This hotel is located across from Kunming Foreign Language School, in a very quiet area that's quite suitable for self-driving, though it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions. The room was very clean, and they even cleaned it daily during my stay. The disposable toiletries and mineral water provided were plentiful, and a robot delivered anything else I needed. My only minor issue was a night light under the bedside table that would turn on with the slightest movement, which disturbed my sleep a bit.

This location is not very touristy and the hotel is very good. The last day of our stay we thought that we want to have a good rest before we fly off. And obviously it’s a good choice. Location is convenient with lots of eateries. Hotel amenities is good. Service of the staff is good. Front desk searched for our courier delivery that we bought online. The security guard 高志山 provide us with best service, making recommendations on where to go around the area and keep our luggage after checked out. A big thumbs up to the team. The international brand surely carries its status with the well trained staff

The hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and comes with water machine that can dispense hot and cold water, very convenient. The environment has a very poetic vibe, once you open the room , the water lilies pond is right in front.

Everything is great except u need traslation app to communicate , u can ask for non smoking room ( which do not have smell of smoking at all despite they will say that they do not have non smoking room.) Opposite have vietnam restaurant that have somekind like mushroom fresh springroll , I strongly recommed u to try ( just take pic translate and point what u want ) but you will have to wait always have queue Breakfast is best , change everday ( but this time I stay only for 2 nights ) คนไทยคะ อย่าลืมลองร้านเวียดนาม เปาะเปี๊ยะแป้งสดนะคะ อร่อยมากกกก มีน้ำราดแบบซีฟู้ดแนวเจือจาง แต่น่าจะถูกปากคนไทยอยู่ ทางออก Exit D ของ Chajie metro มี Lift ค่ะ

The hotel is quite new, located in a high-rise building above MixC Mall. From the airport, Line 6 takes you directly to MixC Mall's B2 level, then you can easily walk through the mall and take the escalator – a very smooth experience. The next day, I used Line 6 again to transfer to Line 2 at the train station, avoiding traffic congestion. Transportation is indeed very convenient. The toilet paper is from Xinxiangyin, the hand soap is from Guoshuyuan, the bathroom fixtures are from Submarine, and there's a smart toilet, a Xiaodu smart speaker, and a separate washing machine – all very nice touches. The owner kindly arranged a one-hour late check-out for us and even enthusiastically recommended nearby restaurants.

The hotel is beautifully designed, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. I really appreciated the little touches — they even provided fresh fruits and mooncakes since it was close to Mid-Autumn Festival! The staff were super friendly and attentive. There’s always someone at the door to help, and they even assisted with carrying our luggage straight to the room to make sure everything went smoothly. As a sweet gesture, they gifted us a mooncake when we checked out — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay extra memorable.

Super great location.. connect to the shopping mall right away at 7th floor. Everything is so new. Staffs are friendly and so willing to help with any request. I asked for a may to get my parcel delivery.. she promptly went to collect it for me😊. Room is as exactly in the picture. Definitely return!!

這次入住體驗非常滿意，從辦理入住到退房，每個環節都讓人感到貼心舒適。 前台工作人員態度親切，主動介紹了酒店設施和周邊餐飲，還幫忙升級了房型。房間比想象中更寬敞，落地窗視野很好，床品柔軟乾淨，隔音效果也不錯，晚上睡得很安穩。 特別值得一提的是衞生細節——浴室整潔無水漬，毛巾蓬鬆清新，連角落都一塵不染。

Zarezerwowałem pokój z łóżkiem podwójnym, chociaż jest on stosunkowo blisko podwyższonego budynku, efekt izolacji akustycznej szkła jest bardzo dobry. Nie ma to wpływu na mój sen i odpoczynek. Wszystkie przedmioty w pokoju są nowe, podobnie jak toaleta bardzo czysty. Ogólne wrażenie w pokoju jest nadal bardzo wartościowe w tej cenie. Śniadanie w hotelu jest w formie bufetu. Jeśli chodzi o śniadanie, dania są bardzo bogate, a napoje są bardzo dobre. Środowisko jest również bardzo dobre, ciche i czyste. Obsługa recepcji jest również bardzo dobra. Pomagają również w przenoszeniu przechowywanego bagażu i są bardzo cierpliwi. W hotelu znajduje się także siłownia i pralnia. Po wypraniu ubrań można je w odpowiednim czasie wysuszyć. Jest to także wspaniałe przeżycie. Przyjdę ponownie, jeśli będę miał okazję w przyszłości!

The hotel was newly opened in 2025. The hotel lift reaches every floor, room was good sized, very clean and hygienic with good amenities. The room condition dose matches the description as you can see on the hotel website. We stayed in the hotel for a few days and were very impressed with the level of service. Owners were friendly and helpful . Hotel is right in the middle of the prime shopping and eating district , just on the top of the subway station line 6 from airport line 30 mins) . Foods, supermarket and shopping just downstairs. There is good viewing from the apartment . I also requested late check out and it was granted this time (due to my flight was 21:30), the owner is so helpful and understanding . Owner's response is prompt when you contact him. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for those visiting Kunming City , Yunnan China.
