My stay at Bai Hotel Cebu was nothing short of exceptional. It offers a perfect blend of modern luxury, outstanding service, and great value. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Twilight Roofdeck Lounge + Bar - This was my favorite spot. The rooftop pool and bar offer stunning views of the Cebu City skyline. I spent a late afternoon here, and the vibe, music, and atmosphere were perfect for unwinding. It’s also near to the famous Rico Lechon Restaurant I would highly recommend Bai Hotel Cebu to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be choosing it again on my next trip to Cebu.

All bookings at Nustar Resort include breakfast and access to the Executive Club Lounge located on the 23rd floor of Fili Hotel. Mini-Bar is complimentary with a selection of 2 local beers, juices, and sodas. Nespresso machine with 4 capsules. TWG tea. Bottled water is unlimited. I appreciate the fridge being very cold. Gerlain Paris branded bathroom amenities, as well as bath salts for the large bath. Afternoon Tea (2:30 pm - 4:30 pm) Light snacks with a limited selection of savory and sweet bites, they need to improve on this. Evening cocktails and canapés (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm) Excellent food buffet. I like the lechon quesadillas, jalapeño cheese poppers, and siomai. I appreciate the bartender crafting cocktails from a menu of drinks. I understand the hotel is still brand new, but they need to do multiple inspections before releasing the room to guest. Vanity mirror was dusty from construction. The Butler service was very attentive, many thanks to Ice (Butler) for making my stay pleasant, he would escort me to the pool, and even breakfast buffet at Fili Hotel bypassing the crowd at the entrance. Breakfast Buffet is at Fili Hotel which is extensive and one of the best in Cebu. The problem is the crowd, while Nustar Butlers will escort Nustar guests to a table, there’s no dedicated tables for Nustar guests, which confuses the restaurant staff with seating assignments. Alternatively, the breakfast buffet at the executive club lounge is quiet but with limited options, they should have an a la carte menu to expand options like other international luxury hotels. The security at the lobby entrance is wildly inconvenient and inconsistent, every time you enter you need to prove you’re a guest of Nustar and not a guest of Fili or a casino player. It’s weird that they are sometimes overly strict and many times just ignore people passing by. Guests have a keycard to use elevators what’s the point of the guards that have a list of people’s names and room numbers, if anything that’s a security risk. The pool service is lacking. Shared between 2 hotels and the upcoming grand summit. The pool area lacks service of a 5-star hotel, towels need to be claimed at a towel hut. My expectation is that there are staff that will setup loungers with towels for guests. And since the pool facility is shared with the muncher large Fili Hotel it can get crowded. Fortunately, Nustar has a private infinity pool which was closed my stay. Nustar Resort has potential to be Cebu’s most luxurious hotel, they have the hard product with their spacious luxurious rooms, but they need to improve their soft product - the service from the butlers are outstanding and personal, but everyone else seems to be lost. For the asking price of 250-300 usd per night there’s a lot to expect. Nustar is primed for excellence but falls just short of achieving refined luxury. I’m hoping Nustar partners with Marriott and rebrand under Luxury Collection. Or even Hyatt with Unbound Collection.

Dzięki temu hotelowi moja rodzina i ja spędziliśmy wspaniałe wakacje. Wszyscy byli uśmiechnięci i serdeczni. To wspaniały hotel! Nie mogę się doczekać powrotu tutaj na wakacje. Bardzo się cieszę, że mogę cieszyć się pięknym widokiem na morze. Dziękuję obsłudze. Oby tak dalej. Mam nadzieję wrócić do tego wspaniałego hotelu następnym razem. 😎😜 😜😜😜😎😎

