Hotel is so new! Its lobby, corridor, room, facilities and environment feel modern and new. The counter staffs seem to be around 24hr. So not to worry if you are checking in/out at wee hours. You can even deposit luggage with them after you check out. Their counter staff are very professional and good. There was once their staff helped to bring luggages to our room while we are settling bills at the counter. Hotel location is good, there is a supermarket across the road, convenience store (with coffee shop combined), below the hotel. There are few eateries as well. Need to didi to tourist attractions - Taikooli, IFS etc. Better to set pickup or dropoff location at the hotel parking lot entrance, as the door entrance (lobby) there is abit inconvenient due to the right turning road with bicycle lane which is abit dangerous. There are robots in the hotel that serves delivery. I've stayed in two different rooms due to personal arrangement. And both rooms are great.

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

Niesamowita obsługa klienta, biegle władająca językiem chińskim i angielskim! Bezpłatnie zamieniliśmy nasze pokoje jednoosobowe na dwuosobowe i zostaliśmy mile przywitani, gdy zameldowanie nastąpiło późno o 1 w nocy. Bardzo czyste i nowoczesne pokoje z pysznym śniadaniem w formie bufetu. Personel chętnie robił nam kawę każdego ranka, darmowe parasole, mały ogródek na relaks – prawdopodobnie najlepszy hotel, w jakim kiedykolwiek nocowałem w tej cenie! Gorąco polecam każdemu, kto chce zatrzymać się w mieście, ale z dala od ruchliwych ulic, w pobliżu świątyni i bocznych restauracji, a jednocześnie zaledwie 10 minut taksówką od popularnych atrakcji. Jedna wada: Brak wyznaczonego parkingu dla taksówek. Trzeba przejść 20 metrów do bocznej ulicy, co nie stanowi problemu, ale proszę uważać, ponieważ znalezienie parkingu może być trudne. Jest znak, ale nie zauważyliśmy go o 1 w nocy, haha. Jeśli widzisz to wejście, to jesteś na dobrej ulicy -＞

I have to appreciate for Jasmine’s help throughout my 2 nights stay at this Hyatt. She helped me alot with her great attitude to make my anniversary with my girlfriend more memorable. A big thank for her. (Hope to join her hosted event next time 😉 This hotel is pretty new, still having some potential shortages that are waiting to be enhanced: 1. the variety of the breakfast is limited, especially for the hot dishes. Original taste for beef tender noodles is too blend. Beef potstickers are popular, can make more in every turn. 2. One more box of tissue paper can be placed by the sink. 3. Greeters should also help for carrying luggages even for the customer that are leaving Overall, still a big thumbs up for this brand new Hyatt.

The hotel is located in the heart of Tianfu Square at the Lamborghini Center, making it extremely convenient to get around! The rooms are luxurious and spacious, with exquisite marble flooring, cleanliness, and no unpleasant odors. All necessary amenities are available, including a refrigerator, microwave, and washing/drying machine, which cater to daily needs. The Dyson hairdryer enhances the overall experience. The housekeeping staff are friendly, responsive, and meticulous in their cleanliness, ensuring that every corner is spotless. The overall design is elegant, the space is spacious and bright, and the living conditions are comfortable and stylish. It’s perfect for business trips or travels, and I highly recommend it!

Biznes jest trudny i nie chciałem zostawić recenzji, żeby nie zrobić złego wrażenia, ale naprawdę nie mogę powstrzymać się od narzekania na to miejsce. Z drugiej strony, obsługa była doskonała; personel cierpliwie nas prowadził i obsługiwał po przyjeździe. Jednak wyposażenie pokoju hotelowego było przeciętne. Sufit był niski, przez co było ciasno, a poduszki źle dobrane – albo za twarde, albo za wysokie – co utrudniało spokojny sen przez całą noc. Czystość również pozostawiała wiele do życzenia; kiedy wszedłem do pokoju, na łóżku leżało kilka małych gumek recepturek, a toaleta i prysznic śmierdziały. Gdyby było tanie, nie byłoby tak źle, ale za ponad 400 juanów, wydaje się, że nie warto.

