„When I visited Harbin, I specifically chose the Qiuguo Hotel on Central Street, and the most satisfying part of my entire trip was the hotel's thoughtful and attentive service. I simply *have* to write a detailed review to recommend it to everyone! As soon as I arrived, dragging my luggage, a staff member outside proactively came over to help me. Walking in, I was immediately greeted by a warm atmosphere. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, and check-in was incredibly fast, with no unnecessary waiting at all. Knowing we were out-of-town tourists, the staff thoughtfully offered us a tourist map, meticulously explained the routes to Central Street, St. Sophia Cathedral, and the Flood Control Monument, recommended restaurants popular with locals, and even kindly reminded us about the significant temperature difference between day and night in Harbin and little tips for staying warm outdoors. This saved us a lot of trouble with planning. After checking in, the detailed service was exceptionally heartwarming. The cleaning auntie cleaned the room so meticulously; tabletops and bathroom corners were all wiped spotless. She proactively replenished mineral water and toiletries daily. Seeing that we had brought a lot of snacks, she even brought an extra storage tray. Whether it was day or night, whenever we called the front desk with a question, the response was always quick, and the attitude consistently patient and gentle, without any perfunctory responses. The hotel's amenities are also very comprehensive. Free hot water and tea are always available, and the laundry and drying facilities are free to use, with staff proactively showing us how to operate them. Luggage storage and arranging taxis were also readily available. Returning from an evening stroll, there were always staff members on duty in the lobby, which made me feel very secure. On the day of check-out, the staff actively helped us with our large luggage and even gave us a special Harbin souvenir, which was incredibly thoughtful. The location is right next to Central Street, making shopping and getting around very convenient, but what truly impressed me most was the consistently meticulous service from start to finish. From the moment I stepped in until I left, every detail reflected the staff's genuine sincerity. There were no stiff routines, just truly practical and thoughtful care. If I ever come to Harbin again, I would still choose this Qiuguo Hotel, and I recommend it to all friends who value service and seek a comfortable travel experience!”

„Our family of three, with a two year old daughter stayed for eight nights (28.12.25-05.01.26). Xiao Shuang from the Hotel was extremely helpful and organized a pickup at the airport prior to our arrival. After we got at the hotel in the evening, we came to realize that one of our suitcases was missing.  Xiao Shuang had multiple calls with the driver and the airport authorities and in no time the suitcase was found. She organized a vehicle to deliver it to the hotel. The suitcase was delivered at the hotel the same evening!  Everyone at the hotel was very kind - especially to our daughter and very professional! Everyone was helping fast, regardless of the request!  Xiao Shuang helped us get tickets for the Ice World on a very short notice over WeChat. For our first walk outside in the cold we received a gift for our daughter - warm pads for the feet and body!  On the day of the checkout our family received a goodbye gift!!! We thank everyone at the reception, housekeeping and at the restaurant, especially Xiao Shuang for the lovely stay and the wonderful memories from Harbin! 谢谢🙏！”

„This hotel seems to be one of the best hotels available in Harbin. It is worth the price as it offers, good location 100m away from Sophia Church, about 400m away to the subway. The cleanliness was superb. The design is modern and the room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the staffs were superb friendly.”

„We really liked the hotel. It is located on the 17th and 18th floors of a high-rise building. The windows offer a magnificent view of the city and Harbin West Railway Station. The location is very good, the metro station and bus stops and three huge shopping centers are close to the hotel. The decoration of the room is very pleasant. Gorgeous comfortable beds and great bedding. The bathroom is beautiful and comfortable. Sofas with a window lounge table add home comfort. The breakfasts are delicious, diverse, and hearty. Polite and helpful staff. If we go to Harbin, we'll stay at this hotel again.”

„Located near to airport with free shuttle available to and fro from hotel to airport.. Overall was a good experience except the water flowing down after shower is slightly slow which hotel should look into it. Overall highly recommended for people needing to catch early flight.”