This is a hidden gem and we highly recommend this resort! Pros: - It is next to a coral reef and they provide free snorkeling equipment in great condition to use! This is the best reason to stay here, all the snorkeling you want for free and without the need to travel! - Very cozy environment with about 8 rooms only? You will have lunch and dinner with the same groups of people. - Food is delicious, slightly expensive but reasonable. From my short experience, the specials of the night tend to be nicer than the normal menu items, but they are all good regardless. - I love the resort arranged tour. We took a whale shark + secret waterfall tour, and the guide, Alex, was great. It was a personal tour (2 of us) and we had to leave at 4am (we were slightly late and left around 405-410am), and when we reached the whale shark place, it was already quite crowded and we got a queue number of 52 - still pretty good. After taking the queue number, there are a bunch of shops to shop around, but we stupidly forgot to bring any cash, and Alex was kind enough to lend us money for breakfast and souvenirs. He even helped us bargain with the street peddlers when they tried to overcharge us. When swimming with the majestic whale sharks, he used his go-pro to help us take photos and videos, so we just need to enjoy ourselves and pose. Personally, I think the whale shark experience is pretty basic, not well organized and too crowded, but Alex made the experience unforgettable with his personal touches and help. Cons: - The worst part is getting there. It took us 5.5 hours to get here from Mactan-Cebu Airport using the private transfer when we arrived around 1230pm Saturday. There was jam to get out of the airport, jam in Cebu city and road works all along the road to Granada. When we returned to the airport in Monday morning 4am, the trip took about 3 hours. - The massage is in a room with a nice sea view, but the massage was very gentle and I prefer something stronger to sooth the body aches (from sitting in the car for over 5 hours). So I guess this is up to personal preferences. - The snorkeling was great, but it could be a bit intimidating when it's just the 2 of us snorkeling unsupervised in a large open sea. We did not face any danger, but also did not dare to venture too far and for too long as we city folks are worried about snakes and jellyfishes. We do see fishes jumping out of the sea in the distance, and this could be a sign of predators nearby. - Adults only. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would love to bring our kids here in the future and spend more time here. However, with their adults only policy, we won't be able to do that.

Perfect resort for a getaway, with friendly and super helpful staff! We had a great time there!

We booked 2 nights In the Business class suite it was my bday & after typhoon tino . I’ve been staying in Radisson since 2010 & there service never change. Still very accommodating, friendly & helpful.. except for this one staff in the business class lounge . I arrived 2 min early in the lounge and I start to put food on my plate and he stopped me and literally told me U CANT eat yet As it’s not 5pm sharp!! And he literally pass by me and served water on all the guests glass except me!! The next morning my family went before 7am and all staffs are nice and He wasn’t there and snack time they went early again and he was so nice to them and served them water and coffee.. at evening I went with my whole family and he smiled at me and ddnt serve us water again!! Hes a lil chubby and Chinese eyes wearing black uniform . The reception guy blue uniform is very nice & he was so friendly and accommodating to all of us. My mom is a 71yr old senior & sometimes she needs help but this reception guy was really helpful except for that one rude staff

I'm sooo happy to stay here! IMO comparing to the others, its the best! They have all you need in the hotel, but i wish i get the bathtub (ONLY SEAVIEW GETS BATHTUB BTW!)

Stayed with my toddler for one night. Hotel room was great and clean but their service sucks. I requested to borrow utensils but they never came. Aqua play was closed due to maintenance. Playroom was not free for the type of booking that I availed which sucks cos it says on the fine print that it’s free. It made my toddler so disappointed cos of wrong info. Beach was dirty and low tide when we came. Swimming pool was dirty. The only highlight i guess was the breakfast buffet, lots to choose from and delicious.. but overall it’s kid friendly, although we just came in at the wrong time. Some facilities needs some maintenance and some Korean guests needs to know where the trash bin is located. Ts

