„I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.”

„Walking distance to BNP. Spacious and clean room. We arrived early from Chengdu and the owner kindly allowed early check-in at 12:00 PM. Very thoughtful as it was extremely cold and we were travelling with children. The room had heaters, bed heater, and hot water. Late check-out was also allowed at a very reasonable price. The owner even arranged transport to the bus station due to heavy snowfall. A very positive first experience in China. Thank you to the wonderful hotel team.”

„Facilities: The facilities are excellent, the room has everything you need, and the water pressure is really strong, perfect for a comfortable shower. Cleanliness: It's clean and hygienic, everything is good. Environment: The surrounding area is a campsite where children can have a lot of fun. Many people also camp overnight there, and there's a restaurant. Service: The restaurant management seemed a bit chaotic; we waited an hour and our food still hadn't arrived. The campsite also had a bonfire party, which was very lively.”

A special mention goes to the lovely front desk lady who went above and beyond she even helped reheat some food we had brought from home. Breakfast was Chinese-style, which was fine for us, and the pool closed at 10:30 p.m. we wished it stayed open a bit later, but we understood the policy. We chose a room facing the river, which comes with an important note: there is heating but no cooling air conditioning in the bedroom. That said, the gentle sound of the river was like raindrops falling on a rooftop peaceful and relaxing. Once our bodies adjusted to the air, the mornings felt cool and refreshing, and we enjoyed a great night’s sleep.”

It belongs to the treasure boutique B&B dug during the journey. It is highly recommended! Let me talk about the real stay experience below: 1. Room comfort The room is spacious and open, and the soft decoration of the mountain style is very textured and not exaggerated. The Jin Keer bedding is fluffy and soft, and the fatigue of lying on it is relieved at once. The whole house is meticulously hygienic, and the corners are cleaned up and there is no smell. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water supply is stable and sufficient, and the quality of the supporting toiletries is online. The room has good lighting and ventilation, the environment is quiet at night, and there is almost no noise. The quality of sleep is particularly good. I feel relaxed and comfortable when I stay in the house. 2. Landscape environment The homestay is built on the mountain, surrounded by forests. I heard from the boss that the colorful forest in mid-to-late October is a must, and the natural landscape is definitely a highlight. Pushing the window is the continuous green mountains. In the morning, the clouds and mist slowly spread up the mountainside. In the evening, you can see the sunset in the mountains and the scenery is rich. Avoiding the crowds in the scenic area, there is no strong commercial atmosphere, and any shot is a large-scale atmosphere. It is very suitable for meditation and vacationing and emptying yourself. 3. Dining experience The meal is surprising, and the ingredients are preferred to choose local original ecological raw materials, fresh and real. The breakfast is rich, balanced, and the taste is light and delicious; the dinner owner reasoned that his fungus soup stewed beef soup pot was safe and comfortable. Having such quality dining in the mountains completely exceeded my psychological expectations. 4. Service details The boss and staff are sincere and enthusiastic, and the service is very good, and will not overly disturb the guests. Before check-in, take the initiative to inform the road conditions, local weather and surrounding play guides; Any demand response during the stay is very timely, many details are considered for the guests in advance, it is a warm and grounded intimate service, not a assembly line-style stereotyped reception. 5. Geographical location and travel convenience The location is quiet, and you can enjoy the scenery of the mountains and clouds. After the highway is down, it takes 20 minutes to drive. The mountain road needs the safety of the old driver first. The parking lot is sufficient. It is very worry-free to drive by yourself. It is very suitable for staying and resting on the way to West Sichuan. As a landing point for deep travel, it is perfect. 6. Overall cost performance and comprehensive feeling In terms of comprehensive landscape, hardware, catering, and service dimensions, the price is very high, and the standard of high-end boutique homestays. This stay experience gave us a big surprise, and it was a healing trip to the mountain residence. I have recommended the Yuyoushan B&B to friends who are going to come to West Sichuan.
