„Excellent value for money and unbeatable location at the heart of Canggu next to the beach and at a short walk from the main clubs! If you're going to Canggu to spend a few days at the beach, night clubs or beach clubs, this place is highly recommended. The facilities are good enough but not luxury (hence more expensive) like most of the hotels nearby. It was low season though and I suppose the in high season it must be a lot more expensive. It also has an indoors swimming pool awkwardly located surrounded by the bedrooms so one really used it but I did. Highly recommended!”

„It was a truly wonderful place, and the bungalow was mesmerizing. I booked the Bungalow room with a pool view, and it absolutely met my expectations. However, we experienced a major issue that night. Due to heavy rain and strong winds, water started leaking from the roof, causing our bed to become wet and unusable for sleeping. I would like to sincerely thank the night staff who assisted us and tried their best to contact the management. Unfortunately, I did not clearly catch his name — it was either Rival or Deval — but his effort and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. The management initially offered to move us to another room, but I was informed over the phone that it would be the smallest room type. I declined this offer, as it did not match the value of the room I originally booked. I understood that the property was fully booked that night, and I truly appreciated the explanation. However, I was only asking for my rights as a guest and for a better experience, which initially could not be provided. Later, someone from The Cove customer service contacted me via WhatsApp, but unfortunately this caused further dissatisfaction, as they repeatedly refused my request to speak with a manager and kept rejecting my request for late check-out (LCO) as compensation. I then returned to the front desk and politely requested the staff to contact the manager again. Thankfully, the manager answered the call. In the end, they allowed us to stay in a larger suite/villa room and honored us with a late check-out as compensation for the inconvenience caused. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager, Mr. Widi, for understanding the situation and assisting us with the room allocation. Overall, despite the issues, we still had a lovely stay, even though it was only for one night. My friends and I will most likely return again in the near future.”

„This is a great spot with great amenities!  The WiFi was fast 5/5/ The cottage was cozy with great charging ports and amazing AC for comfort 5/5 The breakfast was delicious, the banana pancakes were delicious 😋 5/5 They have a laundry service that was not only affordable but also very professional. 5/5 And that’s comparing to a resort we left before  here. Very helpful staff and also they have a very delicious restaurant across the walkway that’s super convenient and very delicious   Thank you Jun cottage 5/5 🫶🏽”

„The room was clean and well-maintained, but my stay was disrupted by early morning construction noise that started shortly after I arrived late at night. It made it difficult to get any sleep, which was disappointing. Bed is not comfortable.”

„For the price of a hostel, you get the entire floor to yourself, including a spacious en suite bedroom with a bathtub, as well as a living room and kitchen, which makes it incredible value. The property is in the city center, so the location is very convenient, with massage places, restaurants, and shops just a stone’s throw away, and it’s within walking distance to Ubud Palace and supermarkets. However, traffic noise continues throughout the night, so earplugs are recommended for light sleepers. The bathroom appears quite dated and stained, but it is clean, and the bedroom is nice and spacious. Shampoo and body wash are provided, but I would recommend bringing your own. The hot water runs out quite quickly, within about 5 minutes, so a short shower is advisable. Do note that you have to climb very narrow and steep stairs to reach the reception and the room (two separate buildings), so if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, think twice. That said, the receptionist was very kind and helpful throughout my stay and assisted me with my 20kg, 28-inch luggage during both check-in and check-out. He was also very responsive even after working hours when I encountered issues. A real lifesaver. Thank you🤍 Good value for the price.”

„Hotel jest ładny, mały, w bardzo spokojnej okolicy. Za oknami i balkonem znajduje się dżungla, w której biegają wiewiórki (nie mieliśmy czasu na zdjęcia). Na dachu mały basen z chłodną wodą, co jest cenne)) oraz cudowna strefa chill-out z widokiem na dachy miasta i kawałek wybrzeża Pokoje są dość duże, z wygodnym miejscem do pracy i bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem Sprzątają bardzo dokładnie, na życzenie przywieźli drugi koc))”

„It took us about 40 minutes to ride a motorbike here from the pier. Andre, who checked us in, was young, handsome, and very thoughtful. The room was clean, and I was very satisfied with the firmness of the bed; you could notice some thoughtful little details. The garden outside was beautifully landscaped, and there were often cute little chickens wandering around. It’s just a 7-minute walk to the spot where you can watch the sunset at Kelingking. The beach isn’t far, but the steep slope it takes a bit of time to get there. I really love this place—it’s so peaceful. I highly recommend it.”

„A luxurious place! Newly renovated, clean! Beautiful inside, very friendly hosts and neighbors. The grounds are gated. The room is newly renovated, conveniently located if you're traveling by bike or taxi. Walking distance isn't ideal, but it's a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and ATM. I definitely recommend it! You'll relax your mind and eyes!”

„Firstly, I’ve decided to spent there just a few days, but ended up leaving there for a few weeks - that’s how much I liked it! The location is great, just a few minutes walk (across the road) there’s a shopping mall with variety of food and huge nice supermarket. The place is nice and quiet, swimming pool warm and clean. On top of that, staff was very friendly and helpful ❤️”

„Naprawdę podobał mi się pobyt tutaj! Domek gościnny jest nowy, czysty i dobrze wyposażony, nawet drewniane meble sprawiają, że czuję się jak w domu. Szczególnie podoba mi się balkon, na którym mogę czytać książki i relaksować się nawet w deszczowe dni (jest tam nawet ładowarka! Jakie to urocze :) ) Można też słuchać muzyki i oglądać Netflixa na telewizorze Smart TV, co jest dla mnie ogromnym plusem, bo pozwala mi cieszyć się czasem spędzonym w samotności :) Gospodarz Ary jest również pomocny i można go znaleźć w każdej chwili przez WhatsApp. Gorąco polecam wszystkim, którzy chcą cieszyć się chwilą spokoju w Ubud :)”
