This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Najbardziej satysfakcjonującą rzeczą w tej wycieczce do Chengdu jest apartament Grand Parkview Hotel Hol jest jasny i wspaniały. Xiao Shi w recepcji był bardzo miły i cierpliwy. Pomógł nam ulepszyć typ pokoju i dał nam bezpłatne śniadanie pokój hotelowy jest duży i ma okna sięgające od podłogi do sufitu. Pokój ma piękny nocny widok. Najlepsze jest to, że jest tam pralka, która jest bardzo wygodna w praniu i suszeniu pościeli jest wygodny i czysty. Hotelowy basen z podgrzewaną wodą jest również atrakcją. Nie jest on ogólnodostępny, a woda jest czysta, przez cały czas czuwają ratownicy, jest też gorący basen abyś mógł się w nim zanurzyć po kąpieli. Jest to bardzo wygodne. W przyszłości hotelem pierwszego wyboru w Chengdu będzie z pewnością Grand Parkview

The hotel itself is gorgeous and good for picture taking both inside and outside. Room was clean and elegant. The decor was also top notch as well as the comfort of the bed. The trace of smoke odors at all. The receptionists were polite, friendly and helpful. Were greatly appreciated as we couldn't find the dining area the first morning in our stay as the hotel is huge. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to our family members and friends as well.

We had a fantastic stay! Check-in was quick and seamless, thanks to Mina at the front desk, who was warm, friendly and very helpful. The welcome gifts and complimentary afternoon tea were a lovely touch. The hotel’s location is excellent. It is within walking distance of many attractions, with plenty of eateries nearby, and just steps from the Mixue flagship store. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. We also appreciated the reading area and 24-hour self-service laundry, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a very satisfying experience. Highly recommended!

Udogodnienia: Hotel dysponuje basenem, siłownią, a przywileje dla kadry kierowniczej obejmują popołudniową herbatę, sale konferencyjne itp. Higiena: Pokój był bardzo dokładnie sprzątany. Na łóżku, ręcznikach kąpielowych i wannie nie było żadnych plam. Szkło było przejrzyste i jasne. Widok nocny był wspaniały. Środowisko: Hotel wygląda bardzo okazale, a wystrój wnętrz jest również bardzo elegancki i ekskluzywny. Widać, że jest to hotel pięciogwiazdkowy. W pokoju znajduje się również wanna, biurko, fotel, sejf i mała lodówka. Dostępne są także środki przeciwpożarowe. Usługi: Lobby hotelowe znajduje się na 33 piętrze. Na 1. piętrze dostępna jest również usługa konsjerża. Winda jest bardzo szybka. Mam wrażenie, że dotarcie na 33 piętro zajmuje mi zaledwie dziesięć sekund. Przedni hol jest również bardzo okazały. Widoki na zewnątrz są również bardzo ładne. Można zobaczyć Jinjiang, Lan Kwai Fong, Taikoo Li i Chunxi Road. Obsługa w recepcji jest bardzo entuzjastyczna i kompetentna, nie ociągając się. Przedstawiono wszystkie aspekty. Gospodyni pomogła nacisnąć przycisk windy i odesłała mnie do windy. Gdy tamtędy przechodziłem, zauważyłem atmosferę porządku panującą na miejscu. Było naprawdę dobrze. Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. Jeśli będę miał okazję ponownie odwiedzić Chengdu, na pewno zatrzymam się tam ponownie.

I have to appreciate for Jasmine’s help throughout my 2 nights stay at this Hyatt. She helped me alot with her great attitude to make my anniversary with my girlfriend more memorable. A big thank for her. (Hope to join her hosted event next time 😉 This hotel is pretty new, still having some potential shortages that are waiting to be enhanced: 1. the variety of the breakfast is limited, especially for the hot dishes. Original taste for beef tender noodles is too blend. Beef potstickers are popular, can make more in every turn. 2. One more box of tissue paper can be placed by the sink. 3. Greeters should also help for carrying luggages even for the customer that are leaving Overall, still a big thumbs up for this brand new Hyatt.

