Whether it’s fishing in a tranquil stream or exploring the forest at night in search of glowworms, there’s something special for everyone. Normally, I tend to avoid hotels popular with families. But here, in this zen-like setting, the sound of children laughing and playing only adds to the charm rather than detracting from the serenity. Every corner of this retreat is a photo opportunity, and every meal is a sumptuous feast. The ancient gate transports you to another world, and the evening white mist enhances the sense of wonder. The house-made osmanthus baijiu, reserved exclusively for guests, is a refined treat that speaks to the thoughtful touches that elevate the experience. The level of care and attention to details here far exceeds the cost, leaving you feeling truly pampered by the generosity of this guesthouse and its staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel like an honored guest. I was particularly impressed by the staff and their evident training. They were polite, enthusiastic, and fully invested in ensuring that guests had a great stay. In similar boutique hotels, you might expect to see more of the owner’s presence. But at Shouzhou, the front-of-house staff take full ownership of running the property, with a level of professionalism that is both refreshing and commendable. Our journey from Qingchengshan to Qionglai and onward to Emeishan was long, but entirely worth it. We are especially grateful to the young front-of-house male staff and his colleague, who graciously offered to drive us nearly 30 minutes to a location where we could catch a Didi to Emeishan. This kind gesture was the embodiment of hospitality at its finest. I hope more people discover this hidden gem and have the chance to experience its uplifting atmosphere for themselves.

Is one of the best experience of the hotel stay that I had. Is definitely worth the money and can even compete with the five-star hotel services. The only thing is a laundry room has only two washroom and two dryer and it’s not automatic. But it’s free. The breakfast is good. The room is equipped with AI so when you open the door, the curtain in it, TV will automatically on. I love the stay. Thanks for your service. 

Moje ulubione miejsce na pobyt za każdym razem, gdy jestem w Chengdu! Tym razem zatrzymałem się w małym pokoju z korytarzem. Otworzyłem okno i pchnąłem drzwi, żeby zobaczyć krajobraz Qintai Road. Dzieci otrzymały torbę z przekąskami i prezentami, a także zjadły śniadanie i wypiły poranną herbatę z masłem. Do Alei Kuanzhai można dojść pieszo w zaledwie 10 minut. Można też wybrać się na nocny spacer po sąsiadującym z nim parku kulturowym.

It’s located at the Atrium residence building. The location is great. Firstly, You have to contact with the reception downstairs, they are helpful (but can’t speak English), then they will call the owner and pick you up. So the security is great. The room has amazing view. My room has the view of Taikooli. The room is so spacious and full of convenience. There are just one dislike which is the smoke smell in the room. The owner is so helpful, He will explains everything and give you some suggestions(by translating) I wanna thanks him a lot🙏🏻

Spędziłem tydzień w Chengdu z żoną i synem. Zacznę od personelu. Są super przyjaźni, elastyczni i niesamowicie pomocni. I to wszystko z uśmiechem. Na przykład, brakowało sztućców; jedna wiadomość i natychmiast je przyniesiono! Zawsze można się skontaktować, telefonicznie i przez WeChat. Apartament jest bardzo przestronny i czysty. Są 2 sypialnie, 2 łazienki z toaletami i kuchnia. Sprzątanie odbywa się codziennie. Lokalizacja jest centralna. Blisko stacji metra Luomashi i tuż za drzwiami znajduje się dworzec autobusowy. Za 2 juany można dojechać autobusem w dowolne miejsce. Lepiej niż autobusem turystycznym. W okolicy jest wiele restauracji. Do Chunxi Road można łatwo dojechać metrem w 15 minut. Park Ludowy jest nawet w zasięgu spaceru. Za tę cenę nie znajdziesz lepszego miejsca w Chengdu.

Spacious and clean rooms. Heater available in the toilet as well. Bonus: daily tea set, good breakfast, pick up drop off within 3km, washing machine with dryer function. Friendly and amazing service as well! One night, we asked for milk for the children and they delivered!

The service was excellent! The front desk staff, especially the lady, was very patient and helpful. The parking lot is super close to the hotel, and they even have breakfast on the second floor. We booked three rooms and they managed to put them all together for us, which was really thoughtful. They also recommended a fantastic noodle place nearby.

A very nice hotel to stay! Room is clean. The service lady is very nice and helpful. We had trouble booking didi, they help us out. Thank you so much for your good service! Definitely will come back if we need a place to stay before or after flights! They also have free transport service to pickup and send back to airport which is very convinient! 👍

當天到達地鐵成都東客站已是晚上10點了，電話與民宿老闆連絡確認民宿的位置，想不到民宿老闆娘親自到地鐵站出口點來接我們，讓遠道而來的我們備感溫馨。 民宿距離高鐵站、地鐵站，步行10分鐘內即可到達入站口，交通便捷，是到黃龍、九寨溝、樂山大佛、峨眉山等景區的首選住宿點。 同時，老闆娘貼心的為我們房型升等為雙張床房，空間大，住宿感更加舒適。 有機會再訪成都，會再預訂“蜀楓民宿-成都東站”。
