蔡蔡桂嬋 & WillThis is the small family run homestay conveniently located for the Ancient City, Guildhall and Folk Museum all of which are within a 15 minute walk. The other main sites in the city can be reached by Didi, metro or - if you're adventurous - bus. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean with excellent hot water to the shower and wash basin. The disadvantage is that taxis and Didi drivers can't get in so drop you on the main road but this is only a, two minute walk. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful especially Ah'Kun the son who talks English. If you need a clean safe base for a stay in Luayong and don't need the facilities of a large hotel you couldn't do much better.

GGośćŚrodowisko: Warunki mieszkaniowe są bardzo dobre, a układ obiektu jest bardzo przemyślany. Nocą na dziedzińcu czuć zapach kwiatów. Obsługa: Szef bardzo chętnie odebrał nas ze skrzyżowania i pomógł z bagażami. Ciocia również jest bardzo entuzjastyczna. Higiena: Pokój był bardzo dokładnie sprzątany. Udogodnienia: Pościel jest bardzo wygodna, klimatyzację można włączyć w każdej chwili, a śniadanie jest proste, ale wystarczające. Jedyną wadą jest słaba jakość artykułów jednorazowych, a ręczniki jednorazowe mają nieprzyjemny zapach. Mam nadzieję, że szef rozważy ulepszenie tego.

GGośćbest location, quiet place, best manager he was really a gentleman with a very kindful wife and daughter. and family's sweetie daughter can speak English. The hostel is located in the best historical part of the city, out of all the hustle and bustle you suddenly enter a quiet and very clean place. take the exit A at Lijingmen metro station, this place is awesome I love it, room and bathroom were spotless and shower hot water pressure was pretty good. if I come back to China one day, I will definitely stay here again. I hope to meet this kind family again one day somewhere, although it is unlikely unfortunately.

Cleanliness could be better and the door to the bathroom has seen better days… The place itself is a bit difficult to find and the reception is located on the 17th floor on the side of a building.

Zamykanie okien, otwieranie okien i regulacja temperatury klimatyzatora rozwiązują problem jeden po drugim. Słyszałem, jak rodzina z dzieckiem z sąsiedztwa pytała, kim jest mały Edison. Otwórz okno, a zobaczysz Wieżę Lijingmen. Widok światła słonecznego wpadającego rano ze szczytu murów miejskich jest czymś wyjątkowym. W ofercie B&B dostępny jest słynny w Internecie napój Haibi, a także Sprite. W porównaniu z jego wypiciem Haibi jest łagodniejszy i smaczniejszy, a szklana butelka również bardzo przyjemna. Założyliśmy także bezpłatne kostiumy z dynastii Tang i Han i zrobiliśmy zdjęcia na wieży, co było świetną zabawą. Ładna dziewczyna w recepcji i ciotka sprzątająca są miłe i troskliwe. Dziękuję.

GGośćThe lady contacted me before arrival and added me on WeChat for organising the check-in. The place is near the tourist attractions, however the location was difficult to find. In the night I found myself with the taxi driver and another person who were trying to help me to find the place because location on the map was wrong. They kindly made a phone call to the lady to open the door. The people here are nice but I did not feel very welcome. Probably it’s the culture and they are not used to give advices on places to see, places to eat. For the whole trip in china I did not have internet and I could not search anything because my searching portals are blocked in china. As a result, I did not enjoy my stay and I went to Kaifeng on the following day. In the street there is a bad smell of pee. It is not the owner’s fault however, it made me think that the area was not the best. The room was very nice with everything you could need. Please note that this is my experience as a foreigner, which things are not easy, because no one speak English. It would be nice to have “help” from the people where one book.

GGośćIt is a homestay with complete amenities located within 10mins walk to the beautiful ancient city and 3 to 5 mins walk to bustling food streets. Strategic, cheap and complete. You can wash your clothes there as well, there's a washing machine downstairs. Not too sure about dryer. The owner is very friendly and super helpful. We had a short stop and wanted to see shaolin (true alittle overated but because of its history maybe can visit once) and white horse temple in 1 day so we hired a car from the owner at 280rmb for whole day. Super convenient! Right next door is a shop for traditional costume, reasonably priced with friendly and awesome owner. Makes it very easy to get everything done. We fell in love with Luoyang. The homestay do not have lift for those with mobility issues. It comes with simple breakfast, you can choose there are 3 choices. For the price and location it is superb.

JJosh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.
