„I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort.
The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay.
I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition.
There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was.
The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable.
Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.”

„Staff service is super great, we forget to reserve the bus back to Chengdu and staff help us to buy it, include coordinate until we get on a bus, we really appreciate. The hotpot dinner is good vaule and quality, even we order the smallest one, it bigger than we can complete all. The hot bath is good, we feel really relieve after it. Room heater working well, the floor and bed is heat when we sleep, so it not cold at all. All staff can not speak english but can communicate via app translator, everybody so helpfull and good service mind to communicate with us.”

„Location is 5 min walk to Bipenggou entrance, very convenient. Onsen pools are clean and were empty when we went.
Beds are big and comfortable - maybe only gripe about the room is the shower, which was a bit small.
Food decent typical bfast fare, mentioned it starts at 8am but actually food comes out at 7.15am (since the park opens at 8am, this makes sense).

„Due to some accidents on the road, we had a very very late check in (2.33am). Despite this, the front desk guy was still very accomodating and the check in process for foreigners are also easy here. This hotel has free parking spot for car as well.
It was a great big room for 2 person. Amenities are very complete (as listed on the booking page). The bed was very comfortable and there's no problem with heating in the room (shower's fine).
Note: The pictures were taken when we were about to check out. It doesn't represent the first stage of the room when we arrived. 🫣
It is very close to Bipenggou Scenic Area!

客棧離畢棚溝景區大約10公里，出行完全不用操心。老闆會貼心開車送到景區大門口，省去自駕找車位的麻煩，返程也會準時來接，對帶長輩出行的我們特別友好。
• 房間與設施
房間全屋地暖，晚上還有電褥子，在川西的夜晚也暖乎乎的，睡得特別踏實。空間寬敞、採光很好，床品柔軟舒服，一趟玩下來疲憊感直接被治癒。
• 餐飲與服務
早餐品種豐富，熱乎又對味的本地餐食，元氣滿滿開啟一天行程。老闆和工作人員都特別熱情周到，會耐心推薦本地美食和遊玩路線，有需求隨叫隨到，像家人一樣貼心。

SShower is coldIf you like minimalism, elegant and modern style hotel with a stunning view, ans you are looking for somethinf with a fair price, look no further! The mountain-view room worths every penny. This photo is from the hotel room. You will never forget this experience. The only downside (to me) was that the hotel only offers disposable towels. Breakfsst is simple but you can order different kinds of food via app.

GGośćThe hotel is located in the small lane that the medium bas 中巴 is unable to park in front of the hotel and the lady owner comes out to help to take the luggage. Around the hotel, there are lots of eateries and restaurants.
The lady owner has to wait for young man to process the passport documents which took a while of waiting for taking the picture again and again.
For the rooms, some rooms have sitting toilet and some don't. Ensure calling them about the toilet first before booking.

AASinhAWe had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly.
The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers.
That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend.

JJon StarThe area was quite cozy. I have nothing to really complain about. Since the location is a bit higher in altitude, from most rooms, you could see the mountains once you step out.
The room itself was comfortable. Quite smaller than I expected was that’s okay for me since I was going to be out most of the times. With that being said, I gave the “amenities” a three (neutral for me) because I’m not quite sure what amenities they had since I didn’t take advantage of it other than the breakfast.
Overall, I would suggest it since it’s easy to navigate too, cozy, and the staff and his children were always helpful.

BBinh GFantastic stay. Shout out to the guy at the front desk. He provided pickup from Maoxian station, two ways to Bipenggou and gave us a ride to the bus station. He even let us pick a few things from the breakfast for my child so that she could eat along the way.
Hotel location was great, not far from the city centre. The hotel also had a hotpot restaurant on the second floor so we spent dinner here without walking to anywhere. Hotel amenities were great too, you can have everything you need. The decoration was another plus point. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

DDJaiiOur stay here was comfortable and suited for a short visit. The nightly service was great, and we enjoyed the dance performance, complimentary drink, and attentive service. A special mention goes to the lovely front desk lady who went above and beyond she even helped reheat some food we had brought from home.
Breakfast was Chinese-style, which was fine for us, and the pool closed at 10:30 p.m. we wished it stayed open a bit later, but we understood the policy.
We chose a room facing the river, which comes with an important note: there is heating but no cooling air conditioning in the bedroom. That said, the gentle sound of the river was like raindrops falling on a rooftop peaceful and relaxing. Once our bodies adjusted to the air, the mornings felt cool and refreshing, and we enjoyed a great night’s sleep.

AAngeeeeeecThe place was deep in the mountains so it was a bit difficult to get to without a car, but once arrived, it was an expensive looking hotel. However, the service leaves much to be desired. For an expensive hotel, there were no service staff to get our luggages, and after checkin, there were no directions on where the lift was. We booked 2 rooms, and the other room they gave was in another building, which required a buggy. If it’s a family booking, the hotel should have informed us beforehand that there would be such an inconvenience. Breakfast was good, the room was nice, but there was also only one bathroom for a room that fits so many so that’s something that could have been thought through as well. Apart from that, the public hot spring in the hotel was great and beautiful, and the breakfast spread was great and have many variety. The surrounding area was beautiful for pictures, so that’s a plus too.

到店的時候，定的是兩間地暖房，貌似房不夠了，就分了一個走廊盡頭的
衞生：我們分到的房間相比另外一間衞生很差，到處都是蜘蛛網，廁所污漬很多，床單上還有黃色的污漬，窗台前的沙發全是煙灰之類的…
設施：熱水也温嘟嘟的，地暖也沒有打開（老闆説這個季節不開，但同時定的另一個房就有地暖，平台上也沒有註明這個季節不開😓晚上衹有幾度，也沒有配電熱毯。既然收了比普通房更高的價格，就應該打開啊）
