第二次來橫道河子，發現遊客多了，物價貴了，但美美家民宿還是一樣的價廉物美！民宿就在河邊，風景好。房間乾淨舒適，熱水充足。老闆娘厚道，廚藝好！特別推薦她做的小雞燉蘑菇和酸菜肉餃子，味道好極啦！分量很足，我們三個人一頓吃不完，老闆還幫我們留到第二天，加了點蘑菇再燉了吃，回味無窮啊！

The best host I’ve ever experienced throughout my stay in Harbin! Host was kind, I am Muslim and host even bought a new pot for me to use it! Speedy replies from host, don’t worry about your stay cause host is there to take care of you! The room is spacious and clean, the heater works well despite it was freezing outside! Even their toilet has heater, that’s how amazing this place is! It’s suitable for family with children as the host have their own land behind their house, there’s a tube slide for kids to keep the kids busy as well! You can let the kids play the snow in front of the room as well, there’s a yard which sufficient snow to play with. Highly recommended to stay here for family with kids It’s about 10 minutes walk to the other side of the town where most of the attractions are, if you need to go Siberian park or amusement park. Host will make arrangements for taxi for you, as for pick up and send to train station is free.

The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are very clean and unique. You can enjoy the outdoor scenery right from your bed. They offered complimentary frozen pears and persimmons upon check-in, and a free breakfast. The ground floor houses a cafe where you can order coffee and milk tea. The hotel also provides butler service. When entering Snow Village, a butler will pick you up and guide you, and they'll inform you of activity times in advance. Our butler, Xiao Wu, accompanied us throughout our stay, taking us to the best spots for photos in Snow Village, helping us take pictures, even refilling our hot water. They guided us in playing 'water splashing into ice,' letting us do it as many times as we wanted until we were thoroughly entertained. When we left, they dropped us off at the bus station and helped with our luggage the whole way. The service was excellent. Five-star rating for Butler Xiao Wu!

I had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful. The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night. Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer

The lady was very friendly and welcoming, recommending delicious local food for us to try. We booked two rooms, and she kindly upgraded them so we could stay on the same floor. They do request a deposit. The rooms were warm, but we suggest improving the air quality as the cigarette smoke smell was quite strong, which was challenging for us as we’re sensitive to smoke. Since we only stayed one night, it was bearable. We hope to return one day to this beautiful place.

Pobyt w Mountain Talk przez cztery noce i mieli bardzo przyjemne doświadczenie. Hotel znajduje się strategicznie w Snow Village, co ułatwia zwiedzanie tego obszaru, zwłaszcza w zimie. Pokój był czysty, dobrze utrzymany i oferował piękny widok na śnieżny krajobraz, co sprawiło, że pobyt czuł się wyjątkowy. Środowisko jest bardzo spokojne, idealne dla rodzin i podróżnych, którzy chcą odpocząć po całym dniu w śniegu. Naprawdę wyróżniał się gościnnością. Staff, zwłaszcza pan Haizi, był niezwykle przyjemny i pomocny. Pomagał nam wiele razy i upewnił się, że nasz pobyt był wygodny i gładki od początku do końca. Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

The stay experience was absolutely top-notch. Food, drinks, and entertainment were all fantastic. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the room experience was incredibly comfortable, and all the hotel amenities were fully stocked and even better than what you'd find in a five-star hotel. Toiletries and bedding were all disposable and exceptionally clean. They even provided sleep aids like earplugs and black tea. In the evening, there were patrol performances which were incredibly fun and exciting! Definitely a big thumbs up. We went up the mountain twice and experienced all sorts of snow activities, especially the Snow Dragon and snowmobiles, which were absolutely thrilling! I'm definitely coming back to this hotel next time!
