I was told none were available upon arrival, and even though one front desk representative personally spoke to a manager, no offer of a change of rooms or any other suitable compensación was offered. This despite a posted sign outside of the elevators that satisfaction was guaranteed. The manager never even spoke to me directly."

"The worst value for money hotel in this 20-day trip. Over $400 a night, the hardware is worse than a 2-star hotel. The room has a strong musty smell due to the hillside, and there are guests shouting and making noise after a party at 3-4 in the morning. After reporting to the hotel front desk, the front desk lady said they couldn't do anything. After staying for one night, I moved to another room, and the electric toothbrush was left in the original room. After discovering it at night, the front desk asked for a long time but didn't actively respond, and finally didn't find it. Tipping is also required for breakfast. The only advantage is the convenient location and no parking fee"
