„Zatrzymaliśmy się w tym hotelu tylko na jedną noc i ani przez chwilę nie żałowaliśmy naszego wyboru. To była wspaniała decyzja! Wybraliśmy pokój z wanną przy oknie specjalnie ze względu na zachwycający widok na las i rzekę – absolutnie zapierający dech w piersiach.
Podobało nam się wszystko w pokoju: klimatyzacja była wybawieniem w upale, a ortopedyczny materac i poduszki były niezwykle wygodne (za co należą się specjalne podziękowania!). Pokój był nieskazitelnie czysty, a wszystko działało idealnie.
Pracownicy recepcji to wspaniali ludzie! Komunikacja była utrudniona bez znajomości chińskiego, ale każdy pracownik był niezwykle przyjazny i starał się nam pomóc, cierpliwie korzystając z tłumaczy. Ogromne podziękowania za pomoc z AliPay – mieliśmy problem z płatnością, a administratorzy go rozwiązali. Co więcej, jedna z pań z recepcji pomogła nam zarezerwować dokładnie taką wycieczkę, jakiej potrzebowaliśmy. Ponieważ standardowe wycieczki nie odpowiadały naszej konkretnej trasie, bardzo się postarała, aby pomóc nam wszystko zorganizować.
Mieliśmy śniadanie wliczone w cenę, ale musieliśmy wyjść zbyt wcześnie, aby móc się nim cieszyć. Abyśmy nie byli głodni, niezwykle troskliwy personel zaoferował nam croissanty i mleko! Świetnie korzystaliśmy też z ekspresu do kawy w lobby.

„I loved this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, they immediately reached out to me upon booking and helped me book a cruise to Yangshuo. The rooms are very clean and functional, there’s even a faucet with cold drinking water right in your room - a true luxury when traveling in China. I loved my stay here, it’s a little further away from the main attractions so it’s quiet enough at night but you can easily walk everywhere at the same time. You can also get free coffee and tea downstairs. I highly recommend staying here. However, there’s no need to book a room with a view as I did, since the hotel faces a not so quiet street and it will be a little loud to sleep at night. Highly recommend to visit the night street food market and Diecai Shan in Guilin!”

„The location of the hotel is just by the River and easy to take nice pictures right from the hotel or in front of the hotel. Upon our arrival, the doorman immediately grabbed our bags and welcomed us. Although we told him that our bags are heavy and offered to take some of the luggage by ourselves, he insisted to help us and helped to carry everything inside. The reception staff did the check in quickly and also informed us of their hotel facilities and services. They told us that we have a complimentary professional photography session to have our photos taken. They also introduced the local tourist attractions and we took the river boat trip that evening, which was very pleasant and nice way to see Guilin during the evening. The following day we went for the photo taking sessions and we got some beautiful memorable pictures taken. Our room was very beautiful and large and we wish we would have had more time to stay. We even had a separate room for drinking tea which was so cozy. The breakfast restaurant is located on the top floor of the hotel so the guests can have a nice view of the surroundings. Upon our departure the reception staff asked how our stay had been and bid us farewell and they had prepared some very cute gifts for us. I highly recommend this hotel for anybody who would like to visit Guilin leisure. Perfect location, perfect service and facilities!”

„This hotel is genuinely great! I started looking at hotels while still on the high-speed train and browsed through many options before being captivated by the beautiful views this one offered. The front desk even called us in advance to ask about our arrival time and thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning for us. After checking in, a staff member helped carry our luggage to the room. On the way, he explained all the hotel's facilities. The sky garden on the seventh floor is absolutely stunning 🤩, and I even caught the sunrise there the next morning, which was truly breathtaking. Watching the Xiaoyao Tower from the sky garden at night is incredibly beautiful. The hotel's gym and laundry room are well-equipped, and the laundry room even has an ironing machine, which is a big plus! The room's interior has a retro-chic decor style, augmented with smart room controls, giving it a simple yet grand feel. The mini-fridge in the room is a nice touch and stocked with complimentary drinks. It's a pity I overslept and missed breakfast. Lastly, I personally found the room to be very quiet! Not as exaggeratedly noisy as some reviews suggested! Next time I'm in Guilin, or if friends visit Guilin, I will definitely recommend the Xinyu Hotel.”

