„Super good location. The Ski entrance just infront of the apartment. A lot of eatery shops nearby . i think if the owner can provide two ventilation fans on upstair two rooms that will be great as no ventilation on that rooms . All need to depend on ground floor’s window. The rest of the other things are good. We still will come back again for this good location.”

„The hotel is conveniently located by the park. There are many dining options in close proximity. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. The hotel itself is quite small which is nice. The amenities are outdated yet somewhat maintained. It worked for us because our family has two preschoolers. The breakfast is average. The Western type food is represented by baguette, peanut butter, doughnuts and granola. It was not an issue for us, we like Chinese food. We enjoyed our stay but next time would consider a different hotel.”

„今天退房的 超級滿意 剛開不久的酒店很新很乾凈 安排的房型也好 一人行 因為滑雪大巴車安排在這條路上就選了這裏 住過很多很多好酒店 上次出來玩還是住的six sense rome 附圖 雖然價格沒可比性 但是第一次想主動給寫評價 東北人的温暖？ 第一天入住前台小姐姐們都超級超級nice和我分享了好吃的店和外賣 第二天生日給我訂了蛋糕打電話和我説了生日快樂 洗衣服沒有沒有空位小姐姐把我放在那裡等待的衣服洗了又烘乾 早晨遲到了拜託她們叫起床服務 服務一級棒 以後有機會一定會再來的 感恩 比心 大家都特別好 不過… 這酒店沒有身體乳”

„Very nice, modern place, just a couple of minutes walk from everything (+ free shuttle to the lift if needed), also a good location to hang out a bit after skiing. The staff was very nice and supportive, pretty good breakfast incl. Chinese and a few Western options. Fully recommended.”

They were quick to answer any questions I had and were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure mystaywasenjoyable. I appreciated the ir professionalism and willingness to assist me with anything I needed. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which gave the room a warm and inviting feel. The bed was soft and plush, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. Overall, I was impressed with the room and felt right at home.”

„Właściciel jest przemiły! Zarezerwowany przeze mnie pokój znajdował się obok remontowanego obiektu, a właściciel bezpłatnie przeniósł mnie do cichszego pokoju. Pokój był pięknie urządzony i nieskazitelnie czysty. Projektor laserowy był bardzo wyraźny, a do tego mieli nawet program członkowski. Największą zaletą jest lokalizacja – tuż nad Fortune Plaza, z windą prowadzącą bezpośrednio do centrum handlowego. Mogę jeść pyszne jedzenie każdego dnia! Uwielbiam to miejsce!”

„I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).”

„這是我去過真的屈指可數的好店之一。之前一直去五星酒店酒店，享受不到五星級服務的同時，價格卻一直是五星級的。 但是最近發現真的比如這家店，價格非常非常划算的同時，本來我是不帶有過高期待的，結果真的非常非常驚喜，身為滑雪人，我想告訴你們房間隔音好！！！非常非常好！！！這個在眾多雪場裏，算是非常非常稀有了，免費雪場接送！！800米的路很尷尬，有接送真的非常非常舒服，早飯還可以送房間門口，甚至一樓就是咖啡廳，一杯入魂，不過度服務但是有需求絕對第一時間解決，如果下次還來一定再來住的”
