Hotel was super amazing. Loved the amenities and staff was really helpful. Best part was the breakfast spread. Both pools were great as well. The construction seems very new as all the furniture in room were in top condition. I felt the only downside during our trip was the in-house disco event for our day of visit. It was quite dull( but that’s something specific to the performer, I guess). Overall will definitely recommend staying here for the amazing experience.

Myself and three friends stayed at this hotel for our first girls holiday away,apun arrival the greeting from reception was not the most welcoming and cleaning staff didn’t seem happy to see us, we assumed this was because of our ages we are 21/22 but we look much younger. A personal incident I had with a cleaner was horrible. I came into my room while the cleaning lady was in there to grab a jumper when she started screaming at me in Spanish and led me to the bathroom pointing at some clothes on the floor, not knowing what to do I picked up the clothes and put them in my suitcase. She then proceeded to go behind one of the beds and throw an empty water bottle at me, in shock I left. I did not feel comfortable to report this problem to staff as the previous night my friend was shouted at and got called security on all because she accidentally gave the wrong room number when requesting a spare key card. After these incidents we were all made to feel anxious in the hotel and couldn’t get out of there fast enough! The entertainment staff were lovely is really the only thing I can compliment about this hotel as everything else was ruined because of the treatment we received

We arrived at the hotel to be told we couldn't check in for 4 hours, not a problem went out sightseeing. Once we came to checking in we were allocated 7th floor rooms even though I had asked for ground floor due to person in our group having disability and not able to walk the stairs, staff were great and quickly resolved the issue offering a first floor double room which was even better. The rooms were large and clean, they even had extra blankets incase you got cold. The showers were hot and powerful. We booked fullboard and this was a let down, there was lots of choice but the food was cold and it didn't matter if you went as soon as restaurant opened or later still the same cold food. Whilst we were there it rained all day so we booked the private jacuzzi, all excited and enter the room which was warm, however the jacuzzi was like doing the ice bucket challenge it was that cold. I did ask reception if it was meant to be freezing and was told it should be mediocre. Overall can't complain, the location was great for us. I wouldn't book full board again

Theres no denying the staff at front desk are receptive, attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. The location is superb. The dining area allows you to look over at the promenade....But I wish there were some regulation / international standard with the star rating of a hotel, especially when you chose the hotel based on star rating. I would not consider Hotel Horitzo to be a 4 star hotel, compared to other hotels I've stayed at ranging from 2 star -5 star. This is due to the sheer fact that the rooms were fairly basic. A mini fridge with no snacks, drinks or appliances. There is also no water readily available for guests throughout the day. Just breakfast and maybe dinner. Upon that said, there is a small supermarket called Condis 3 minutes from the hotel, as soon as you exit the hotel, immediate right up the road till the zebra crossing left on the right. . Not far at all. The price of the hotel is based on its location. Directly across the beach. That's it's main selling point. Some rooms may come with a power shower, very impressive others do not. If you do not get a beach front view you most likely will end up looking at the local area ( residents flats). Not picturesque at all. The variety for breakfast is satisfactory. Quite limited. There are few restaurants along the beach front, dotted around the beach front which enables you to experience Blanes day and night. Blanes is a lovely place for couples, family and the elderly. I'd have had my expectations matched if it said 3 stars.

The best thing about going away from home is not having to worry about where you are staying and I was not dissapointed at all. The hotel is just as it is in the photos. Clean, plush and welcoming. We arrived late at night (20/10/23) after waiting 2 hours for our transfer then the travel from Barcelona to the hotel we were tired but welcomed by the wonderful night staff member I think his name was Thorko. He offered us something to eat and explained the hotel facilities. The pool is cold but once you get in its ok and it was fun seeing the look on peoples faces as they got in lol it was a conversation starter. The hotel is located on the beach and near the train station I actually think its the best part of the ***** 5 minutes from Aloha that does the best cocktails and night vibes. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast well I'm missing the breakfast 😀 cava with your freshly made omlette or pancakes, the fruit shots were delicious and how do they make mushrooms taste so good. Best bit was there were no kids!! I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Bernat II for a week in May and, once again, had a very enjoyable holiday. This was my second time staying here. There are so many positives about this hotel. We booked full-board (as had two elderly relatives with us) and found it fantastic value for money. For the price we paid, the food is excellent - breakfast, lunch and dinner are all self-service buffet meals with a huge selection of food, nicely presented. Something for everyone! Live cooking station each day with fish/meat/omelettes freshly cooked. Location is excellent - less than 5 mins walk from the beach and the town centre. Lots of little bars, restaurants and shops nearby. A big Mercadona just around the corner. Bus to/from Barcelona, as well as up the coast directly behind the hotel. Drops you right in the centre of the city a few mins walk from Plaza de Catalunya. Room was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable with a balcony. We were on the top floor and had a partial sea-view. Two large double beds in each room. Room cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied. Beach towels are provided free of charge at reception. Service is excellent which seems to come from the top down. Management were kind enough to offer a voucher last time when we had to cancel due to a family bereavement, for which we are very grateful. Thanks to Lydia for her kindness and help with the booking. Overall, we had an excellent stay and cannot find fault with this hotel! Thanks to all at Bernat II from Ireland!

