Hotele w: Tongde Kunming Shopping Center, Kunming

Wspaniały i przystępny hotel, i bardzo pomocny personel. Nawet zapłacił za taksówkę do stacji kolejowej, to było naprawdę miłe. Dziękuję za całą pomoc.

I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn to pet parents traveling with their furry friends. I stayed at two Hilton Garden Inn locations during this trip: Kunming Panlong and Dali Erhai. 1. The hotel's location is convenient for walking and potty breaks for dogs. Kunming Panlong has a small green space nearby, and Dali Erhai is right across the street from Erhaiyue Wetland Park, where there are plenty of other dogs to play with. Both hotels are in central locations, making them a moderate distance from various city attractions. 2. The rooms are designed like short-term apartments, offering enough space for medium to large dogs to move around and play simple games. There's also a good variety of room types, making it easy for families to arrange their stay. 3. The staff is incredibly pet-friendly. They prepared toy and treat gifts for our dog, and our dog absolutely loved the big radish and small radish toys! 4. For dogs who eat fresh food, both hotels are located near places where you can buy fresh vegetables and meat. You can also borrow a rice cooker from the hotel to cook the food for your dog. The large refrigerator in the room also allows for storing plenty of ingredients and any medications that need refrigeration. 5. The one-time cleaning fee of 200 RMB is reasonable, and there's also convenient parking available, which is a big plus for those who drive themselves. 👍

Hotel needs some renovations, rooms look somewhat outdated and not too clean. Some buttons to control the lighting didn’t work. AC/heating worked fine, but there’s no hair dryer in a room and you have to pay to rent it according to the instructions book (we didn’t check as we have only stayed for one day). There is a paid charger (pic) but mini program to use it doesn’t work anymore 🤯 Area is certainly not “touristy”, flyers of 18+ services thrown around right before entry to a hotel compound. Reception staff is friendly and there is a coffee machine (free) and cold drinks selection (paid but at fair price). There are no outside noises but walls are thin and you will hear your neighbours talking very well. If you need parking, there is plenty.

Booked the family room but didn't end up actually staying there as the window wouldn't close. I think the actual family 2 rooms would have been a great choice. Lots of space and calm. The normal rooms had a weird smell to them and were facing the street. Good price and parking is available. Management should check the rooms before selling them. The Management's solution to the unclosed window was to tie it up with a string; considering it was in December and close to the 4 degrees outside, I think that's not a great solution. The front desk was eager to find solutions and tried to their best to accommodate!

環境：坐落在一條小巷子裏，打車還是很方便的，並且，距離翠湖這樣的打卡點很近，樓下電動車騎行15分鐘就到。步行到周邊昆明廣場，也就十幾分鍾，並且路邊超級多商鋪。 樓下街道上有一些茶館，可太棒了，門頭有南方特色。還有特色烤茶。 設施：智能語音助手聲控窗簾，電視，空調。可太方便了。 窗簾遮光超級嚴密。 吹風機是那種超級大號的，風很給力。 化粧鏡有燈，這種細節可太好了。 美中不足的設計：化粧台沒有放化粧品的地方，衹能夠放刷牙牙具。 服務：連休多天，服務員每天會及時打掃，更換，補充。 早餐很一般。 房間比較小，空間有限。 價格不高。性價比很高。

The hotel is in an ideal location—it’s only a 5-minute walk to Jinxing station. Tongde Kunming Plaza (TKP), a large shopping center with a wide variety of dining options, is only one stop away. There’s a convenience store located just across from the hotel as well. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and polite. I really like the furnishing of the room. It was modern, clean, and spacious. The bed is very comfortable too.

Arrayed here a few times. It’s consistently clean and pleasant. Check-in process is quick and smooth. There are lots of small eateries close by as well as the underground station. It’s about 1/2 hour taxi ride from the airport.

房間單人空間寬敞不擁擠，電腦配置拉滿，高刷顯示器玩遊戲絲滑無卡頓。外設鍵盤鼠標手感超棒，網速穩定不跳ping。衞生做得很到位，床品乾淨，獨立衞浴無異味。安靜不嘈雜，休息遊戲兩不誤，性價比超高，下次打遊戲還選這家！

在這家酒店住了幾天，感覺還挺舒服的。床特別軟硬適中，枕頭也舒服，晚上關上窗基本聽不到什麼噪音，每天都睡得挺踏實。設施方面也挺新，屋裡有個小冰箱，放點飲料水果很方便，衞浴乾濕分離做得不錯。出門交通很方便走幾步就是地鐵站，打車也隨叫隨到，去市中心就幾站路。附近生活氣息很濃，樓下就有便利店和幾家味道不錯的小館子，晚上還能散散步。整體來説住着省心，下次來還會考慮。

Rachel front deck help me check in. She doing fast good job I no need to wait longer. And she also bring some welcome fruits for me. Hotel also upgrade my room type although I only stay one night. She is helpful and friendly. Thank you Rachel. Room is big and nice town view. Breakfast is perfect for me. I think I will be back.
