardzo nietypowych godzinach. Kiedy wróciliśmy z kolacji grubo po 22:00, sprzątanie pokoi nadal trwało, co było nieoczekiwane. Kolejnym frustrującym problemem był niedziałający przycisk przywołania windy (do zjazdu w dół) i brak jakiejkolwiek informacji o tym fakcie dla gości. To dodatkowo zwiększało niedogodności i uwypuklało brak dbałości o szczegóły. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, lokalizacja i czystość są pozytywne, ale hotel boryka się z poważnymi problemami konserwacyjnymi, nieregularnym ogrzewaniem, niedoborem podstawowych udogodnień, takich jak dodatkowe kołdry, nietypowymi godzinami sprzątania oraz przeoczonymi problemami, takimi jak zepsute przyciski windy. Rozwiązanie tych problemów mogłoby znacznie poprawić komfort gości.

Allocated room 814 which was a mission from reception. Room in state of poor repair. We didn't care that much as it was just a one night sleep. Big hole in floor by bed.abput 3” x 4” large Sharp things under carpet when walking barefoot. Bathroom in a state of poor repair. Ironically had to pay a security deposit for what was a room that needs a complete refurb. Impossible to shower as insufficient cold water and no cold water in morning to brush teeth. Not good. Beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant .

The location is unbeatable, but it was the service that truly stood out. A huge thank you to Anitia at reception for her exceptional help. My partner and I had accidentally booked an accessible room, but we preferred a standard double for the bed comfort. Anitia handled the switch seamlessly and with such a positive attitude. She made our stay much more comfortable!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel… I was only using this hotel as I was staying over in Leeds due to work commitments and was looking for somewhere to put my head down for a night and this hotel was very good for what I needed and was definately use this hotel again if and when I need to in the future… Room was clean and bed was comfortable and the room had everything in it I needed to…

Good hotel with (paid) parking. Clean and maintained well rooms. Small coolers/fridges are also available on request. Good cheap alternative to hotels more central to the neighbouring cities
