GGośćFacilities were beautiful, peaceful and serene. Room upgrade was a pleasant surprise with amazing beach views and rooftop terrace. Food was great at Alebrije and good seagull but very few vegetarian options. Location next to beach was amazing but not swimmable beach and a bit far from marina and art walk- drivable. Butlers were nice but variable in the capability and function and I don’t think they added much value as they forwarded me menus rather than providing more nuanced recs- they were helpful with tips on parking in city. Amenities were much fewer than I expected to this high a price! Also at this price point I expect all inclusive. We enjoyed our stay and love Cabo but I honestly don’t feel the resort is worth the high price point.
Improve amenities, food choices ( veg) and rethink the butler service and/ or price- to me it didn’t add the value for the price.

GGośćThis hotel was absolutely amazing—beautifully designed, with excellent service from start to finish. Communication was so convenient; anything we needed, we could simply message on WhatsApp and get a response within minutes. The staff gave great recommendations for activities and dinner spots in the area.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning water views. I loved that it’s adults-only, which made the atmosphere even more relaxing. The hotel also has its own private beach, accessible by a quick boat ride provided for guests.
The drinks were top-tier, and one evening there was even a DJ on the rooftop, which created such a fun vibe. The food was also a standout—specifically the rooftop burgers, which were honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time.
We felt completely safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during our stay. I would definitely return and confidently give this hotel a 10/10 across the board!

GGośćThe hotel is quite small and appears to be understaffed. The service certainly doesn’t justify the price.
The check-in process was particularly frustrating, as it took a long time and I had to keep asking for updates. When I finally got to my room, it wasn’t the one I was initially promised, and they didn’t inform me of the change until I arrived. (I tipped the staff but he gave me a worse room🤬) I tried to upgrade, but the price they quoted was 7x higher than what the travel agency had offered. When I asked to upgrade through the agency, the hotel claimed there were no rooms available, which I found hard to believe.
On top of that, we had to request a toothbrush 5 times before we finally got one after 4hrs. The food service was also slow, and though the presentation of the dishes was appealing, the taste was disappointing.
The hotel is spread across a large, hot area, almost like a desert, making it uncomfortable to navigate. The only highlight was the golf cart service, which was both efficient and helpful.

GGośćLocation is great for downtown Los Cabos, everything in walking distance.
Nice quiet spot, easy access and there is on site secure parking if you decide to rent or bring a vehicle.
Rooms are nice and cozy with different levels of space and beds, we were in 108, it had 2 twin beds, right next to the pool.
I would recommend that they spend a few dollars to improve some things, longer shower curtain in room 108 would keep the water out of the toilet area, a fly screen in the shower window would help keep the mosquitoes out.
Housekeeping was excellent, ladies were very attentive and rooms were spotless.
They have fresh water to refill water bottles and fresh coffee every morning, no restaurant on site, but as mentioned you are right downtown, 5-10 minutes walk to everything.

KKaren Elizabeth BiowI stayed at this hotel with my friend. We ordered tacos one day three different types of tacos we're all terrible and expensive I mean really bad. Avoid this hotel June July August September because The pool is like being in a Jacuzzi so hot that whenever you get in the pool you feel like you're going to faint. Also this is kind of cheap and doesn't put fridges the room. The bathroom was very small I will say the air conditioner worked well and the staff were polite. I would not stay here again it's too inconvenient to have to buy an ice chest to refrigerate a beer. This hotel doesn't meet Hilton standards in my mind.

TTraveler93Love this resort. There were a couple inconveniences such as construction right under my room but customer service is unbeatable at accommodating and customers happy. Can’t complain. Can’t beat the location right on the beach and just minutes from the marina walking. Love itttttt.

GGośćThis place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck
