Our group of three guys went on a self-drive trip to Western Sichuan, and this guesthouse was hands down the biggest surprise and highlight of the entire journey. The overall experience even surpassed that of the Tianyuan Howard Johnson I'd stayed at before, offering incredible value for money. We had only booked one room, but the owner was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a larger, more spacious room free of charge. They also provide a dedicated butler service, with staff who are attentive, responsive, and quickly and properly handle any requests, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. I absolutely have to rave about the hotel breakfast. The freshly cooked rice noodles were divine, with lamb that was stewed to perfection – tender and flavorful, not dry at all. The entire breakfast spread was thoughtfully curated, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a well-planned nutritional profile. Eating it each morning instantly banished the fatigue from our high-altitude drives. The courtyard environment was immaculately maintained; the cleanliness was impeccable. There were also gentle, adorable cats in the yard that you could pet. Free coffee and ice were always available in the common areas, and relaxing in the courtyard during downtime created a wonderful ambiance. What truly touched us was an unexpected incident during our trip: we had a tire blowout while driving. Stranded on an unfamiliar road, we were at a loss. Thankfully, the kind owner stepped in to help, proactively contacting a reliable repair shop, overseeing the entire tire replacement process for us, and even arranging for our car to be safely stored. Afterwards, they thoughtfully provided transportation to and from Jiuzhaigou. This heartwarming assistance, which went above and beyond the call of duty, made us feel incredibly secure on our journey in a foreign place. Whether it was the facilities, the dining quality, the butler service, or the owner's outstanding hospitality, everything was faultless. This was the most memorable accommodation from our Western Sichuan trip, and I will definitely be highly recommending it to all my friends planning to travel the Western Sichuan loop. It will be our top choice again next time we visit!

We stayed at the Hilton in Jiuzhaigou for three days with our family, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. At every touchpoint, we felt the warmth and attentiveness of the service team. A special mention goes to the customer service manager, Janice, who was incredibly thoughtful. She surprised our children with adorable teddy bears, which made their day. Knowing that we were visiting Jiuzhaigou, she also prepared disposable bath covers and bath salts for us—such a considerate gesture after a long day of sightseeing. Our children were not very used to the local cuisine, so we ordered pasta from the hotel. It turned out to be delicious, and the portion size was very generous, which we really appreciated. My kids also enjoyed playing at their kids club. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay for our whole family. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, well-organised and thoughtfully prepared prior to my arrival. The bed was comfortable and the overall ambience of the room created a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The view is stunning and you can stargazing through the balcony with warm coffee. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, with amenities that were replenished promptly. The lighting, and in-room facilities all functioned smoothly, reflecting the hotel’s attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort. The level of service from the staff truly enhanced my experience. The person in charge was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They assisted us with our luggage, guided us patiently and ensured that we understood all the facilities and directions. They also provide shuttle service to the park with a comfortable car. They also will communicate with you before your arrival through wechat. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality and cleanliness of the room and the staff hospitality. The high standard of upkeep and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly towards children. We even got Häagen-Dazs and snacks upon check-in. Although our booking didn't include breakfast, they kindly offered it to us (and the breakfast was fantastic – highly recommended!). I rarely leave reviews, but I just had to praise them this time for the excellent emotional value they provided. The resort area is very quiet, and there are fun places nearby; we even visited a museum and saw some meerkats! We stayed for two consecutive nights and had a great experience. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that it's a bit far from the scenic area. A taxi cost 40 RMB in the morning and 30 RMB to get back at night. Also, the laundry room could get a bit crowded.

