A Life-Saving Stay with Breathtaking Views!” My stay at **Tibet Hostel** was absolutely incredible—thanks to the **kind and attentive staff** named xu mu the manager who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. As someone sensitive to high altitude, their **nasal oxygen supply** was a *literal lifesaver*, helping me adjust comfortably. The **morning breakfast** was a delightful experience, with fresh ******* bread, warm tea, and eggs served with a **panoramic mountain view** that made every meal unforgettable. The hostel even **customized my food** to accommodate dietary preferences—a rare and thoughtful touch! I was especially grateful for their **willingness to fulfill special requests**. When I asked for a room with the famous **”Potato Field View”** (a charming landscape of terraced fields), they happily arranged it without hesitation. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was their **dedication to foreign guests**—whether explaining local customs, helping with travel plans, or simply sharing stories over tea. The atmosphere was **both peaceful and social**, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. Purposely selecting this hotel for our first night because there's a clinic inside the hotel which feels secured upon flight arrival. Hotel was big with ******* design. Love the warm greetings from the staff and appreciate their patience and reminders of slow pace to minimise the mountain sickness. Room was incredibly spacious. Staff was so helpful to drive and lead us to the room. Showing all the equipments operations and help delivering our heavy luggages. The room has everything you need. Definitely perfect to spend your first night here after a long daunting journey. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. You could recharge and rehydrate yourself with everything you can think of when it comes to breakfast. Both Chinese, ******* and Western. A big thumb up and highly recommend.

特別點贊管家麗麗！從辦理入住到微信溝通，麗麗都非常盡心，快速響應並解決了我的需求。 選這家最初是看中它標榜凱悦旗下、裝修新且有布宮觀景。實際入住發現，房間設計雖然初印象不錯，但有些地方不太實用：洗澡區域是開放式的，必須拉窗簾，不然容易走光。 後來瞭解到這是凱悦與如家的合資品牌，既沒有完全達到凱悦的標準，也少了本土品牌的貼心。房間沒配體重秤和擦鞋布，也沒有像亞朵那樣提供卸粧用品。不過説實話，以這個價格來説，性價比依然很高。 位置在拓宇路，出行方便。但帶長輩出行需常打車，酒店大門在小巷子裏，滴滴不願開進來。好在退房當天，前台幫忙把行李搬到了路口上車點（圖3），還幫忙搬上滴滴，非常感謝！

One of the best stayings in my 10 days trip in Tibet! Staff greets us with a warm ******* Herbal Tea with a welcoming scarf and warm towels to warm us up. Friendly staff was helpful and efficient during check in. Room was spacious and clean. More than enough quality amenities were supplied. Comfortable bed for good sleep and most importantly sufficient and steady oxygen can be supplied by the hotel. Humidifier was also one of the best we encountered throughout the whole trip. Absolutely loving the traditional Chinese style room and hotel design that doesn't look old school but authentic. Convenient location where accessible to everywhere! Highly recommend!!

Pros: First time visiting Lhasa, and the room facilities are brand new. The diffused oxygen system is a great touch, and the view is absolutely fantastic – you can gaze at the Potala Palace right from your bed. The parking lot is huge, and you can access Barkhor Street directly from the back door by just swiping your room key. Areas for improvement: The WeChat contact for the butler service, which comes with the room key, was very slow to respond after I added them. It might be handled by the front desk, but if they want to promote a butler service, I’d suggest having dedicated staff for it.

We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

房間很大，充滿一股老錢風。但是設施比較落後，號稱五星，沒有膠囊咖啡機，甚至速溶咖啡也沒有。沒有迷你吧，歡迎水果還是有條件贈送（答應給五星好評）。至於最重要的供氧，每天晚上6點到第二天早上8點，時間很短。 最最最關鍵的是，他們家貴賓樓，號稱最好最貴的房型，竟然在10.1和10.2搞裝修！！！早上八點到晚上七點，電鑽和鎚子聲想個不停，這家酒店價高質次，本來入住人就不多，還想靠這種方法趕人走，不虧是事業單位，點贊！！ 給德吉和普布曲珍小姐姐好評，給老婆編的彩辮很漂亮，老婆很喜歡！ 客房旦增次旺服務員好評，感覺這個酒店工作人員很努力，但領導不行，酒店設施不升級，還搞節假日裝修，用我們的話説，*****！

酒店位置在宇拓路中間，去布達拉宮和大昭寺步行可達，都是大約600米。早餐很好吃，煮粉的大叔人非常熱情，熱心告訴我們去布達拉宮和大昭寺的路線。酒店門口吃的東西很多，還有拉薩百貨商場，商場樓上也有好吃的。門口打車很方便。酒店附近有很多單位，治安也很好。

Osobiście 3.28 Zatrzymał się w hotelu, bardzo odwrotnie, zobaczyłem podpowiedź z tyłu Trip.com, że hotel zaczyna zaopatrzyć się w tlen o 8:00. Możesz sobie kupić kilka butelek tlenu. W łaźni pokojowej problem z łaźnikiem pokojowym. Wchodzi do pokoju kelner, nie dzwoni, bezpośrednio dodaj łaźni i idź. Nie ma żadnych kursów, nie ma egzaminów, nie ma tlenu, nie ma tlenu, nie ma tlenu, nie ma tlenu, nie ma tlenu, nie dzwoniłem do recepcji, nie powiedziałem jej o 8:30, nie zadzwoniłem do niej o 8:30, nie było tlenu. Songtsam was my first choice for my trip to Lhasa with my mother. The service was absolutely fantastic! A special thank you to Ms. Quji and Ms. Geji at the front desk for their attentive service! They responded to almost all our requests immediately, and the emotional support they provided was incredibly high; it felt like coming home. The room layout was spacious, more like a one-bedroom apartment. The toiletries were their own brand, but the toiletries could be upgraded to a more comfortable brand. The breakfast was excellent, with *******, Chinese, and Western options available. I'll definitely be going to Lhasa again in May or June, and I'll choose Songtsam again!
