„The hotel is in the most beautiful location you could expect but be mindful there is only one bus that runs about 3-4 times a day.i definitely recommend hiring a car. Taxi to the airport us about £75. Hotel smells amazing.view from the balcony was stunning.this is very basic for a 4* hotel.do not even give complimentary water.they told be to buy it from the vending machine which is “ cash only” Staff are great.after checkout we still had a wait begire we left so they give a complimentary room for half hr do you can shower and change before you leave.great selection for breakfast.the boathouse restaurant nearby has some amazing food Their 5 star hotel next door is OUTSTANDING.went there for a drink.”

„nie jadłem. Możesz zjeść, spacerując trochę. W pobliżu znajduje się przystań, z której można dopłynąć do Farmentera. To było prosto z centrum autobusowego Centro i blisko zamku, więc wygodnie było jechać gdziekolwiek. Zatrzymaliśmy się na 2 noce, ale niestety mieliśmy wodę tylko pierwszego dnia ulicy. Jest minus 1.”

Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.”
