„The service was good, breakfast was delicious, the room was really spacious for 3 of us, including the toilet. Entire room was really clean, toilet has all the necessary hooks and clothes line for you to hang and dry clothes, shower pressure was great, and bed was really comfortable. We stayed for 2 days and enjoyed the complimentary admission to T3 tea plantation.”

„Swan Lake Hotel enjoys a spectacular setting at the foothill of mountains and facing a large lake. If one gets up early enough, from the balcony of the room there's the beautiful sunrise to catch at the far side of the lake. The atmosphere is serenely beautiful! I occupied a luxurious spacious suite on the top floor basically made up of 2 rooms, one for the bedroom and bathroom, the other for a tea ceremony table. Each room has a large balcony and fabulous view of the lake. The bed is huge and the mattress is firm and very good in supporting one's back. The air-conditioning system thoughtfully offers a choice of cool or warm air to suit the seasons. There's a capsule coffee machine but no capsule was offered. Similarly, the beautiful tea ceremony table doesn't come with any tea at all. The bathroom is enormous with a toilet cubicle, double sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The shelf inside the shower cubicle has been designed a bit too small for placing toiletries. Maybe I missed seeing it, but I didn't notice any escape route plan which most hotels display on each floor in the lift lobby. The hot spring center is beautifully set in a garden. Numerous pools offer different fragrance of flowers or tea. Night time soaking is very atmospheric, but safety measure can be greatly enhanced by installing lights to shine in each pool of water. There's plenty of choices for breakfast in the buffet restaurant. The Chinese restaurant serves tasty local cuisine, some ingredient are even from local water and farms. The staff are very friendly and helpful in general, very accommodating with even special requests.”

„I stayed at the Chocolate Kingdom Hotel in mid-October. At that time, some facilities were already showing their age and seemed a bit neglected, and there were fewer staff members. However, I truly felt their dedication in every service they provided; their excellent service more than made up for any shortcomings in the hardware. We had a hot spring package. The hot springs were less crowded during the day and more so at night, so it was good to go at off-peak times. The package also included two-day tickets to Chocolate Wonderland, and at that time, there was a shuttle cart service. When I went back in December, the shuttle was gone, so I want to warn fellow travelers that if you're not driving yourself, think very carefully before booking, as it's a 20-minute walk from the park to the hotel. But since there was a shuttle service in October, and I genuinely felt their dedication in every service, I'm giving a good review for that stay. For December, I'd give a bad review.”

„I had a very positive stay thanks to the excellent staff. The receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful, and even arranged for a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.The breakfast offered a standard selection, but what was there tasted very nice.The only minor issue was a clogged toilet in my room, but the hotel's response was impressively fast and they resolved the problem immediately. Their efficiency in handling this showed a real commitment to guest satisfaction. I would happily stay here again.”

„房間很大，特別是院子，有泳池，有兩個小温泉，有汗蒸房，有茶室，有燒烤爐，能想到的都齊全，是這次行程很大的驚喜。 入住當天剛好碰上冷空氣，清潔阿姨馬上就開了全屋空調暖氣，而且各項用具，設施也介紹得很齊全。 店家也在入住後，發了一些攻略，我們第二天也在旅遊區裏面逛逛。 早餐種類就比較簡單，但是味道還是很不錯的。 這家還是比較推薦的。”

„Jesteśmy we trójkę i zostajemy na Sylwestra Kelner przemiły.Hotel położony na terenie górzystym.Z hotelu nie widać wschodu słońca.To świetne miejsce na obejrzenie zachodu słońca.Nie doceniłem jednak czasu podróży i przegapiłem zachód słońca.Najlepiej umówić się harmonogram z wyprzedzeniem. Pokój to miejsce, w którym odjęłam najwięcej punktów. Wystrój jest dobry, odpowiedni dla grupy osób do zabawy i grillowania. Pokój, w którym mieszkam, jest typu dwupokojowego, a na górze w moim pokoju znajduje się brodzik .Po napełnieniu wodą będzie przeciekać przez całą noc i łazienka też będzie przeciekać. Woda przedostała się do pokoju, a mimo to nadal był lekki zapach. Pokój miał tylko drzwi, ale nie miał okien i wyglądał jak przebudowa kuchni. W części basenowej i kąpielowej tej nocy na górze było 13 stopni, a wodę można było uznać za ciepłą. Bardzo szybko robiło się zimno, kąpiel też była zimna. Próbowałam się wykąpać w basenie, ale czułam się za zimno na kilka minut zanim weszłem do wody, ale podczas moczenia miło jest patrzeć na rozgwieżdżone niebo i myślę, że bardziej nadaje się na letnią kąpiel. Podsumowanie: Jeśli lubisz widoki na góry, zachody słońca, spokojne robienie herbaty lub grillowanie przy ognisku, to nie jest to złe miejsce. Cena za czas wolny jest całkiem niezła👍”

„環境：民宿在洞天仙境入口步行10分鐘可到達，自駕停車在民宿的廣場很方便，客房比較大落地玻璃窗直接觀賞窗外喀斯特地貌的山巒，空氣清新。 衞生：客房床品和傢俱乾淨，洗漱用品很簡單，一次性毛巾、浴巾不太習慣。 設施：房間智能化程度比較高，窗簾、投影電視、燈光聲控管理 服務：辦理入住比較簡單，民宿老闆告知晚餐附近有一家農民餐廳，用餐後非常滿意，早餐可按房間內的菜單提前預訂後第二天早上送到房間，白粥米香很好吃。”