Located very close to Longtoushan wharf, it's very easy to get to if you come to Yangshuo via the cruise.
The staff are very helpful, they gave me all the resources I needed during my stay, and were able to be contacted at any point via WeChat.
The room was lovely, a comfortable bed and a fantastic view from the balcony!
I'd definitely recommend the Riverview to anyone staying in Yangshuo.

Przy łóżku przydałby się punkt ładowania telefonu komórkowego. Śniadanie było urozmaicone i pyszne. Świetna lokalizacja, krótki spacer od molo nad rzeką Li i tętniącej życiem ulicy West Street. Szczyt Ruyifeng jest oddalony o około 16 kilometrów, a taksówki/Didi są dostępne tuż za progiem. Bliżej znajduje się teren raftingowy Yulong. W pobliżu znajdują się urocze kawiarnie. Niesamowite widoki z baru na dachu.

Wystrój hotelu jest również fantastyczny. Na dole znajduje się duży trawnik i basen, a widok z panoramicznych okien jest po prostu jak z obrazka. Oferowane są różnorodne atrakcje, które dzieci absolutnie uwielbiały – na trawniku są zjeżdżalnie, piaskownica, minizoo, a także wiele miejsc do relaksu i robienia zdjęć. Hotel posiada również restaurację i oferuje popołudniową herbatę, którą można wypić nad rzeką Yulong, co jest niezwykle relaksujące. Czystość była na najwyższym poziomie – nawet po przesunięciu sofy i stolika kawowego nie znalazłem pod nimi ani grama kurzu. Wszystko było przemyślane w najdrobniejszych szczegółach, nawet krzesełka i buciki dla dzieci. Właściciel wkłada w to całe serce! Śniadanie było również bardzo obfite, z lokalnymi przysmakami z Guilin, a także opcjami zachodnimi. Można nawet wypożyczyć stroje do zdjęć! Dzieciom tak się spodobało, że nie chciały wyjeżdżać! Następnym razem na pewno znów tu zostaniemy!

Po jednej stronie znajduje się miasto powiatowe (West Street, Eternal Love, Reflection of Liu Sanjie), po drugiej stronie znajduje się rzeka Yulong, Ruyi Peak i Shili Gallery (tylko droga). Czasami trzeba wziąć taksówkę, czasami trzeba wynająć samochód na akumulator, co jest bardzo wygodne. (Lokalne drogi są kręte i wąskie, dlatego jadąc na hulajnodze akumulatorowej należy zwracać uwagę na bezpieczeństwo.) Hotel zapewnia usługę odbioru pojazdu, co jest świetne. Wyposażenie hotelu jest bardzo dobre, a wystrój pokoju nie odbiega od wystroju hotelu pięciogwiazdkowego. Krajobraz i otoczenie wokół hotelu są również dobre, ciche i eleganckie. Personel hotelu jest ciepły, gościnny i przyjemny. Wady: 1. Sygnał z pilota telewizora zakłóca pracę panelu klimatyzacji. Po naciśnięciu pilota panel klimatyzacji wyda sygnał dźwiękowy. 2. Hotel pomaga w rezerwacji biletów na występy, ale rabat cenowy nie jest duży, a lokalizacja miejsc może nie być najlepsza (lokalne kanały biletów na występy i ceny stały się tajną operacją w branży, co jest bardzo złe, a hotel prawdopodobnie stara się, jak może). W przypadku „Eternal Love” wystarczy wybrać miejsce z przodu w strefie A. Środkowa część B1 (lub miejsce w tylnym rzędzie B2) „Impression Liu Sanjie” jest bardzo dobra, podobna do tzw. fotela prezydenckiego w Strefie A. 3. W porównaniu z ceną pokoju ponad 700, kategorie śniadań są prostsze, a smak przeciętny. Ogólne wrażenia z pobytu są nadal bardzo zadowalające.