For a four-star hotel, there are a few areas that could be improved, but because of the excellent service provided by the staff, I would still give Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Chunxi Road a 5-star rating. We checked in on 13 December and initially found that the room safe was not working. The front desk staff, Mr Joey Yang, handled the situation very professionally by arranging a room change and even offering us a complimentary upgrade. His quick decision and helpful attitude were much appreciated. During our stay, we experienced a few issues, including food delivery coordination, a temporary phone malfunction, and a toilet problem that caused an unpleasant smell. Despite these inconveniences, the staff consistently responded with patience and responsibility. Mr John Tang later assisted us and suggested another room change immediately. He personally escorted us and arranged a panda doll and fruit as a goodwill gesture, which left a very positive impression. On the bright side, the breakfast spread was good with a wide variety of options, especially the Assam milk tea and live noodle station. The laundry room was also modern and very easy to use, with detergent provided. Overall, the customer service truly stood out and made a big difference. We sincerely appreciate the efforts of Mr Joey Yang and Mr John Tang. With some improvements to facilities, this hotel has great potential to be even better.

Our family trip with three families turned out to be a delightful experience. The hot spring and its beautiful surroundings made the visit truly enjoyable. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The mutton pot with fungus tray was so delicious that we ordered it twice on both days—it’s definitely a must-try dish. The handmade noodles were also very tasty. Overall, it was a worthwhile place to visit in the cold season.

I am staying in this hotel with my son for the second time- first time in October 2025 we spent a whole week despite having our plans we decided to stay in this hotel as it was fantastic. Second time we stayed december-jan for almost 3 weeks and it was again the great stay. Hotel location is perfect- you are at the center but it's quiet. The view is right on the main street. Rooms are big and comfortable. Le Labo amenities add extra wow and smells amazing. The lobby is modern and clean. What is loved most is staff. LAUNDRY LADY- thank you so much for helping us to wash and fold all our clothes. Every time my son went to the laundry room she took care of everything and even delivered it back to our room. We were very happy. Breakfast staff is so kind and breakfast itself is great. Reception staff were always in touch and asked every question, organizing our deliveries and couriers. Me and my son felt so welcome and safe I am very happy every time I come to your hotel. And grateful for your hospitality.

昨晚入住了一家禪驛式酒店，感覺還可以吧。位置挺靜謐，環境獨特，院子裏的環境真是悠閑自得，四處都是花草樹木，一進大門就可以看到一個笑的很開心的小和尚。客房佈置也挺簡約，乾淨整潔。房間的裝修都是古色谷香的韻味，客房打掃的很乾凈，面積也挺大的，給人舒服的感覺，在床上睡得很香甜了，早晨還能聽到幾聲鳥聲，挺讓人舒緩放鬆的。 酒店的早餐是自助的，品種很多，有當地的九尺板鴨，君屯鍋盔，師傅煮的麪條味道也相當不錯，紅油真的太香了。服務人員説話都很禮貌，不讓人覺得聒噪，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。小帥哥瓏喜還特意把我們帶到餐廳，給我們介紹了當地的特色，小哥哥説話都是和藹可親，就像家人一樣，服務真的周到！ 早上在院子裏面散步，還能遇見幾位住在隔壁房間的老哥聊天曬太陽，氣氛特別融洽。酒店的活動也挺多的，我們也參加了抄經，篆香，這些活動都是要我們靜下心來完成的，不能浮躁，要心平氣和的，慢慢的體驗，很適合帶朋友或者小朋友參加，做完活動還可以在這裏煮上一壺茶，慢慢的玩，旁邊就是水街，買東西也方便！ 總之，感覺這次入住挺有滋味，適合想要找一個安靜地方發呆散心的朋友。
