The hotel is in a great location with beautiful mountain views. It takes only seven or eight minutes to walk to the cableway. The breakfast shop and convenience store are just downstairs, and it is also convenient to go to the commercial street. Love Trip.com, and Holiday Inn in BeiDaHu is great, but I was wondering if the services offered to Chinese nationals can also be offered to foreigners, for instance being able to buy Ski Lifts thought the hotel. This service is only offer to Chinese nationals with a local ID Number, in addition is only offered in the app in Chinese. I went to Holiday Inn so i can ski in Beidahu, which is wonderful, but had to buy a ticket every day, go to lines, etc.... instead of having a 4 day ticket offered to Chinese id holders. The hotel is located in the third phase of Vanke Songhua Lake Resort, with a beautiful community environment. The rooms are one bedroom and one living room with a balcony, spacious and bright. The indoor facilities are brand new, and the refrigerator, washing machine, electromagnetic stove and other living utensils are complete. Very good value for money apartment hotel. recommend!

It's a great villa. It's a bit cold in the north in winter, but when we arrived at the hotel, all the worries in my heart disappeared. It was very warm. It's convenient for eating and shopping nearby. I like the decoration style of the room very much. The space is large and the bedding is comfortable. Don’t worry about the location, because there is a pick-up and drop-off service (pick-up and drop-off is available within the scenic area). Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel!

I can drink coffee during the day and have drinks with friends at night. The service is really good. I have sanitary napkins, hair ropes, and baby warmers. Everything I need is absolutely amazing. Some rooms can see the snow track. The suite my sister stayed in is beautiful. I will stay there next time. In the suite, you can have some barbecue and watch a movie in the living room 🤭 None of the hotel's service staff has a bad attitude and can't fault anything. Special mention for the little boy and short-haired girl in the front room.

First thing - the service is awesome! Super friendly and so happy to help accommodate any requests such as transport, rentals etc. The cleaning ladies, the driver and the lady who organised everything through wechat were awesome 👍 Accommodation is modern, clean and very comfortable. We slept 5 guys in the villa with no issues and we all loved it! 24hr mini shop next door and a little cafe with really friendly people for your morning coffee before hitting the slopes. 7am - 10pm free transport around the resort, just drop them a wechat message. 2 minutes shuttle to the slopes. I cant rate it any higher - for the money, this place is top notch!
