The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. We also appreciated the reading area and 24-hour self-service laundry, which made the stay even more convenient. „The location of the apartment is perfect you are at the heart of everything Food, shopping, Taikoo and all the brands you want to buy. However, the rooms are showing their age and maintenance is needed. Cleanliness is average and the Wi-Fi is super slow. The young lady managing the apartment was very helpful though and she helped us change faulty lightbulbs and arranged for the room to be cleaned daily with bottles of mineral water replenished daily. We stayed for three nights in total. She also helped with online links to book tickets for the Panda Research Centre and SC Opera. If the rooms were maintained better and improvements in Wi-Fi this would have been the perfect stay. I have stayed at cleaner and more tech friendly accommodation for the price I paid. We booked here as Ctrip messed up our booking so we kinda had no choice. Top tip is get the room with a view as its nice to watch the sunrise and the evening also. Try to get a high floor if possible also.”

Sitting quietly in one of the many beautiful tea houses scattered throughout the courtyard or nestled against the mountain backdrop, you can’t help but feel a deep sense of calm as nature engages all your senses. It’s truly therapeutic for the soul. For those seeking a more hands-on experience, the guesthouse offers a variety of activities that are sure to delight, especially families with children. Whether it’s fishing in a tranquil stream or exploring the forest at night in search of glowworms, there’s something special for everyone. Normally, I tend to avoid hotels popular with families. But here, in this zen-like setting, the sound of children laughing and playing only adds to the charm rather than detracting from the serenity. Every corner of this retreat is a photo opportunity, and every meal is a sumptuous feast. The ancient gate transports you to another world, and the evening white mist enhances the sense of wonder. The house-made osmanthus baijiu, reserved exclusively for guests, is a refined treat that speaks to the thoughtful touches that elevate the experience. The level of care and attention to details here far exceeds the cost, leaving you feeling truly pampered by the generosity of this guesthouse and its staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel like an honored guest. I was particularly impressed by the staff and their evident training. They were polite, enthusiastic, and fully invested in ensuring that guests had a great stay. In similar boutique hotels, you might expect to see more of the owner’s presence. But at Shouzhou, the front-of-house staff take full ownership of running the property, with a level of professionalism that is both refreshing and commendable. Our journey from Qingchengshan to Qionglai and onward to Emeishan was long, but entirely worth it. We are especially grateful to the young front-of-house male staff and his colleague, who graciously offered to drive us nearly 30 minutes to a location where we could catch a Didi to Emeishan. This kind gesture was the embodiment of hospitality at its finest. I hope more people discover this hidden gem and have the chance to experience its uplifting atmosphere for themselves.

The only thing is a laundry room has only two washroom and two dryer and it’s not automatic. But it’s free. The breakfast is good. Firstly, You have to contact with the reception downstairs, they are helpful (but can’t speak English), then they will call the owner and pick you up. So the security is great. The room has amazing view. My room has the view of Taikooli. The room is so spacious and full of convenience. There are just one dislike which is the smoke smell in the room. The owner is so helpful, He will explains everything and give you some suggestions(by translating) I wanna thanks him a lot🙏🏻

Za 2 juany można dojechać autobusem w dowolne miejsce. Lepiej niż autobusem turystycznym. W okolicy jest wiele restauracji. Do Chunxi Road można łatwo dojechać metrem w 15 minut. Park Ludowy jest nawet w zasięgu spaceru. Za tę cenę nie znajdziesz lepszego miejsca w Chengdu.

Eeternal 5202地方不錯，離四季温泉谷就步行幾分鐘，泡温泉很方便，環境衞生乾淨，零食早餐準備的很齊全，老闆人好話不多，退房的那天要去西鄰雪山，時間很早還麻煩了老闆送我們到鎮上，但是房間空調效果不怎麼樣，不過有電熱毯還不算冷，照片忘了拍，總之在花水灣是值得選擇的

SS 8 LOn the first night of staying at the hotel, after we got the room card, we immediately uncovered the sign ”No need to clean, do not disturb” next to the room number. The next morning, the cleaning lady knocked on the door and asked if the room needed cleaning? Then at noon, the cleaning lady knocked on the door AGAIN to ask. We also told the cleaning lady that we didn't need to clean, and told them that we would tell them if we needed it, and the cleaning lady also expressed understanding. Before leaving in the afternoon, we went to the front desk to explain the matter to the two hotel staff members, and explained again that our room did not need to be cleaned and did not disturb. The two hotel staff members expressed understanding and apology, saying that they would communicate with the cleaning lady. We also said that it was no big deal and did not blame the cleaning lady. On the third night, when we returned to the hotel at around 1 a.m., the front desk young lady on night shift stopped us and said that there was a small gift for us to express the inconvenience caused to us by the cleaning lady's disturbance that day. This unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the guests really disgusts me and makes me angry!!! 入住酒店的第一晚，我们拿到房卡后，立即揭开了房号旁边亮着的“无需打扫，请勿打扰”的标志。第二天早上，保洁阿姨敲门问房间是否需要打扫？然后中午，保洁阿姨又来敲门询问。我们也告诉保洁阿姨我们不需要打扫，告诉他们如果我们需要什么会告知她们，保洁阿姨也表示理解。到了下午离开前，我们到前台向两位酒店工作人员说明了此事，再次解释我们的房间不需要打扫，不打扰。两位酒店工作人员表示理解和歉意，表示会和保洁阿姨沟通。我们也表示没什么大不了的，不怪保洁阿姨。第三天晚上，凌晨1点左右我们回到酒店时，值夜班的前台年轻小姐姐拦住我们，说有小礼物送给我们，以表达当天保洁阿姨的打扰给我们带来的不便。我们也很理解，没有责怪她，也没有收下礼物，毕竟也没什么大问题，我们以为好好沟通了就没问题。直到我回到房间才傻眼，保洁阿姨居然未经我们同意就进入我们房间打扫卫生！房号旁边还在亮着的“无需打扫，请勿打扰”的标志！两个标志都还亮着，他们为什么擅自进入房间？！请问如果客人还住在你们酒店，房间内物品遗失谁负责？我无语了！你们送了小礼物道歉，但你们的保洁阿姨却擅自进入房间，非常不专业，不尊重客人的隐私，这种不专业、不尊重客人的操作，真的让我又恨又气！！！

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
