„If you are still looking for a hotel in Guilin, you can stop searching I rarely write such detailed reviews but this place really deserves it Everything here is amazing - from the location to the service. Every little detail is carefully thought out to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free The staff impressed me the most. They notice small details and truly care about guests. At first, I was surprised that even staff members I had never met before already knew my room number. It was a little funny and unexpected 😄 But like this you understand the high level of the service Everyone was so kind to me and always ready to help 🥺 Even if someone doesn’t speak English, they quickly use a translator and do their best to solve any problem The room is beautiful and very comfortable. The bed and pillows are probably one of my favorite parts of the stay - I honestly did not want to leave them! The room has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including nice Chinese tea, coffee, and many small details that make you feel at home like bath salt. Another very useful detail for travelers is the free self-service laundry. When you travel for a longer time, having a place where you can easily wash your clothes is a huge advantage The breakfast was also a wonderful surprise. While traveling around China, I often found that hotel breakfasts were mostly focused on Chinese food, which can sometimes be difficult for international travelers. Here, there is also a great Western breakfast with enough choices Another amazing part is the number of complimentary experiences included in the stay. Fresh fruits every day, afternoon drinks with desserts, cultural activities, and more. Sometimes there are so many things to enjoy that you don’t even want to leave the hotel😅 I especially loved the Chinese calligraphy experience. Writing calligraphy while two lovely parrots sometimes came to sit on my shoulder felt like a real journey into traditional Chinese culture. You can also create small handmade souvenirs, which makes the experience even more memorable The location is perfect, with incredible mountain views all around. And one small detail that I really appreciated: the panoramic windows are always perfectly clean. In many hotels, beautiful views are ruined by dirty windows, but here you can fully enjoy the scenery P.S.: just one small suggestion it would be great to have a “Do not disturb” sign. Some guests may want to have some private time and make sure that nobody enters the room”

„I loved this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, they immediately reached out to me upon booking and helped me book a cruise to Yangshuo. The rooms are very clean and functional, there’s even a faucet with cold drinking water right in your room - a true luxury when traveling in China. I loved my stay here, it’s a little further away from the main attractions so it’s quiet enough at night but you can easily walk everywhere at the same time. You can also get free coffee and tea downstairs. I highly recommend staying here. However, there’s no need to book a room with a view as I did, since the hotel faces a not so quiet street and it will be a little loud to sleep at night. Highly recommend to visit the night street food market and Diecai Shan in Guilin!”

„Perfect room! Strategic location to several sight seeing destinations (elephant mountain, sun & moon towers, east-west street, Jing's palace), very clean (housekeepers are super helpful to replace any towel or bedsheet when requested during our stay), friendliest receptionists (provide us a lot of info about traveling in Guilin, given us some free hotel souvenirs such as tote bags, magnet decoration & monk fruit before our departure). Although the street opposite the hotel was in the state of government construction works, it was a very quiet and peaceful stay. 100% would come back to this hotel if I were to visit Guilin again.”

„Останавливались с подругой в этом отеле впервые: номер идеально чистый и просторный: есть место для чаепития и большое пространство между кроватью и окном. Каждый день давали питьевую воду в бутылках, убирались в номере и меняли полотенца. Девушки на ресепшен помогли разобраться с заказами с таобао: часть пришла на ресепшен, часть в пункт выдачи cainiao (девушка отвела меня туда и помогла получить заказы, большое ей спасибо) В лобби есть удобная зона чая и кофе: мне понравился местный темный чай, моей подруге — светлый травяной! Каждый раз не могли пройти мимо и наливали себе чай)) Рядом с отелем все известные достопримечательности, их можно обойти пешком без проблем! На такси или автобусе можно доехать до парка nanxishan, где в конце февраля ещё цвели магнолии и уже распускались плодовые деревья, очень красиво! В целом, мы остались довольны проживанием в этом отеле, тем более за такую цену! Если приедем в Гуйлинь снова, обязательно остановимся здесь ещё раз ❤️”

„Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, wspaniały pobyt z rodziną, a Elephant Mountain jest oddalone o 15-20 minut. Personel hotelu był uprzejmy i udzielił nam dobrych porad dotyczących harmonogramu wycieczki. Zarezerwowaliśmy nocny rejs łodzią z hotelu, co jest naprawdę o wiele łatwiejsze, szczególnie w szczycie sezonu. Nocny rejs jest wart zobaczenia, a uliczki z jedzeniem znajdowały się tuż obok rejsu łodzią i Elephant Mountain. Hotel koncentruje się na dzieciach, ponieważ na najwyższym piętrze znajduje się plac zabaw dla dzieci, a dla dzieci (podczas naszego pobytu) oferowane są darmowe lody, aby podtrzymać świąteczny nastrój. Pokój, w którym mieszkaliśmy, miał podwójne łóżko i był naprawdę przestronny, czysty i ładnie urządzony. Śniadanie było dobre, a kawa była specjalnie przygotowywana przez personel hotelu. Porada - wstań wcześnie na śniadanie i zajmij miejsce przy oknie, aby móc podziwiać widok na basen. Są tylko 2 takie widoki. Naprawdę niezwykłe, naprawdę za tę cenę. Wielkie podziękowania dla personelu recepcji za załatwienie nam taksówki i życzymy wam wszystkim wszystkiego dobrego i sukcesów. Dbajcie o siebie!”

Dużym plusem było to, że hotel uprzejmie pozwolił nam przechować bagaż przez cały dzień po wymeldowaniu, co było bardzo wygodne.
