"Such an amazing hotel and staff EXCEPT for the one lady with red hair and glasses that works at reception/ the restaurant. She has to be one of the rudest people my friend and I have ever encountered. We have never felt so spoken down to. Absolutely disgusting behavior from her. She insinuated multiple times that we did not pay for our food and that we were not allowed to sit in certain areas even if we had reserved a table. Would have given this hotel 5 well deserved stars if she hadn’t treated us like 2 children in a playground. My friend and I really believe this woman would benefit from a self reflection retreat giving her time to think about treating everyone, no matter their age, equally. Other than this set back, we would just like to thank the rest of the staff who treated us with so much kindness and made our stay so exceptional and memorable."

"Taki fajny hotel z dużą liczbą charakteru. Pokoje są proste, ale mają wszystko, co trzeba, w tym komfortowe łóżka i fluffy duvets! W wieczorach usiadliśmy w uroczym salonie cieszyć się darmową herbatą/kawą i grać w gry. Staff was very helpful and they offer a whole range of "extra-curricular" activities including a run club, kino noc, tenis i wiele więcej. On check-out say after mountain biking all day we were even able to use the shower facilities in the Spa przed wyjazdem do domu."

It was worth the taxi ride from our hotel for the experience. Tania, our waitress and guide through the evening was amazing.
