I arrived in Venice after 11 PM yesterday, and I must say, it was quite an adventure! Unfortunately, there was no one at the reception of the hotel I originally booked, so we found ourselves wandering around in search of help. Other hotels were fully booked, and just when we were starting to lose hope, we stumbled upon this amazing hotel as a walk-in. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and quickly found a room for us. The hotel was so warm, cozy, and clean. If it weren't for this hotel, I might have ended up sleeping on the street! 😭 And let me tell you, the breakfast was absolutely outstanding! There was a fantastic variety of fresh vegetables and bread, along with delicious food that truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and Ludmila was a gem throughout breakfast. She kept checking in to see if the food we were enjoying was good and if we needed anything at all. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Venice. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience ♥️♥️

Rozczarowany poziomem usług i przestarzałym hotelem. W przypadku tego bardzo drogiego 4-gwiazdkowego hotelu doceniłbym wyższy poziom. Personel nie był szczególnie przyjazny ani pomocny. Pokój był bardzo ciemny, bez naturalnego światła, nie odnowiony jak na zdjęciu z rezerwacji. Wanna była zepsuta, przysłali kogoś, kto się tym nie przejął i powiedział, że rzeczywiście jest zepsuty, recepcja nie zaproponowała niczego w zamian. Skończyło się na tym, że próbowałem się naprawić przez 1/2 godziny. Trochę smutne.. również jacuzzi/łaźnia publiczna i siłownia nie są dostępne za darmo. Musisz zapłacić i zarezerwować z wyprzedzeniem.. można sobie wyobrazić, że jest to wliczone w cenę. Pozytywna strona: bardzo dobrze położony w centrum, przy głównej luksusowej ulicy, chyba wyjaśnisz cenę? Największą atrakcją jest dach z pięknym zachodem słońca, podczas którego wypiliśmy naszą uzupełniającą butelkę. Śniadanie jest naprawdę dobre, jedno z najlepszych jak dotąd. Nie wrócę, nie warto.

Room is abit dark and abit dusty, but for 2 days of stay and the low price it definitely was not something to complain about. Staff was helpful and kind, making the check in procedures smooth and pleasant. There is not much facilities as the television is small and there is no kettle to boil water, but the price of water is not too expensive so it is ok. Generally not a bad place for a quick stay at a cheap price.

It feels like I have discovered hidden gems. The surroundings are so beautiful, and the service of the hotel is superb. Preserving the exterior of the classic hotel, the interior has been renovated modernly. My mom uses a wheelchair, and the hotel gave the wheelchair user the best room. Also, I would like to compliment the chef who prepared the breakfast. Fresh and diverse fruits are prepared more than the famous four-star hotel, and the food is all delicious. Offering luxurious service for the price, this hotel is comparable to the name of a villa. This hotel is far from a train station, bus terminal, and public parking lot, but it is close to the airport, dock, and beach. We stayed in Venice for 18 nights and 19 days because my mom is sick, and if you are a traveler who can afford time like us, you'd better stay at Lido Island, travel to the surrounding islands, and enjoy the beach through this hotel.

A short stay before flight in early morning. Very friendly staff with efficient checkin and booking of airport shuttle (at a fee of 7.5 euros). Free croissants and fruits if you don't have time for breakfast - so considerate! The hotel has a cosy family style restaurant though I had not time to enjoy. Very convenient location just 10 mins away from airport. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are flying in/out of VCE airport.

Located conveniently at a water ferry stop so you don’t have to haul your luggage too far. No stairs in the hotel so that’s a bit of a struggle. Our room over looked the water which was very pretty. Breakfast was pretty good. You don’t get a choice they just bring you what they offer. Hotel and room are dated but I think that just gave it some character

Wanderfull location, definitely one of the best in Venice! For the rest it's a pretty old hotel (like all these kind of hotels in Venice), but pretty clean. Breakfast also was very good. Overall recommended.

the hotel is very near at the train station,the elevator is too slow,our room is spacious and we have a balcony,the hotel looks old and needs to be renovated,but we enjoyed our 2night stay,good breakfast and very nice hotel receptionist,overall if you are looking for an affordable and convenient location hotel agli artisti is fot you✌️

Kiedy powiedziałem w recepcji, że wymelduję się wcześnie rano, przygotowali śniadanie na wynos, co było świetne. Pokój nie był bardzo czysty, a kiedy się kąpałem, śmierdziało ściekami. Suszarka do włosów jest również wyposażona w taką, która wkrótce stanie się bezużyteczna, dlatego myślę, że lepiej skontaktować się z recepcją i poprosić o pożyczenie suszarki do włosów.

Świetny pokój i czysty. Zameldowanie i odbiór klucza odbywa się w innym miejscu, około 10 minut spacerem i trzeba wrócić ponownie
