Pomimo reklamowania jako hotel trzygwiazdkowy, był gorszy niż hotel jednogwiazdkowy; byłem bardzo rozczarowany."

A special mention goes to F&B Manager Sidvan, who went above and beyond to ensure I had delicious vegetarian options throughout my stay. His kindness and attention made dining such a pleasant experience. At the front desk, Mr. Tharlison deserves our deepest gratitude. We were struggling to purchase luggage for our airline booking due to the Portuguese-only system, and he spent hours patiently assisting us until everything was sorted. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed us. We also greatly appreciated Mr. Daniel, who was consistently kind and hospitable, as well as the entire front desk team, who were always cheerful, welcoming, and ready to assist. All these thoughtful gestures and genuine care made our holiday in Manaus extra special.
