"Właśnie wróciliśmy z podróży poślubnej. Otrzymaliśmy ten wyjazd w prezencie ślubnym za pośrednictwem Smartbox i, jak w innej recenzji, którą przeczytałam, musieliśmy zmienić kilka dat, żeby dostać pokój. Następnie zażądali od nas zapłaty 80 euro, ponieważ rzekomo był to lepszy pokój... ale pokój był najmniejszy, jaki mieli... wcale nie przytulny, ciemny... a do tego Smartbox dodał romantyczny akcent, którego również nie otrzymaliśmy. Nienawidzę tego mówić, ale łóżko i poduszki były OKROPNE!!! Trzeciego dnia mój mąż i ja nie mogliśmy znieść bólu pleców. A telewizja ma tylko sześć kanałów, wszystkie po portugalsku, z wyjątkiem jednego lub dwóch po angielsku. Basen jest bardzo fajny. Kobiety, które tam pracują, są bardzo przyjazne i miłe, ale przykro mi, że hotel mnie rozczarował... Powiedziałabym, że to raczej dwugwiazdkowy niż trzygwiazdkowy. Przykro mi, ale nie wróciłabym tam."

"GOOD MORNING. I WAS TRYING TO SEE IF I HAD A RESPONCE TO MY HOLIDAY ? GUESS COS OF THE WEATHER IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. MY FRIEND AND I WANT TO BOOK THE LUZ BAY HOTEL ALGARVE BUT WE BOTH HAVE SOME DIFFICULTY WALKING FAR. WE ARE CONFUSED AS WE DONT UNDERSTAND THE DISTANCE FROM HOTEL TO THE BEACH. IT SAYS 350M MM DONT KNOW WHAT THAT IS. IF ANYONE CAN LET US KNOW ABT HOW LONG IS A SLOW WALK FROM HOTEL TO THE BEACH? THE LUZ BEACH. ABT 10 15 MINUTES WILL BE TOPS. IM PARTIALLY BLIND AND AM STRUGGLING. WHAT I SEE MAY NOT BE THE CASE. PLEASE PLEASE COULD SOMEONE HELP. IF ITS TOO FAR THEN WE MAY HAVE TO RETHINK THE HOTEL. "We had a truly wonderful stay at Vila Valverde. The property is beautifully designed, surrounded by peaceful gardens and offering stunning views. Everything is spotless and very well maintained. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help — they really make you feel welcome from the first moment. Breakfast, served at the table, was delicious and added to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a few stress-free days in a beautiful setting. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Thank you to the entire Vila Valverde team for an unforgettable stay"

"We booked a one week stay through Easyjet, flying from Southend. Whilst at the airport Easyjet contacted us to say that there would not be anyone on reception and they would email instructions, which they did. We arrived at 2am and there was someone there to meet us, find our key and show us to the room. A very pleasant surprise. The apartment was good, clean and functional. The lady on reception was lovely and couldn't do enough to help us. The pool area was clean and tidy. There as a bar area but that was never open during our stay. Positives Well equipped Clean Very well located Quiet Friendly Great resort A couple of niggles/negatives: No bedside table one side of the bed. An absolute must for us, but we made do with a chair. The head on the shower was split. The first shower we had, soaked the room and I mean soaked. The state of the bottom of the door we weren't the first to do this as the wood was splitting. We learnt to just not have the water turned on as much - the water pressure was fierce. Would we stay again - definitely."
