The stay at Starry Garden is feeling very homely. We appreciated their effect to greet us each time we come back and the facilities at the hotel is amazing. We are surprise with their butler service especially the laundry service really is convenient for us. Overall we highly recommend for staying at this hotel. .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What really made my experience special was the excellent service. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. A big shout-out to the 11th-floor housekeeping team —they were incredibly thoughtful，paying attention to small details that made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and the receptionist Piter was kind enough to upgrade us and gave us a room early in the day. The hotel is very new and clean. Breakfast has a decent selection and the hotel is great value for money. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Wuhan!

The service was excellent. They helped us print, gave us late checkout, and a room upgrade. Everyone was so polite, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. There is a nice coffee shop in the lobby and it is a very convenient location by Hankou station. The room was very nice and the lobby is quite grand.

The hotel is great, the room is very comfortable, the environment is very good, the service is very intimate and in place, everyone in front has a sweet smile, and the check-in is fast. It is convenient to use robots to deliver things on the first floor, and you can also park for free, scan the code and charge, and add glass water for free. It is very convenient. Booked the hotel for a weekend get away. We chose this hotel based on recommendations from friends and because of the pool available to use. After checking in we were upgraded free of charge to a deluxe room and were gifted a complementare tea/coffee voucher whilst we waited for our new room. Our luggage was taken up to the room whilst we enjoyed our coffee. The room was nice and clean and had a good view of the city. We decided to change and head down to the pool, only to be told a swimming cap was required if we wanted to swim, they had swim caps to buy but for the sake of a one night stay we decided not to purchase the swim caps as we wouldn't have used them again, I feel like had we known about this rule when booking we could have prepared our own to take. When we returned back to the room we decided to run a bath, whilst running the bath house keeping invited themselves into our room and then left when they realised it was occupied. We thought this was strange as we hadn't long checked in and didn't require housekeeping. Other than that it was a pleasurable stay.

Environment: I absolutely love the decor of this hotel; it's simple yet sophisticated, with a very high-end color palette. Facilities: The bed firmness was just right, and I slept incredibly well. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, the towels were fluffy and soft, and the toiletries smelled great. It's newly renovated and very clean, offering excellent value for money. Service: Extremely satisfied! They answered all my questions, and even offered chilled bottled water before I left on a hot day, which was a very thoughtful touch. Hygiene: The room cleaning was meticulous, and the toothbrushes were of good quality. Very satisfied!

Come to Wuhan with my girlfriends, the overall experience exceeded expectations. The staff is warm and caring, the room is meticulous and dust-free, the duplex room type is fully equipped, the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the city view at night, there are many shopping malls around, and it is very convenient to travel and eat.

I was impressed from the moment I stepped into the hotel, it’s cleaned, modern and especially the night shift receptionist her name is Jia Ying. Since I arrived quite early at 3am and the temperature outside was around 6 degrees, she according me to sofa, give me something to drink, and even brought me a blanket and take a really good care of me until I checked-in. After checked in I have a little problem and call front desk, even the staff cannot speak English very well but they try so hard to communicate and try really hard to help. I very appreciated. Orange Hotel is as reliable as ever. Each time I go to China, my first choice is always Orange. Clean and service is good. Its a no brainer choice. This hotel is near Hankou station so its super convenient to head to train station for my next destination. Its also near the subway station and its convenient to go to the other tourist attractions.