There are free parking spaces and paid parking spaces at the door, which are suitable for less than 4 Euros a day. The opposite is the police station, and security is absolutely assured. There is a large supermarket within 100 meters, which is not to be worn! Breakfast is good, relatively rich relative to this price. There is no quality degradation due to the off-season. There is a swimming pool next to the restaurant. The front desk is very welcoming, a bit of a trip, English is better than me! The tourist tax is two people in 1 euro. The room has a hairdryer and no hot water

Our vacation in Oasis was wonderful, everyone was satisfied, especially in the first days. we were received very joyfully. at the reception, the children were offered gifts, since we got to the hotel on Halloween. I remembered a very bright dinner in the style of Halloween, everyone was in costumes and masks. the food was tasty and prepared also in the style of the holiday. In the future, nothing has changed in the services. all the time the staff was very friendly and even at one point when a very large group of vacationers entered the hotel. For several days, long queues at elevators and queues for meals began. but thanks to the hotel staff, everything was controlled and did not overshadow our further stay. I can confidently recommend this place for a cozy family vacation.

We stayed here in July 19-26th . It was our first time abroad with our two children (9 and 5) . The shuttle from the airport took longer than we anticipated (roughly 1.75 hours ) and we were dropped outside a ‘ Rosamar’ hotel and the guy pointed at it but it was the Spa hotel , I said no we are in Gardens and he pointed again to the Spa one . We went in to it to be told wrong hotel and which way to get to the Garden resort hotel which was round the corner and up a steep narrow street . On check in we were told there was a problem with the air con in the apartment they allocated to us so they put us in a standard room and said to come back the next day and we will be moved to an apartment with better views (pool Views - I hadn’t booked pool Views ) . This wasn’t ideal as the next day I then lost over an hour taking our luggage to the new room but it is what it is . I am super impressed with the hotel . Its absolutely immaculate and all the staff work tirelessly to keep it that way . I cannot fault it at all ! Our apartment was lovely and comfy beds . Towels were changed every day (we didn’t ask the maids too ) and it was fully equipped with anything we might need (cups , cutlery etc ) . The food was so good . Plenty of choice every day although yes after 4/5 days in it does get a bit ‘samey’ . They did have themed nights - burger night Monday (burgers were sooo good ) , chocolate fountain a couple nights . May have been nice to maybe have Indian or Chinese theme night one night . Always fresh pizzas and lovely salad and fruit bar . It can get hectic in the restaurant when busy with people crossing paths etc and almost impossible to get a drink as it’s just 2 people going round with a trolley each . Snack bar was good although misleading as we thought we were getting snacks from the snack bar but no it was the little indoor section of the restaurant with a small AL buffet laid out . Snack bar did plates of crisps . Drink selection good although disappointing it finished at 11pm for AI. Slushies and ice creams for kids Included and discounted price of the menu for pancakes and other ice creams . Pool and slides brilliant . We had ‘poo gate’ one day but the lifeguards were quick to sort it and kept us all out for about an hour whilst the chemicals got to work . Plenty of sun beds although people still queued from 8am (gates opened at 9am) and then ran like Usain Bolt to get a bed by the main pool when they opened. I found it too ‘busy’ right on the edge of the main pool so we didn’t get into they game of running for beds . There’s literally hundreds all around the grounds . Animation team brilliant . Marta and Omar stood out . My youngest loved them ! Was great when they all came in the pool for pool games and let the kids drag them around the water 🤣. We went to Ferreti restaurant which belongs to the hotel which was good and they give you a 10% off voucher . Also went to BlueBar for an enormous cocktail ! We didn’t like the beach m
