Spa Hotels in Cancún

We are here on vacation. The facilities are great, but the service and management are terrible. 1. We booked an ocean-view room but were given a room with a roof view instead. The ocean view was completely blocked. We were told we couldn’t change the room because there were no available rooms. We had to stay in the roof-view room for one night until a proper ocean-view room became available the next day. No price difference was refunded, and we only received some snacks and a bottle of wine as compensation. 2. While we were sleeping in our room, a hotel staff member entered without our permission. This happened at 7 p.m., even though the room had already been cleaned in the morning and we did not hang a “cleaning required” sign on the door. We were extremely angry as this left us feeling shocked and unsafe. When we reported this to the front desk, they claimed that rooms are cleaned twice a day, which sounded strange since we’ve never encountered this policy at other hotels. We are unsure if this explanation was true. 3. The phone in our room was unable to connect to the front desk for three consecutive days. We reported the issue on the first day and were told it would be fixed, but it remained broken until we left. We never saw any maintenance staff come to repair it. Each time we needed to contact the front desk, we had to go downstairs.

르블랑은 우리부부에게 오래도록 좋은기억으로 남을거에요. 니죽,하얏트 등등 여러곳을 지인들에게 추천받아 비교해보고 최종적으로 선택한 이유 중 하나는 한국 컨시어지분이 계시다는 것이었습니다. 멕시코가 많이 안전해졌다고는하나.. 혹시 모를 일들이 있기에, 도움이 필요 할 수 있을 방책으로 선택했고 이번 2주간의 긴 휴가에서 르블랑은 신의 한수였습니다. 르블랑 도착 전 툴룸에서 시간을 보냈고 에코프렌들리로 인기있는 아줄릭호텔에서 도난을 당한 사건.. 트립과 구글 리뷰를 살펴보니 왕왕있는 아줄릭 도난사건을 미처 파악하지 못 한 점이 정말 한스럽네요. 400만원이 넘는 피해를 보았고, .. 어떻게든 찾고자 노력했지만.. 멕시코는 영어대화가 어렵습니다. 경찰조차 영어를 쓰시는 분시 한분 계시지만 아주 어려웠습니다. 우리부부는 르블랑의 한국컨시어지분 김재하선생님의 도움으로 사건이 해결되진 못 했지만, 정신줄을 잡을 수 있었습니다. Jeha님이 없으셨으면 남은 바캉스의 일정들을 모두 망쳤을겁니다. 바쁜시간임에도 저희부부에게 집중해서 일처리들을 도와주셨고, 한국에 돌아와서도 안부를 챙겨 물어주시고 마음에 큰 위로를 주신 점.. 투숙객 손님에 대한 진정성에 깊은 감동을 받았습니다. 일의 해결순서도 매우 프로패셔널하셨으며, 호텔에서의 휴식과 모든 즐길거리들을 조리있게 설명해주셨습니다. 호텔 안밖으로의 스팟들과 팁, 심지어 포토존에서의 의상 셀렉 팁까지.^^ 무엇이 맛있고, 무얼 사는 것이 좋은지 등등 하나하나 사진까지 찾아 보여주셨습니다. 이런 분을 어디서 만날 수 있을까요. 매년 2번은 여행을하며 인생에 많은 부분을 여행에 초점을 두고 사는 딩크부부에게 처음이자 마지막일 귀인 재하님. 천국같았던 르블랑에서의 천사 컨시어지님♡ 올인크루시브는 이집트에서 즐겨본 적이 있습니다. 비교되지않을만큼, 르블랑은 우선 술이 참 남달리 훌륭했구요. 요리의 퀄리티 또한 뒤쳐지지않았습니다. 물론 좀 성의가 덜하다 싶은 것도 있긴했지만, 백가지 중 한개는 부족해야 인간미 있는 것이 아닐까요?^^ 몸이 지치시더라도 룸서비스보다는 곳곳의 레스토랑에서 즐기시길 추천드리구요. 클래스나 스파, 레이저쇼, 연주 등등 즐길거리들도 무척이나 다양합니다. 프라이빗 비치 또한 매우 청결하게 관리되어지고있습니다. 다른곳들과는 비교되기 때문에 어필 할 수 있는 강점이라 생각들고요, 칸쿤 뿐만 아닌 다른 곳곳에도 르블랑이 자리하길 바래봅니다. 신랑이 르블랑에서의 한달살이를 생각 할 정도로..ㅎㅎ 까다롭고 고지식한 한국남자가 르블랑 플렉스를 생각하니 두말하면 입이 아픈거지요.. 아직도 생생한 르블랑의 이모저모.. 를 다시 한 번 떠올리며..♡♡

Perfect stay for couples. My girlfriend and I have traveled to Cancun/playa Del Carmen in the past and like to split our time between 2 resorts. We did that again this time and live aqua was far and away better than the Riu that we stayed at during the first half of our trip. From the moment we were greeted and provided an overview of the resort, to the room, pools, beaches and amenities, it was all exactly what we were looking for in our romantic vacation. Brenda (who greeted us), Rebecca (who gave us a free welcome hand massage) , Marco (who was definitely the highlight of our trip and makes the smoothies in the buffet area), and Diesson (who we ran into multiple times in different areas) were just some of the staff we loved. We really enjoyed talking to each employee there, but don’t remember everyone’s name. The beach was super clean with little signs of sargassum. The beach area staff were also very attentive. They’ll dress a daybed for you and get you drinks in just minutes. Oh and Ramon was great too. He doesn’t work for the hotel, but he works for the jet skiing and parasailing spot on the beach in front of the resort. Oh and room service is extremely fast too. We’d call and they’d show up with drinks/food within 15-20 mins each time, even though it was a busy spring break week. Highly recommend this place over all of the other Cancun resorts I’ve stayed at previously.