We recently completed our first family trip to Jiuzhaigou, and our stay at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou was an absolute highlight that contributed significantly to the magic of the experience. Our group included 5 people (2 were kids), and the hotel catered to all of us with warmth and efficiency. 🏞️ Stunning Views and Impeccable Cleanliness From the moment we arrived, we were left speechless by the stunning views surrounding the property. The scenery is simply breathtaking and left an unforgettable impression of both the Conrad and Jiuzhaigou itself. Beyond the views, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment throughout our stay. 💖 Outstanding Staff and Exceptional Hospitality The entire staff team at the Conrad Jiuzhaigou deserves immense praise for their incredibly helpful and professional service. They truly elevated our stay. We are especially grateful for their efforts in upgrading one of our rooms. This allowed all five family members to stay within the same block, which was highly appreciated and made our family logistics so much easier. Also, a standout service was the golf cart transportation required between our room and the main lobby. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring we never had to wait in the freezing weather. The cars arrived almost instantly upon request, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and concern for guest comfort. A special shout-out must go to Ms. May who helped us check-in at the Reception counter. She took excellent care of us from the moment we stepped into the hotel, processing our check-in smoothly and efficiently. Her welcoming presence set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. 🍳 Delightful Dining Experience The breakfast at the Conrad was another major positive. The spread was wide and diverse, offering something for everyone in our group, and the taste and quality were truly excellent. It was the perfect start to our long days of sightseeing. In summary, the Conrad Jiuzhaigou is more than just a place to stay—it's a destination that offers comfort, luxury, and world-class hospitality. The combination of the stunning views, pristine environment, and the helpfulness of the entire staff (especially Ms. May) made this an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.

Nice little hotel in a Central location in Jiuzhaigou. About 20mins drive to Jiuzhaigou National Park and around 1.5hr drive from Huanglongjiuzhai Railway Station. We stayed on the 5th floor which is the only floor that we saw with a view. The rooms are nice, a kind of modern-lodge hybrid. Like a modern hotel but with a few ******* elements. I found that the bathroom didn't have enough light making it a little difficult to shave. Cleanliness is just OK, I found an old plum seed behind the hair dryer in the bathroom. I also collected a bunch of some kind of beatles off the windows when we first checked in and threw thew out the door. The breakfast is just OK but the yak yoghurt is delicious. Overall I think it's a good hotel but for the price I feel like a few things could be improved.

This was my first time visiting Zhongcha Valley, and I was instantly captivated by the stunning scenery. The butler was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, providing detailed travel tips before and after our arrival. They were very responsive to our needs, making for a comfortable and warm experience. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect; as soon as you open the window, you're greeted by endless mountains. The room was clean and spacious, and staying here truly allowed me to slow down. It was a wonderfully relaxing trip, away from the hustle and bustle, just quietly enjoying the mountain wilderness. Nice!

Nie ma zbyt komercyjnej, nie ma zatłoczonej tłumy, to jest ściana, która wylądowała w dolinie. Zamówiłem pokój z 301 trzciną, otworzyłem okno na szczycie góry Biało, nie było zimno, góry śnieżne roztopiono, nie było żadnej chłodni, nie było ludzi w sezonie, nogi były oryginalne, tłusty dym, tłusty zupa, śnieg obudził się w dzień, Taka jest zima w Kawai. ✅ Bardzo duży widok zapada okien: w dzień patrzymy na Ginjany Słońce, w nocy patrzymy na mgłę, a w nocy patrzymy na chmury. Jeśli napotkasz śnieg, jest to piękniejsze niż gadanie! ✅ Independent private soup pool: zimą przyjeżdżam do Kawasi, nic nie jest szczęśliwsze niż gorąca sopa w pokoju! Są w domu przygotowywane łazienkowe kąpielowe! ✅ Cały dom jest ciepły: Plaża jest zimą nienawidząca zimy, cały teren jest otwarty 24 godziny na dobę, ślimaki są ciepłe na podłodze, czyszczenie jest bardzo czyste! I mieszkanie wśród gór śnieżnych, i puli zupy, i sanktuarium, i ciepła, i spokoju, który nie ma wątpliwości.

環境：對比九寨溝附近其他酒店和民宿，這家民宿的環境真的太讚了！整體氛圍特別舒服，靜謐得讓人完全放鬆下來。玩了一天九寨溝，累得渾身痠痛，回到這裏瞬間卸下所有疲憊，安安靜靜地歇着，簡直是治癒級別的體驗。房間裏也沒什麼雜音，第二天滿血復活再出發，太適合作為九寨溝行程的“充電站”了，喜歡大自然推薦來這家民宿。 服務：工作人員也很到位，服務都很好👍 衞生：進房間後讓我非常滿意，比在手機上看着要乾淨很多 設施：房間內佈置很有特色，也有特別舒服的椅子，窗外也有露營椅，可以坐在外面欣賞風景，聊天等。 早上早點還可以在房間看日出，總體來説這個民宿是個很不錯的選擇！
