前台服務很好，免費升房，從老家帶的生鮮也幫忙冷凍。房間很大，可以帶寵物。衞生間不錯，沐浴露味道很好聞。美中不足的是，沒有洗手液，洗髮水比較一般不起泡。早餐很一般，沒有粉面類，去的晚了豆漿沒了大姐也不肯加，牛奶是用奶粉沖的很稀。整體説不上好吃但是對得起價錢。

新的民宿，看得出設計有花功夫的。 房間設施一流，衞生間夠大，智能馬桶，房間空間大，最出彩的是落地窗，把河畔果園遠山凈收眼底；還配兩張古色古香的茶椅茶几，坐在窗口品茶賞景，愜意愉悦； 酒店服務很好，早餐是薄如蟬翼的腸粉、茶葉蛋、白粥，老媽提出早餐可以增加一點飲品，管家就配了一壺豆漿給我們。 周邊環境很棒，早餐後出門走走，就有木橋過河，兩邊都是三華李果園，走一圈既舒散筋骨，又賞了美景。