To był naprawdę ładny hotel. Ale wybraliśmy tańszą cenę, więc pokój nie ma widoku na ocean i wychodzi na drogę. słychać było samochody / autobusy kursujące w nocy. W przeciwnym razie bardzo dobry, ekonomiczny hotel. Staraj się unikać drogi skierowanej w stronę drogi.

Byłem w dziesiątkach kurortów all-inclusive w Cancun, ale nie ma drugiego takiego miejsca jak Temptation. Jesteśmy Amerykanami pochodzenia azjatyckiego po trzydziestce i bawiliśmy się tu rewelacyjnie. Klimat – energetyczna impreza z seksownymi pracownikami i basenem topless. Całkowicie beztroska i relaksująca atmosfera dla par, idealna na krótki wypad. Jedzenie – czytałem mieszane opinie na temat jedzenia, ale muszę przyznać, że byłem mile zaskoczony jakością i różnorodnością dostępnych dań! Codziennie miałem mnóstwo niesamowitych dań do spróbowania. Uwielbiałem ich burgera ze stekiem, ośmiornicę, koktajl krewetkowy, sushi i wiele innych. Napoje – również mile zaskoczony ogromnym wyborem i jakością dań, takich jak Don Julio, black label i wiele innych. Obsługa – doskonała, jak można oczekiwać od hoteli all-inclusive. Chciałbym pochwalić POLO, który pracuje przy cichym barze przy basenie. Wszyscy inni również byli przyjaźni i pomocni. Rozrywka – tak, restauracja SHE. Zjedz posiłek na poziomie 5 gwiazdek, obserwując utalentowane tancerki tańczące na scenie i rurze. Co za przeżycie! Codziennie późnym popołudniem na basenie odbywa się show, które jest bardzo zabawne, ale jednocześnie bardzo niegrzeczne. Publiczność była zachwycona i absolutnie zachwycona. Wskazówki i uwagi - To miejsce jest niegrzeczne. Wszechobecne są tu zmysłowe i seksualne motywy, zapachy i wibracje. Są tu atrakcyjne pary w każdym wieku, wiele z nich może być otwartych na wspólne niegrzeczne doświadczenia. Oczywiście wszystko zależy od Ciebie i wszyscy są szanowani. Ale tutaj wszystko jest dozwolone, o ile odbywa się to w Twoim pokoju. - Daj napiwek wszystkim. Ulepszy to życie pracowników i poprawi jakość Twojej usługi! - W pokojach z balkonem w Bash Tower możesz zobaczyć pary dające „show”. Chcieliśmy zobaczyć coś szalonego, więc zarezerwowaliśmy ten pokój i oczywiście zobaczyliśmy mnóstwo akcji! - Pokoje Bash Tower zapewniają dostęp do basenu na dachu i jacuzzi. Idealne na lunch i ucieczkę od hałaśliwego, seksownego basenu. Klub nocny -bash zawsze tętni życiem. To plenerowy klub w stylu Las Vegas, z ogromnym barem, sceną z oświetleniem i niesamowitymi występami utalentowanych tancerzy każdego wieczoru. Nie przegapcie go! Wystarczą 2 do 5 nocy, inaczej możecie się zaszaleć. Na początku jest oferta typu timeshare, my jej nie wykorzystaliśmy, ale to zależy od Was. Dostajecie kilka gratisów i nie ma żadnych zobowiązań, więc wszystko zależy od Waszego czasu. Chociaż jest sporo młodych osób, średnia zdecydowanie oscyluje wokół 40 lat. Szkoda, że ​​w ośrodku nie ma więcej Azjatów, bo przeważają biali/Latynosi. Powinni poprawić ceny na trip.com, żeby zwiększyć obecność Azjatów. To moja jedyna sugestia!

It was a wonderful experience. Especially room services for food at night were awesome. Playing beach volleyball was pretty fun. The broken door was terrible and the Italian restaurant service was not good but other than that overall is above the average.

This resort is moderately good, since it is a Hilton brand. All inclusive hotel, but you really can’t expect too much.All inclusive hotel is not including everything you wish.You should be looking for essentials, for example, the steak house only offers subpar steaks,if you want to get some extra, you could asked to pay more. That said, the Italian restaurant is pretty good, we enjoyed it. If you want to get more good dishes, you should make reservations as soon as possible when you check in.Overall we enjoyed our stay very much

A pleasant stay. We received a room upgrade to ocean view which was lovely. Good size spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Amenities at the sister hotel next door were better than ours but because you can access both, this was not an issue. Friendly, helpful staff and good food from the three restaurants we tried. All inclusive drinks in our package were local and not very enjoyable - this would be my only gripe!

Ten hotel jest o wiele lepszy niż opinie w Internecie.Pokój jest duży, łazienka również duża, a z balkonu widać morze.Rezerwacja obejmuje wszystkie posiłki, ale można zjeść tylko w formie bufetu. Ponieważ w hotelu zastrzeżono, że rezerwacji kolacji można dokonać jedynie dzień wcześniej, w przypadku rezerwacji pobytu na 2 dni nie mamy możliwości rezerwacji pozostałych dwóch restauracji, jedynie w przypadku pobytu na dłużej niż trzy dni istnieje możliwość rezerwacji restauracji, która nie jest bufetowa trzeciej nocy po zameldowaniu. Dlatego nie można powiedzieć, że ten hotel jest prawdziwym hotelem all-inclusive. Ale wszystko inne jest w porządku, jest miękka plaża, basen bez krawędzi i dobry bar przy basenie. Jeśli Twoje wymagania żywieniowe nie są zbyt wysokie, rezerwacja w tej restauracji to dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

We went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location   of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel.