Korzystam z Costabelli od prawie 20 lat i zawsze uważałem ją za przyjemny, zadbany hotel. Nawet się tu ożeniłem! Jednak podczas mojego ostatniego pobytu wrażenia były wyraźnie poniżej oczekiwań. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z widokiem na basen i po zameldowaniu byłem szczerze zaskoczony, widząc, że pokój znajduje się na trzecim piętrze. Na podstawie moich wielu poprzednich pobytów zawsze uważałem, że pokoje z widokiem na basen to te położone tuż przy basenie, na poziomie gruntu. Rezerwując pokój z widokiem na basen, należy pamiętać, że może to nie być prawdą i należy odpowiednio dostosować swoje oczekiwania. Sam pokój był nieco przestarzały, ale czysty, wygodny i zadbany. Sprzątanie odbywało się spójnie przez cały pobyt, co pomagało zrównoważyć starszy wystrój. Obszar basenu jest stosunkowo niewielki, ale generalnie dobrze utrzymany. Niestety, przez cały dzień panował tam ogromny tłok ze względu na dużą liczbę osób korzystających z jednodniowych karnetów. W rezultacie przez większość dnia goście hotelowi nie mieli do dyspozycji krzeseł ani leżaków, co było rozczarowujące. Pozytywnym aspektem było to, że plaża była czysta i przyjemna. Jedzenie było największym rozczarowaniem. Śniadanie w formie bufetu nie dałoby więcej niż 4 na 10. Większość jedzenia nie została uzupełniona, w tym puste stanowiska z sokami i kawą, a to, co pozostało, było zimne i niesmaczne. Jednak drugiego dnia było lepiej. Kolacja była równie rozczarowująca. Kilka dań głównych podano na zimno i dwukrotnie musieliśmy je odesłać do kuchni. Ostatecznie zrezygnowaliśmy z dwóch dań z owoców morza, ponieważ podgrzewanie budziło obawy o jakość i bezpieczeństwo jedzenia. Stek, który kiedyś był dla mnie wizytówką Costabelli, był wyjątkowo twardy i znacznie poniżej standardu, jaki wcześniej jadłem. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, Costabella nadal ma wiele zalet, ale ten pobyt nie odzwierciedlał standardów, jakie wcześniej kojarzyłem z tym ośrodkiem i to będzie moja ostatnia wizyta. Dopóki jakość jedzenia i zarządzanie liczbą gości się nie poprawi, trudno mi będzie polecić Costabellę na podstawie moich ostatnich doświadczeń.

Zawsze korzystałem z budynku „Palm Resort”, ale ostatniego dnia musiałem zarezerwować jeszcze jeden dzień w ośrodku, więc skorzystałem z Sea View Resort, aby zdobyć doświadczenie. Ogólnie był trochę starszy od nowo wybudowanego budynku, ale nadal był schludny i dobrze utrzymany. A ponieważ we wszystkich budynkach nie ma ograniczeń w korzystaniu z obiektów resortu, to myślę, że osobom spędzającym mniej czasu w pokoju resortu lepiej będzie w Sea View Resort, który jest nieco tańszy i ma najszybszy dostęp do pleneru . Nie wiem, w jaki sposób naliczane są kupony wręczane przy meldowaniu się, ale najwięcej kuponów otrzymałem podczas meldowania się w Sea View Resort. Ponieważ jest to najstarszy budynek, myślę, że przyznana zostanie nieco większa rekompensata. W szczególności otrzymałem kupon na dwa bezpłatne drinki w barze, co było świetne. Jeśli użyjesz go na dachu, jest wart około 400 do 500 pesos. W ostatnim czasie Solea rozszerzyła swoją działalność. Jeśli powiesz „nanda cafe” kierowcy trójkołowca przy wejściu, zabierze Cię do kawiarni oddalonej o około 3–4 minuty jazdy trójkołowym. To restauracja, która sprzedaje hamburgery, kawę itp., ale jakość jest dobra, a ceny nie są wysokie. Personel został również przeszkolony przez firmę Solea, dzięki czemu jest profesjonalny i przyjazny. Ścieżka wokół głównej bramy Solea nie jest niebezpieczna nawet wieczorem, dlatego warto spacerować wyłącznie po dobrze oświetlonych miejscach. Na koniec przedstawiamy niedrogi motel w Solea, którego nie można wyszukać w Google, pod nazwą „Stay In”. Odkryłem to przez przypadek, kiedy poszedłem do Nanda Cafe. Możesz tu zostać za 750 pesos dziennie i naprawdę wystarczy na samo spanie. (Niestety wygląda na to, że rezerwacje online nie są możliwe.) Jeśli zamieścisz zdjęcie z pobytu w pokoju, może zostać ono błędnie zrozumiane jako zdjęcie Solei, dlatego zostanie pominięte. Są tylko dwa łóżka, klimatyzacja i łazienka.
