Lovely hotel! The hotel is 10 min walk from the old twon. Our room was very clean and spacious with great shower! The staff are incredibly polite, welcoming and friendly. The staff from cafe at the front went out of their way to get us vegan cake in the evening. The bar staff was lovely as well and drinks and food reasonably priced. The breakfast had good selection for anyone including nice vegan options. Definitely try the vegan strawberry cake, it was the breakfast highlight for us. As they are renovating spa we couldn't use the hotel ones (we will have to come back to try). They offered options nearby but we opted for a different place for our massages in the end. Overall great stay and we will definitely come back.

Byłem bardzo rozczarowany pobytem, w pokojach czuł się silny i nieprzyjemny zapach ścieków, który można było wykryć również z korytarza, nawet 10 metrów od niego. Byłem na 5 piętrze, a mimo reputacji hotelu, to nie było to, czego oczekiwałem. Dodatkowo, głośna muzyka z pobliskiego baru lub restauracji kontynuowała do północy, co sprawia, że bardzo trudno jest spać. Musiałem utrzymać okno otwarte z powodu zapachu, a mój kolega w sąsiednim pokoju ale z nocnymi temperaturami około 8 –9°C, pokój był niewygodnie zimny. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, doświadczenie spadło znacznie poniżej oczekiwań dla hotelu o tak dobrej nazwie.

Our stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Pobyt w tym hotelu był bardzo komfortowy. Już od samego wejścia do pokoju byłem pod wrażeniem jego czystości. Przestronność i aranżacja wnętrza stworzyły niezwykle kojącą atmosferę, pozwalającą mi się naprawdę zrelaksować. Personel był również wspaniały, zapewniając miłą i serdeczną obsługę, dzięki czemu mój pobyt był bardzo przyjemny.

Proces zameldowania był dość łatwy. Chociaż hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania, w umywalce nie było mydła. W prysznicu nie było mydła, szamponu ani żelu pod prysznic. W pokoju nie było jednorazowych kapci, ale były ręczniki. W prysznicu była plama, której nie rozumiałem. Należy poprawić sprzątanie, łóżka nie są złe, ale łóżka piętrowe skrzypiały. Godzina wymeldowania z hotelu to 10:00. Jednak jest to bardzo wczesna godzina wymeldowania. Powinna być najpóźniej o 12:00. W hotelu nie ma przechowalni bagażu. Zdecydowanie powinna być. Nie udało nam się przekonać personelu, aby nam pomógł.

Schronisko jest dobre. Informujemy, że wejście i zameldowanie do hotelu odbywa się samodzielnie, za pomocą urządzeń automatycznych. Musiałem poprosić i poczekać na informacje, aby wejść do hotelu w dniu przyjazdu, ponieważ hotel nie udzielił informacji z wyprzedzeniem. Poza tym wszystko było w porządku. / Hostel jest dobry. Należy mieć na uwadze, że wejście i zakwaterowanie w hotelu odbywa się samodzielnie, za pomocą urządzeń automatycznych. Musiałem poprosić i poczekać, aż informacje dotrą do hotelu w dniu przyjazdu, ponieważ hotel nie przekazał tych informacji z wyprzedzeniem. Poza tym wszystko było w porządku.

The location of this hostel is great, very close to the center of Bucharest, and it is very convenient to walk to nearby attractions or libraries. Wi-Fi is available in the public areas and the speed is very stable. The best thing is that they have self-propelled facilities and dryers, which is a savior for long-term travelers! The atmosphere in the public garden is also very relaxing, and the overall stay is very satisfactory, recommended to all backpackers.
