Room was large, comfortable bed and extremely quiet. Bathroom was large with powerful shower. Hotel staff were polite and efficient. Recommend to all, hope to return .”

I was initially worried because I arrived around midnight, but everything went smoothly. The hosts responded very quickly and were extremely helpful and cooperative. „Nasz pobyt w hotelu Continental w Bukareszcie był w większości przyjemny i komfortowy. Sam hotel jest zadbany, oferuje wspaniałą atmosferę i doskonałe udogodnienia. Jedzenie serwowane w restauracji było pyszne, a personel był serdeczny, pomocny i uważny na nasze potrzeby. Jednak nasze doświadczenie podczas zameldowania pozostawiało wiele do życzenia. Recepcjonistka, z którą rozmawialiśmy, nie była szczególnie pomocna. Kiedy zapytaliśmy, czy woda z kranu jest zdatna do picia, odpowiedziała zdawkowo, twierdząc, że nie wie i sugerując, żebyśmy kupili wodę w hotelu. Podobnie, gdy zapytaliśmy o możliwość wcześniejszego śniadania z powodu naszego wczesnego wyjazdu na jednodniową wycieczkę do zamku Peles, była niechętna i sztywna, upierając się, że śniadanie jest serwowane wyłącznie o 6:30. Na szczęście personel restauracji wykazał się wyjątkową uprzejmością. Kiedy przybyliśmy o 6:15, uprzejmie otworzyli drzwi wcześniej i powitali nas, pozwalając nam zjeść coś przed wyjściem. Ich profesjonalizm i życzliwość pozwoliły odwrócić sytuację, która mogła być frustrująca.”

„The hotel exterior is historical but the interior is very spacious modern well equipped like an apartment. I stayed 3 nights here and enjoy so much. Location is central near old town. Metro station is around 7 mins away on foot. The breakfast is very tasty. Price great. But there's street noise when opening the door of the balcony.”
