"The hotel is highly equipped, but it works something in the years, but the beds are super. Beautiful is the transition to the thermal and location. The staff is very friendly, we felt very well cared. The breakfast buffet has a large selection, regional, a little more depleted and the lack of bio specialities, not corresponding to 5 stars. The location and the view are super!"

"Some of the staff are terrible, and the local tax payment process is unclear and doesn't match the information on the government website Booked in early evening at the front desk Quoted £165 but went to present card but figure on screen was £245 I questioned this but receptionist said this was correct I said no way and she backed down and proceeded to take my payment of £165 Then she charged me for a 1 night stay 2 days government tax So for me and my partner we were charged 4 x £1.80 I later checked on your local government website and this clearly states for a 1 night stay tax is only £1.80 per person Something not right there!!!"

"We came from Canada to Germany for a wedding and wanted to have a few days to ourselves after 2 weeks of visiting with relatives. The room was as advertised and perfectly lovely. We enjoy the modern style and were impressed with how quiet it was even though there were lots of young families. Breakfast was amazing. The beach was beautiful but to get into the water, you need to walk over many stones. Bring water shoes. Love the long and wide walkway along the beach with many restaurants. Just a short walk to a grocery store. "

"Total catastrophe! We had booked a double room with a sea view, dinner at the rooftop restaurant, and a massage, etc. We arrived on January 30th, and even upon arrival in the underground parking garage, it looked like a dumping ground: old mattresses and furniture everywhere. In the dirty, messy lobby: about 60 people of all ages. The hotel had been renovating but hadn't finished on time. The IT system was down, and they supposedly couldn't send out cancellations or call guests 🙈 We were promised a refund. We'll see... What a mess! Doesn't exactly speak well of the management. I'm not sure if we want to go there again. We ended up having a coffee next door and then drove home... 😔"

"Byliśmy tu przez dwie noce, aby zmienić tapetę i jesteśmy entuzjastyczni z atmosferą dobrobytu. Staff jest niezwykle przyjazny i zaangażowany, od ładnej recepcjonistki, motywowany personel restauracji do przyjaznych dam śniadań. Jedzenie (szczególnie gorąca kuchnia) jest bardzo dobre, jest w porządku, jeśli cena jest trochę wyższa. Pogoda w hotelu jest przyjazna i osobista. Nasz pokój wyszedł na parking, ale nie był to problem z pogodą. Hotel jest idealny do spaceru wzdłuż Morza Bałtyckiego. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z naszego pokoju i łazienki, wszystko jest bardzo czyste i atrakcyjne. Jest to dla nas wyróżnienie reszty w hotelu, nie było hektyk czy stresu. Więc możemy bardzo polecić hotel."
