This looked and felt like a top notch business hotel and very conveniently located next to a mall with plenty of dining options. We arrived late so were glad reception lady told us a walkable steamboat place was still open. The room was new and flawless. Pity I didn't have time to enjoy the bathtub and it was kinda semi open concept so wasn't that convenient and would have felt cold in winter and with Aircon. Beds were super comfortable and I enjoyed possibly the best sleep during my trip. They even have a Pillow Menu - lesson learnt next time I would choose the firmest cos China tends to use soft pillows that do not support my neck well enough. Nonetheless really enjoyed my stay. Enjoyed wonderful view and with electric blinds.

Whether you're looking to lift weights, do cardio, or engage in other exercises, the gym has everything you need for a satisfying workout experience. Convenient Location: One of the highlights of the hotel's location is its proximity to a shopping mall, which is within walking distance. While I didn't have the opportunity to explore the mall extensively during my brief one-night stay, its presence adds convenience and offers additional options for dining, shopping, and entertainment for guests who have more time to spare. Overall, my stay at Crown Plaza Futian Hotel was fantastic. From the immaculate cleanliness to the excellent gym facilities and convenient location, it's clear that the hotel is committed to providing guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Very good experience. My girls and I had a really good time. They let us have late check out until 3 pm so my girls can swim at the indoor swimming pool. Service at the lounge is good too. Annie Xu’s service is outstanding. We will stay again for sure!

The location of the hotel is great, near Futian CBD area. And, my family stayed at 1619 room that is spacious and good quality of cleanliness. In addition, specially thank you for Amy, Jessica, Annie and Anna in executive lounge, they made us feel like comfortable at home!

Very good and very helpful staff. Location was very convenient to many eateries, shopping and places to stroll and relax. Facilities in the hotel was very good too. Allowed late check out till 2 pm. Breakfast choice was excellent too. Will surely come back. Although I did mention it was for my anniversary celebration, sadly nothing special was done 😞. Otherwise it was great

Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

We told the guest experience team before the stay that our trip is for wedding anniversary. They have well decorated our room beforehand with champagne and cake, which was impressed. Lounge access is flexible as we missed the afternoon tea on the 1st day and we are allowed to have it on the next day after we checked out. Lounge staff were all very nice and helpful. A very good experience in Four Seasons Shenzhen. Chinese restaurant staff are also helpful and they have prepared some simple decoration on our table which are also very nice.

Every month, I come from Hong Kong to stay at the Victoria View Hotel. The hotel has a large room space and is a one bedroom, one living room suite. The smallest rooms are 40-50 square meters, and there is also a laundry room and gym on the fifth floor. The second floor of the hotel is the subway station, which is not like Victoria View Hotel in Hong Kong, which is expensive and has small rooms. It is also very close to the Luohu Port, which is only 2-3 kilometers. Xiao Ling at the front desk of the hotel is also very good, with respect and conscientious dedication. This time we stayed at the same number as before and will come back next month.

My husband and I came here for one night for a little getaway from Guangzhou. We brought our small dog with us. We loved the location of the hotel. It was quiet and quite unique! The beach in front of the hotel is stunning and we enjoyed the sunset! The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Our bed was comfortable and our balcony overlooked the water. We were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. The staff were lovely - even giving us a complimentary beer and coffee on arrival. They spoke great English and communicated with us well. We were a bit disappointed when we were told our dog couldn’t go on the beach, but the staff quickly recommended another location a short drive away that was dog-friendly and we had no issue getting there. Other than the beach, our dog freely roamed around and was accepted by the staff and other guests. We loved the fruit, nighttime milk, and breakfast the hotel provided. There were some great restaurants close by as well and we enjoyed some beautiful, western-style meals. In general, it was a beautiful stay! We would definitely recommend and would be more than happy to stay here again!

I have stayed at this hotel back in 2019 and it was an excellent choice at that time, so when I came back to shenzhen after all these years this hotel was my first choice, im glad that I have found the service even better than before, condition of rooms is also perfect now. This hotel is your perfect choice if you're willing to stay in the heart of the electronic market in Shenzhen. I'm travelling back to China in the next few months and this hotel will be my first choice to stay in. I would also personally thank all the staff for their sincere willingness to help their guests.

With the Mtr to Daimuisha in services, it takes only 50 mins from LoWu border to reach the hotel. The hotel is just 3 mins walk from exit B. It is very near to the beach. The hotel reception staff are very nice. We arrived earlier than check in time. They upgraded us to a 2-room suite. The balcony of the room has a very nice view. The shower is strong and warm. They even provide bath salt. There is a shuttle, talking you to the private beach of a nearby hotel of their chain. Very nice view of sunset. I took pictures of sunrise at the balcony too. Thank you, Safina, the staff of the reception. We had a good time

My favourite hotel in Shenzhen. You cannot fault the accommodation or service. We are always treated like royalty and you feel very special. The rooms are fantastic and very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with a huge choice. My only criticism of this stay would be that the executive lounge food options did not seem as good as before. Maybe we got unlucky.

