"Stayed April 1 to 5. Location directions could be improved. It would help a lot if directed to the Brownstone 2 building! Can't hardly see the #5 sign (even our taxi driver was confused and got lost). Once found, it was an easy check in. Got to the unit and it looked great! Upon further inspection and usage, here's the breakdown: - the bed mattress is very hard - was not a comfortable sleep - the bedframe cracks loudly when you are just turning - the kitchen was equipped to a minimum, was ok with us as we only wanted the coffee maker - only 1 hanger in the closet - shower could use an upgrade - showerhead was full of water build up which made the water scarce. The water temperature kept on changing as well. Be ready to get a sudden splash of either hot hot water or very cold water! - the unit is advertised with laundry. This is complete FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I sent a whatsapp message asking where the laundry was. No response. I went to another unit and asked the people staying there and they called asking for the laundry. They were told that there was no laundry. The lady mentioned, it is advertised but the response was, "there is no laundry there". - communication was ok - don't expect a quick response and in my case, they didn't respond at all when I asked about the laundry. - no checkout instructions Easy access to public transportation but far from night life (ok with us) I would have given it a 4 star but I don't like to be deceived with false advertisement"

"Myślałem, że to jest czterocyklowy hotel na wyspie wakacyjnej, który ma oczekiwania i przewidywania usług, higieny itp. Nie spodziewałem się porównywania na tym samym poziomie, to jest dość rozczarowane. Po pierwsze, poza niebieskim w morzu jest fascynujące, hotel projektuje przestrzeń zbyt zwyczajna, zwłaszcza pomieszczenia nie są wysokie i mniej małe, a udogodnienia są stare. Po drugie, często sprzątanie nie jest zbyt czyste. Dwie noce przemieniły się w łazienkę, były uczulone, nawet czuły dziwny zapach. Trzeci, najbardziej imponujący jest tu kelner, oprócz osoby, która jest odpowiednia ＇ większość nie tylko nie jest świadoma usług, ale również wystarczająco czuła się jak kierująca klientem. Kiedy wybraliśmy 90 minut spa, pokój był bardzo jasny, nie miał specjalnego projektu i uwagi na przestrzeń wodną, chaos, pilne masaż, był naprawdę zaskoczony, doświadczył tak wielu najlepszych wakacji na świecie, nie do tego poziomu, nigdy nie widziałem. Szczególnie w porównaniu do hotelu Julii w Meksyku, który byliśmy dwa miesiące temu, jest nieco różny. Czwarte, jedzenie jest zwykłe. Hej! Kiedy robimy zdjęcia, to nie robimy zdjęć w pokoju, to prawdopodobnie jest źle. Nie interesuje mnie to."
