Norfolk Waterside Marriott ★★★★
"Wszystko było doskonałe, pokój wygląda jak zdjęcia wysłane, pracownicy byli bardzo mili ogólnie mieli świetny czas"
Hilton Norfolk The Main ★★★★★
" Normally I would not pay nearly $400 for a hotel room, but it was convenient to our appointment. The room was nice, but not clean. There was a used facial cotton on the floor behind the trash can, a small wad of hair clinging to the wall by the mirror, and crumbs on the carpet by one of the windows. We paid for breakfast with our room rate and it was ok. Good variety, but the only thing I would say that made it above average was the variety of fresh fruit. The coffee was awful. We had dinner in Saltine and it was good. "
Courtyard Norfolk Downtown ★★★
"The hotel room was a good size. Even though breakfast isn't included, you can order it at the service area. The front desk service was excellent, and they even had a meeting room we could use."
Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel ★★★★
"Overall, it has a very American feel, the rooms are a bit dated, and the service is decent."
Wyndham Garden Norfolk Downtown ★★★
"To było miłe. Ciekawe, czy pielęgniarka jest szczegółowa. Pierwszego dnia na ręczniku z prysznicem znaleziono nieznaną parę włosów."
The Inn at Four Eleven York ★★★★
"A grateful thank you from the Hunger and Pena families for a memorable intimate wedding for our two children. Malia McGee, owner of 411 York Boutique Inn and Restaurant, made a special day even more special! Set in the beautiful courtyard nestled between the inn and restaurant, Matthew and Eliana celebrated their lives becoming one with family and friends. It was truly amazing witnessing how much Malia pours her heart into this lovely treasure! With Malia by our side, this whirlwind wedding came together in just 10 days. Her love for what she does - combined with her amazing customer care - made our small ceremony feel romantic, heartfelt, and truly magical. To complete the wedding couple’s enchanted night, Malia suggested the Magnolia Suite at the 411 York Inn, an 1890’s Victorian she restored with some modern-day conveniences like the luxurious bathroom while honoring the genuine warmth and charm of the 19th Century Era. Thank you for going above and beyond and helping us create lasting memories!"
Best Western Plus Holiday Sands Inn Suites ★★★
"Hotel był niesamowity. Pokój był bardzo czysty. Wszyscy pracownicy byli bardzo uprzejmi i bardzo przytulne."
Spark by Hilton Norfolk ★★★
"We stayed for a night. The beds were comfy and room was clean. Staff was very nice! Would stay again when we do our trips to Norfolk."
Delta Hotels Norfolk Airport ★★★
"I had items stolen from my room after the first cleaning. There has been zero promises kept and zero engagement now 6 days after the incident. Mgmt promised an investigation and calls. I didnt get calls. I had to seek out the GM of the hotel. When I finally spoke about my issues, I was asked what it would take to make me satisfied. I told the mgr if they removed 50% of the cost of the stay, that would satisfy me. It has now been 4 days since my conversation with mgmt, and I still have not been contacted back by the hotel mgr. No calls, no emails, no follow up. I have now had to place the entire charge on hold and refuse to pay, as Delta Hotel by Marriott at the Norfolk Airport location has no idea how to settle a dispute with a sticky fingered room cleaner and an upset guest who simply wanted their items back."
