Hotele z parkingiem w: Miami

The hotel room was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the mattresses were soft and hard enough for me to sleep well. The air conditioning in the room cooled well and the internet was stable, which fully met my daily needs. The bathroom was clean and hygienic and the quality of the toiletries was good. The taste of the food and beverage was also very good. In addition, there are many snack streets near the hotel, which is convenient for us to taste local specialities. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to the metro station and bus station. Overall, the experience of staying at the hotel was very satisfactory and cost-effective. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back here in the future 👏.

Cena jest bardzo wysoka, pokój jest bardzo mały, łazienki są bardzo stare, higiena jest w porządku i nie ma śniadania. Warunki sanitarne są OK. Lokalizacja jest idealna do zwiedzania centrum Miami. Komunikacja miejska jest zbyt blisko hotelu. Dojście do Bayside Market zajęło mi 30 minut pieszo. Po prostu nie znosiłem obsługi hotelowej. Wymeldowanie w ciągu dnia, zaledwie o 8:00, zapukali do mojego pokoju za pytanie o godzinę wymeldowania. Potem, około 10:30, zapukali do mojego pokoju ponownie. Co oni, do cholery, zrobili z klientem? Może powinni być delikatni.

Room, convenience store and everything is nice. Unfortunately the free shuttle takes time to reach the airport since I had to call and wait them to come to pick me up. It takes around 15-25 minutes for them to get to the airport. If I didn’t had a US cel number, which I hadn’t many times as a tourist, it would be hard for me to call the hotel.

I always thought Hilton is a very high end hotel. I was totally disappointed upon arriving at this property. It looks very outdated and rundown. Toilet is way too low in the washroom. I didn't know gratuity of 15% is automatically included when I made a purchase at the lobby Herb N' Kitchen. That caught me by surprise. Free shuttle between hotel and airport is the biggest factor for me to book this hotel.

Positive: The room was ok clean. We had a good sleep. The working desk was really nice, the wifi okish. The airport shuttle was also nice. Negative: No coffee provided and the swimming trunks from someone before left in the bathroom. We called the reception and they told us, that someone would show up to bring coffee and remove the swimming trunk. But nothing happened. Besides of this, this hotel is not well maintained. There are holes in the gangway - It's better not to look too closely. All in all its totally overpriced, but there are not so many option that close to the airport. 🤷♀️

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

Jak na cenę tego hotelu, jest on w doskonałej lokalizacji i bardzo czysty. Podczas naszego pobytu w hotelu było wiele rzeczy, które nie działały lub były zepsute, w tym maszyna do kart-kluczy, więc dostaliśmy tylko 1 kartę-klucz do pokoju dla 3 osób. W naszym pokoju klamka drzwi łazienki została zerwana od wewnątrz, zanim tam dotarliśmy, a jedna z naszych znajomych została zamknięta w środku bez możliwości wyjścia. Próbowała kilka razy na wiele numerów do hotelu/recepcji i ani jeden nie zadziałał. Dzwonili albo po hiszpańsku i od razu się rozłączali, albo byli rozłączani. Na szczęście udało jej się z nami skontaktować, abyśmy mogli ją wypuścić (była w pokoju sama), ale oznaczało to powrót do hotelu z innego miejsca. Po tym incydencie recepcja powiedziała nam, że przyjdą i naprawią drzwi, ale nigdy tego nie zrobili. Pralki również były zepsute, więc dostawaliśmy tylko 2 ręczniki co kilka dni między 3 osoby. Gdyby nie było tak wielu zepsutych rzeczy, byłby to przyzwoity pobyt.

I wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.