The owner was genuinely kind and very helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to make things easy for us. They even helped us carry our luggage up and down, which meant a lot especially since we were travelling with kids and had quite a few bags. What we appreciated most was how thoughtful they were in sharing local tips. They recommended several nice places to visit around Dujiangyan, including family-friendly spots, good food, and scenic areas that we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Because of their suggestions, our trip became much more relaxed and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome, almost like staying with family rather than at a hotel. We’re truly grateful for their kindness and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dujiangyan.

Ten hotel oferuje doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny w samym sercu miasta. Ma porządną siłownię z solidnym sprzętem, znacznie lepszą niż większość hotelowych siłowni. Nie korzystałem z herbaciarni ani chińskiej restauracji, ale obie są bardzo atrakcyjne. Basen znajduje się w piwnicy – dobrze, że jest, ale nie jest to najwygodniejsze miejsce, zwłaszcza latem. Powinni bardziej zadbać o egzekwowanie stref dla palących i utrzymanie czystości/porządku na siłowni. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nadal jest to świetny stosunek jakości do ceny, choć o poziom niższy niż nowsze pięciogwiazdkowe hotele w okolicy.

(For context, I was a black female solo traveller) Location On a long street with many restaurants and shops along the street and a self service ATM 5 -10 min walk away, including a small market in the mornings. It is a residential area, so you will most likely be the only foreigner, but people are extremely friendly and helpful, albeit the stares. The entrance faced the main road and was well lit. There is a flight of stairs that you will need to go up to get to the hostel area. If you have not tried hot pot, I would def recommend going to the Haichiniu Xianxianqie Beef Self service Hot Pot place which is around 5 mins walk down the road. Quite far from the centre of the city however it is extremely easy to get to. During the day, there is a close proximity to the underground around 10 min walk, and there is a bus that I took from the city centre to right outside the hostel door where the bus stop was. If you are going through the night/early morning, it is extremely easy to catch a taxi through apps and it is quite cheap (around 40- 70 yen) and the road is very well lit. I felt completely safe in the area. Service Chu, the hostel aunty is warm and helpful, and gives you a sense of being home away from home. This included being made some home made dumplings to celebrate Golden Week which tasted delicious! She gave recommendations on places to go and made sure that I kept safe when out. As another review said, it can be a bit difficult communicating if you don't know Chinese as no English at the hostel or around the area is spoken and it can get quite draining/ mentally challenging at times for us, however Chu still tried her best to communicate regardless and I really appreciated the effort. To get around this and to make your stay more enjoyable, I would be sure to have WeChat set up prior so you can use the chat translator and have your google translate app out ready. (N.B Make sure you are able to set up the account and get the WeChat validation/security text through your HOME sim/data roaming as opposed to attempting to set up your account on your E-sim which won't work). Facilities It is a hostel that provides what you need. The things that took my British head some time to get around was the shower situation and the bed; namely the shower as it was more typical of an advanced bidet than standard shower. However, it was kept exceptionally clean after my first day there and I did my part of keeping it clean by bleaching it down. The bed is quite sturdy, typical of Chinese beds, so I would recommend bringing a blanket or similar to lay on the mattress so you can get to sleep. There is an upstairs area where you can use the washing machine or wash your clothes by hand and an open area to hang dry your clothes. Make sure you have some cash ready to give to Chu to use the machine. There is a vending machine that you can buy snacks for using the your WeChat pay. There is a seating area at the top where you can sit down and eat, smoke and chat. Once you are used to the different products used (i.e remembering the slippers, using the shower etc.), it becomes second nature and a very comfortable stay (funny story: I was sitting on a desk chair outside my room and being use to the chairs in the UK being quite heavy, I swung myself around and ended up falling off the chair LOL!). Cleanliness Like I mentioned above, the hostel is kept exceptionally clean and I had no concerns around hygiene once I got used to the shower situation. The cleanliness is what I can say was a huge benefit to the hostel. Considering how large the place is and Chu is the sole host, it is kept evidently very clean and Chu will be sure to tell you to tidy up too lool. People in China are not a fan of strong smells/ fragranced things so you will not smell bleach or such products but after seeing a storage room, I can assure they are being used! The photos in the other reviews capture it exactly so you will not be surprised when coming to the place.

Good stay, room was clean and good amount of space. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. As some of the other reviews have said the soundproofing in some of the rooms are not the best as you can hear the rooms above having a shower which if you are a light sleeper can be annoying but it didn't bother us much (my parents also stayed at this hotel but on another floor and they had no such problems so maybe just room dependent)