Our first choice’Regular Room’ was very cold with a small heater inside of it. We tried to get the second one but the duty officer was playing dumb and showing us the second layer of blankets 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😂😂😂 haha! Then, the lady manager came and very kindly offered us an alternate room in wooden house with a big heater inside. She was very nice and offered a hot coffee to warm up. The stay for kids was amazing. So many attractions are in the park beside. This compensates the old design and furniture of the hotel.

QVilla Hajana on Nan’so beach is one of my favorite spots in the city. The hotel staff are friendly and service-oriented and the rooms are simple but clean. There is a very good Western-style restaurant with beautiful sea views, as well as a more affordable BBQ spot in the main plaza. The beach is top notch - clean, relaxing, and uncrowded. A true gem if you’re looking for a short getaway from the city!

The location is at Lohu/Shenzhen Railway station at the opposite end of Shangri-LA hotel, towards the exit to Hong Kong. I had terrible time; firstly the 1st room they gave me had a ceiling that almost looks like it was going to fall off on one's head while sleeping and the 2nd room, which they gave at the end of the hallway on the same 2nd floor was very noisy with other people, hanging the doors, screaming across rooms like they are in their own house, talking and laughing loudly at 11pm towards 3am - I tried to sleep at night but awoke several time due to this. In addition, the smell of people smoking was strong. I did close the small window but the smell still came in strongly. Also I felt not safe with the security to the room levels as any person and food delivery people came knocking on the door as they tried to find the person who ordered the food. I did complain these issues to the reception officer but he said he can only do so little to solve this problem as this hotel had recently been bought over. Felt so frustrated with these excuses.

Although the Overseas Chinese Hotel in Shenzhen is a long-established hotel, it has an excellent location. It is very convenient to walk to Luohu Port, and it is also very convenient to travel by subway. The price is very affordable.

I am super happy with this hotel. We arrived in Shenzhen quite early before the check-in time. At first, we planned to keep our luggage only but we were lucky that they allowed us to check-in. Their staff is very helpful thanks to Benson who showed us the way to Hong Kong. It's very near to the Hong Kong check point so you can walk to the check point and explore HK by using MTR Lo Wu. Next day we keep the luggage here before we going to the airport. The hotel is a bit old but we love it.

Pleasantly surprised with the high quality finish of the room. Even the towels and bedding are all new and laundry clean. Staff are helpful. They also provide cold and hot drinks at the lobby as refreshments. Room TV program however only offer the various China TV station programs interrupted by unending advertisement. Should offer more foreign language programs as China is opening up. Location is excellent as it is near to the train station, subway and bus terminal. The immigration point to Hong Kong is within walking distance and there are many massage outlets and shopping is a breeze there. Highly recommended

Hotel is nice, right next to the beach and metro exit. Room was clean and normal. Bathroom has a wide shower cabin and it is generally big enough. And is separated with actual wall from the main room, not with those big glass things. Pool was “maintained”, so it was not available in this month. I saw a short video of the hotel, they showed a part of a small indoor pool, but no pictures of the pool online and no details. So maybe they don’t have it, haha. Anyway price was good and for that price, hotel pays out. Enjoy!

The landlord is very warm and kind in the Northeast. At the beginning, I asked me if I wanted to be quilted. It turned out that the night was really super super frozen. After that, I called 2 quilts. After 9 seconds, I saw Zuoli 😃 The picture is exactly the same as the house. The environment is really system, cost-effective, but it is a heater. The front desk receptionists were efficient with checking us in. We arrived an air conditioned room and a view of the beach. Unfortunately there is construction between the hotel and the beach. At times we could hear the work being done in the morning. Nonetheless the cleanliness of the room and proximity to the beach made this trip with worth it. It was a very affordable stay.

The service was great and the problem was solved very well. It was very fast. It was really good and dedicated. The fourth floor of the hotel is the breakfast area. The breakfast area has rich dishes. There is also a 24-hour laundry room and a gym. The room was upgraded for us. The room is large and the layout is also very good. Rode out to Yantian on my bike and arrived here for the second time. Covid restrictions make travelling anywhere in China difficult right now but the guy behind the desk was patient, friendly and extremely helpfull throughout the convoluted check-in process. Nice room (a few stray hairs - but otherwise clean) and a great location for restaurants and walking/cycling along the coast. Recommended!
