„What is obviously see in this hotel is how good of the staff. The super happy to help and make your life easier The hotel itself locate like few steps from exit of metro Zhongyang street. i was shock when i see the metro in front of hotel cause expect less. Room is quite small so i request the bigger one if they have so they upgrade me with no cost 😘 all amenities are enough. **caution: no elevator, i have a huge luggages so guy staff and some ladies staff need to help me bring upstair The cuteness of this hotel is they provide tea,coffee,herb tea, snack,cake for everyone free!! also give the departure gift when u check out those are quite great souvenirs from Haerbin 🫰🤟👏”

„I don't know how much I can thank the staff of this hotel for giving me the best treat for my birthday, especially by upgrading my room with a window-view and a bath-tub, thank you so much, because you put me gave me a window-view, I saw snow falling, on the day of my birthday! Everything about the hotel is very commendable for me: location (near Central Street), cleanliness, service, and facilities! „Отель был выбран как промежуточный пункт между двумя рейсами и оправдал ожидания. Трансфер заказали через приложение. Автомобиль прибыл за нами в аэропорт вовремя. Ехали до отеля 8 мтнут. Фото номера соответствуют действительности. Все чисто и аккуратно. В отеле тихо, можно спокойно отдохнуть. Единственный недочет: предоставляются только мягкие тапочки, резиновых тапочек нет. Резинового коврика в душевой нет, а пол очень скользкий, из-за чего я поскользнулся и разбил глаз об торчащий угол полочки. За это снижаю баллы. Поскольку у нас был ранний вылет, завтрак предоставили в 04:30 утра. Завтрак азиатский по типу шведского стола. Трансфер в аэропорт отправился, как и запланировано, ровно в 5 утра. В целом, отелем и предоставленным сервисом остался доволен. Но рекомендую предоставлять хотя бы одну пару резиновых тапочек на номер, чтобы избежать подобных инцидентов в душевой.”

„This hotel seems to be one of the best hotels available in Harbin. It is worth the price as it offers, good location 100m away from Sophia Church, about 400m away to the subway. The cleanliness was superb. The design is modern and the room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the staffs were superb friendly.”

„The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right next to a shopping mall and Central Street, and the soundproofing on the windows is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. The whole room is smart; if you need anything, you just tell 'Xiao Du' (the smart speaker) to contact the front desk, and a robot delivers it. Their prompt response is a big plus! 👍 In the morning, it's just a few hundred meters to Hongzhuan Morning Market, and if you're hungry at night, there's an iron pot stew and BBQ skewers right outside, so you don't have to worry about what to eat.”