Właśnie spędziłem w tym hotelu dwie noce i ogólne wrażenia były absolutnie idealne! W hotelu panowała cisza i komfort, obsługa była uważna i troskliwa, a każdy członek personelu był profesjonalny i uprzejmy, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się doceniani od momentu zameldowania.
Szczególne podziękowania dla pracownicy o imieniu Yezi! Była niesamowicie pomocna. Od momentu zameldowania proaktywnie rozumiała nasze potrzeby, niezależnie od tego, czy polecała pobliskie restauracje, wprowadzała drobne zmiany w pokojach, czy też spełniała nieoczekiwane prośby – zawsze była bardzo uważna i szybka. Zawsze miała uśmiech na twarzy, a jej przyjazne i profesjonalne podejście sprawiło, że cały nasz pobyt był łatwy i przyjemny, niczym troskliwa przyjaciółka, która się nami opiekowała. Dzięki Yezi nasz pobyt był wyjątkowo udany i niezapomniany; naprawdę zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę!
Ponadto, ogólna obsługa hotelu była na najwyższym poziomie. Pokoje były czyste i schludne, dobrze wyposażone, śniadanie oferowało szeroki wybór, a recepcja była bardzo sprawna podczas wymeldowania. W połączeniu z zapierającymi dech w piersiach widokami na Yangshuo, było to idealne miejsce na relaksujący wypad; nie chciałem wyjeżdżać. Śniadania były fantastyczne. Zjadłem jedno w formie bufetu i jedno a la carte. Nie wiem, czy to było zaplanowane wydarzenie, czy coś przypadkowego, ale oba były pyszne i sycące. Basen bez krawędzi jest po prostu niesamowity. LLexielilyWe stayed at JiYun Resort as two guests and had the most wonderful experience. From the moment before we even arrived, the team was already attentive and thoughtful. They noted that it was my birthday and surprised us with a cake, an extra gift, and even a hand drawn card. It was incredibly kind and meant so much to us.
The front desk team was always on top of everything. They were responsive, proactive, and genuinely caring. The concierge support on WeChat was exceptional. No matter how small our question or request was, they answered quickly and clearly, which made everything feel easy and stress free for us as English speakers.
Each evening, it was such a comfort to come back to a warm meal. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and it became something we really looked forward to after long days exploring. The location is also excellent with beautiful views and easy access to the village, which made getting around simple and enjoyable.
We had to leave early in the morning and were unable to attend breakfast, but the team kindly prepared a breakfast to go for us. They also helped us arrange transportation and made sure everything was smooth. That level of care and support made us feel so looked after.
Although we did not have time to try the resort experiences, our stay was still incredibly special. We slept very well after our days in the countryside and felt completely taken care of throughout. The entire staff, including the morning security team, were warm, kind, and welcoming.
As first time visitors to a Chinese resort, we were a bit nervous, but the team made everything seamless. They helped us with communication even before the stay, provided rain gear when needed, and gave helpful advice on where to go. Their care and attention truly made this experience unforgettable.
This stay made us fall in love with the region, and we would absolutely return. Thank you to the entire JiYun team for such a beautiful and thoughtful experience.

AArina_SivI would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff for such a warm welcome. I spent three wonderful days at the hotel, and the whole experience felt like a continuous spa retreat. I feel truly rested and refreshed.
My room had a stunning view of the mountains, which made my mornings special. I also really appreciated that a massage and a tea ceremony were included in the price. Each session was filled with deep philosophical meaning, and I truly enjoyed them.
I spent a lot of time within the hotel, so I’m grateful for the included activities. A special thank you for the delicious coffee! I noticed you use DeLonghi coffee machines—they really make a great cup of coffee. The breakfast menu was also very diverse and tasty.
The only minor issue was with the hot water, as it took quite a long time to heat up. However, the staff handled it professionally and settled everything.
Thank you for a soul-soothing stay! I highly recommend this place.

GGośćFirstly, on our check-in, we were told we can upgrade to a Riverview room at a cost of around 100 RMB. after we agreed to upgrade and got up to our room. (Please see picture below)that was the river room. Nothing like a river view room that we have ever experienced. When we called the manager to ask for the river room, we got upgraded to a higher floor( see the picture attached) again not a river view room that we would ever called it.
Dinner.
We book our dinner in the Chinese restaurant Xianggong (香宫) not to mention their service was extremely slow. We waited for our noodle until the last course to be served like a hour. Please see the picture attach. This is the picture on the menu that I was expecting please see picture attached that is the noodle that got served to me. a although I understand in some situation, the picture is just for reference, but I think at this case this is extremely misrepresented. Another dish we orders “ wagyu beef with mushrooms. “ again we questioned this is hardly wagyu beef and please see the picture below. That’s the dish we got served, nothing like the picture again.
It was deeply disappointing experience, and we booked based on the Shangri -La name and our previous experiences. Although Shangri Guilin has his beautiful landscape and infrastructure, the service is clearly not a Shanghai standard.
