Hotele w: East New City/International Convention Center, Ningbo

Able to send courier parcel from Taobao to hotel nefore checking in. Parcels are received and placed in a box under check in counter - help yourself to retrieve. Robot delivery to room available. Under renovation right now so lift is rather messy. Surprised that room comes with face wash, make up remover oil, hair gel and laundry detergent. Didn't dare to use it but thought it was a nice touch. Coffee machine and tea in the lobby for self service. Serve supper 9pm-11pm but I missed it during my stay so no reviews on that.

It's a great hotel. Keeps up to the Shangrila high standard. It's slightly away from the busiest part of the city but close enough to walk on a fine day. It's right next to the huge K11 shopping mall. Unfortunately it's very empty with low traffic so it's not a nice place to shop or hang out. That's a disappointment. Hope things will get better.

It’s a no frills place. If staying here for a short time period like a day or two then no problems. But if staying longer, best to find another place. It’s close to the city centre (Tianyi Square) via subway (three stops) and close to shopping malls (less than 10 mins walks).

The value for money is low. The room is old style as well all facilities. You feel in a “real” 3 stars hotel Breakfast very disappointed The staff can be English and nice at the reception

Room size is excellent 👍 huge bathroom,  excellent Shower water pressure 🚿  Free vouchers for basement car parking 👍 Breakfast at restaurant is good 😊  Front desk staffs are friendly & helpful

This stay was extremely satisfying! The hotel's location is easy to find, convenient for dining and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and I slept soundly, the bathroom had plenty of hot water, and all amenities were provided. The front desk staff were friendly, quick with check-in and check-out, and responsive to any needs. Overall, it's great value for money, quiet and peaceful, suitable for both business and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it!

I enjoyed my stay here. They fulfilled my request and were very accommodating. My room was spacious and had a very good view. The pool was in good condition and the front desk staff were fantastic! The area is both clean and quiet, and there are numerous shops nearby. The Hankyu Mall can be found 600 meters away. I would definitely stay here again. 👌🥳

This Hotel never disappoints. It has a fantastic location and excellent service. Moreover, its original bedding, mattress and pillows, help relieve fatigue throughout the body.

The hotel is clearly designed more for domestic travelers, as almost all information is provided only in Chinese. The room itself was spacious and technologically up to date, just as you would expect from newer hotels in China. However, the bathroom lacked any hooks to hang towels or bathrobes, which was quite inconvenient. Cleanliness was not always consistently maintained. Although the description mentioned that guests receive a fruit plate, we unfortunately did not receive one. The breakfast was good with a sufficient variety of options. The lady responsible for the soups and eggs did an excellent job. Additionally, the staff at the reception were very helpful and solution-oriented when we had questions or requests.
