"Some of the staff are terrible, and the local tax payment process is unclear and doesn't match the information on the government website Booked in early evening at the front desk Quoted £165 but went to present card but figure on screen was £245 I questioned this but receptionist said this was correct I said no way and she backed down and proceeded to take my payment of £165 Then she charged me for a 1 night stay 2 days government tax So for me and my partner we were charged 4 x £1.80 I later checked on your local government website and this clearly states for a 1 night stay tax is only £1.80 per person Something not right there!!!"

Just our group with the experienced skipper Olaf, who was incredibly relaxed and friendly. We felt completely safe and looked after. A really great experience! "Zarezerwowano nas w hotelu z moją pielęgniarką, niestety nie dano żadnej przemowy o dostępności opisanej powyżej dla naszych zarezerwowanych pokoi. Ale potem zaoferowano nam bardzo drogi pokój dla mojej pielęgniarki, przynajmniej tak dostosowałeś się do pokoju z jej rolką. W toalecie nie zaoferowano niepełnosprawnego dostępu i trzeba było kupić w toalecie siedzenie i podnoszenie pomocy w domu sanitarnym w Lübeck wkrótce - to było wtedy. Pokoje były czyste i śniadanie bufetu naprawdę miłe! Hotel jest najlepszym apartamentem dla cztero-bełek, nie dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Głęboki garaż jest nadal od czasu, kiedy samochody były znacznie mniejsze, to było dużo rankingu, aby dostać się do przodu i do tyłu. Dla wskaźnika wydajności ceny muszę z pewnością odliczyć punkty, można oczekiwać więcej tutaj."

"The Beach Apartments are part of the Beach Motel with its nine apartment houses, where the reception and spa are located on the same site. The beautiful beach is 2 minutes, the baker 5 minutes walk and the rewe around 10 minutes walk. A bike rent is located around the corner, as well as various restaurants and a pizzaria to pick up. The audience is composed of young families but also of middle-aged and older couples. The apartment is generous and very well equipped, it is provided with a washing package, we have booked the starter package with high quality bio products, which was very pleasant just after arrival. All devices have worked well, the wallpaper clean. Only the sofa was very uncomfortable as it can be used as an additional bed. Also the ducks seem to gradually take over and cook on the balcony landing. Here you can definitely recover very well and let the soul smell. Thank you for re-entertainment!"

"Spędziliśmy kilka pięknych dni w hotelu My Beach House i miał mały balkonowy pokój po stronie morza. Pokój był dość mały, ale oferował senny bezpośredni widok na Morza Bałtyckiego –, aby obudzić się rano i natychmiast spojrzeć na morze, to było po prostu wspaniałe. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne i zapewniły relaksujący sen. Oczyśćość była ogólnie w porządku, choć z niektórym powietrzem w górę. Bardzo wielkie pochwały do hotelu. Wszyscy pracownicy byli przyjazni, dobrze zarządzani i pomocni. Ten serdeczny sposób sprawił, że nasze pobyt stał się szczególnie przyjemny i jest prawdziwym punktem zysku domu. Również śniadanie przekonało nas bardzo. Wybór był różnorodny i oferował wszystko, czego pragniesz, aby udany początek dnia. Śniadanie i restauracja z zimowym ogrodem i taras są bardzo atrakcyjne i zapraszamy do pobytu. Niestety, pierwsze wrażenie ma pewne wpływ na ogólny pozytywny obraz. Podczas wjazdu do hotelu bardzo wymagający dywan jest natychmiast na ziemi. To z pewnością byłoby sensowne inwestycje w nowoczesne, łatwe podłogowe pokrycie. Recepcja z parkingu jest dostępna tylko przez schody, a dopiero po tym jest dostępny winda. Może to być prawdziwe wyzwanie dla starszych gości lub osób niepełnosprawnych. Wyraźny wskazówek, że wejście przez restaurację na promenadzie może być również użyteczne. Wspaniała lokalizacja na Morzu Bałtyckim, bardzo dobre śniadanie, a zwłaszcza niezwykły przyjazny personel sprawiają, że hotel jest zalecanym adresem na relaksowany pobyt na morzu."
