Hotele w: East New City/International Convention Center, Ningbo

Able to send courier parcel from Taobao to hotel nefore checking in. Parcels are received and placed in a box under check in counter - help yourself to retrieve. Robot delivery to room available. Under renovation right now so lift is rather messy. Surprised that room comes with face wash, make up remover oil, hair gel and laundry detergent. Didn't dare to use it but thought it was a nice touch. Coffee machine and tea in the lobby for self service. Serve supper 9pm-11pm but I missed it during my stay so no reviews on that.

Pretty close to the metro station and only about 30 minutes away from train station (with the metro). The area was nice to walk around in by foot, and accessible with car. The reception was friendly and helpful, and the rooms clean and not old and worn-down. The aircondition worked.

It’s a no frills place. If staying here for a short time period like a day or two then no problems. But if staying longer, best to find another place. It’s close to the city centre (Tianyi Square) via subway (three stops) and close to shopping malls (less than 10 mins walks).

The hotel is clearly designed more for domestic travelers, as almost all information is provided only in Chinese. The room itself was spacious and technologically up to date, just as you would expect from newer hotels in China. However, the bathroom lacked any hooks to hang towels or bathrobes, which was quite inconvenient. Cleanliness was not always consistently maintained. Although the description mentioned that guests receive a fruit plate, we unfortunately did not receive one. The breakfast was good with a sufficient variety of options. The lady responsible for the soups and eggs did an excellent job. Additionally, the staff at the reception were very helpful and solution-oriented when we had questions or requests.

The store experience really exceeded expectations! When I entered the door, I was poked in a bright and clean environment. There was no messy smell, and every place was cleaned up. The facilities are very complete, the things you need are all equipped, the details are also very intimate, the commonly used equipment is new, the start is smooth and not stuck, and it is particularly easy to use. The waiter is on call, the attitude is enthusiastic and will not overly disturb, the whole experience is full, and I will definitely come again next time ～

I enjoyed my stay here. They fulfilled my request and were very accommodating. My room was spacious and had a very good view. The pool was in good condition and the front desk staff were fantastic! The area is both clean and quiet, and there are numerous shops nearby. The Hankyu Mall can be found 600 meters away. I would definitely stay here again. 👌🥳

Room is very clean. Location is also not bad. Hotel has free parking lot that is very convenient. Fare is very cheap. Totally it’s ok to recommend.
