„I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.”

„The hotel is clean, and both the floor and mattress have heaters. The exterior of the hotel is very beautiful, with many recreational facilities and hot spring pools available. Transportation is a bit difficult, as you need to use a personal driver to get around. There is a halal restaurant, but it is about 10 km from the hotel. The entrance to Bipenggou is حوالي 10 minutes away by car.🇲🇾”

„Love, love, LOVE this hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The hot springs are a delight afterw long day of travel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Even the boss of the hotel introduced himself and we had a good chat. The location is stunning. Lixian is a gorgeous town with a beautiful, peaceful, friendly atmosphere. The views from the fork of the mountains are spectacular. I recommend going to the rooftop deck at night to experience the stars and mountains.”

„Receptionists were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. The breakfast was nice with a good range of dishes and it was made even better with the resident pet that will greet you upon entering the hall - cute~! There are also spaces to explore and hot spring pool available for guests. The room us spacious and warm enough to keep us cozy in the cold weather. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.”

„At first, I booked a camper van, but the staff advised me against it, saying it was too cold during this season. So I changed to a room inside the main hotel building — and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is located right inside the national park, and guests can drive in after registering at the park entrance. This makes sightseeing much easier since you don’t have to take the park’s shuttle bus, which drives rather poorly along the route. From the hotel, you can take their own vehicles directly to the scenic spots, saving more than half the travel distance. All room rates already include the park entrance fee. Personally, if I come back again, I would definitely stay here because it saves the hassle of taking the park shuttle. Overall, both the location and the rooms are excellent.”

„The suite space is very spacious and suitable for families or traveling together. The decoration is the same as the photo, and the cleanliness is commendable. The bedding has no smell. The most pleasant surprise is that the mountain view can be seen outside the window. The feeling of being awakened by birds in the morning is too healing. The summer arrived and prepared mosquito killers intimately, and the temperature is very suitable now. There is no need to turn on the air conditioner at all. It is too good for our workers who are in the air-conditioned room all year round! Have the opportunity to come again”

„Especially recommend this newly opened homestay! The overall environment is clean and elegant, the whole house is full of solid wood furniture, high-quality texture, all kinds of facilities are complete and brand new, and there is no smell of new stores at all. I have been troubled by high reactions when I came to the plateau. I couldn't sleep at night. I was especially worried about not having a good rest. I didn't expect to sleep comfortably here! The mattress is moderately soft and hard, with a memory pillow, lying down and relaxing, sleeping peacefully all night, alleviating the dizziness and fatigue brought by high reaction. Must praise the boss, people are particularly kind and enthusiastic, treat people sincerely and intimately, and the whole experience is full. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this one, and I highly recommend it to friends who come to the plateau!”

„This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The service is warm and incredibly attentive, the rooms are spotless, and the mattress is super comfortable. There's even a cozy tea lounge to relax in. I particularly appreciated the bathroom's separate wet and dry areas. The hotel's surroundings are stunning; it boasts a small garden right at the entrance and another beautiful garden on the rooftop, perfect for taking photos. Plus, they have EV charging stations, which is a great bonus. I highly recommend it!”

„We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, which really made a difference to our experience. While the English language barrier was sometimes challenging, using translation apps like WeChat and Google Translate helped us communicate and work things out smoothly. The outdoor facilities have great potential, and it would have been even better if the fireplace areas were lit and there were more drink options available in the evenings. Similarly, a slightly wider selection of food at the restaurant and during breakfast would really help cater to Western travellers. That said, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily recommend.”
